Beautiful Victorian terrace in Balham with garden. Proximity to Wandsworth, Tooting and Clapham commons. Great public transport - again Wandsworth Common and Balham overground and Balham and Tooting tubes. Great restaurants, markets and shops. Good vibe.

Walk the dog once/twice a day and feed it x 3. Cuddle and play with it. Clean up after the dog and yourself keeping things tidy. Biscuit lives in the kitchen and sleeps there too in a large basket and a second area with vet bedding depending on where he fancies!
