Shy cat and comfortable home needs happy pet sitter

I have a large garden, with a nearby park. And the neighbours are very friendly. My bungalow has 2 bedrooms, conservatory, a comfortable lounge and a dining kitchen as well as a room for desk and computer. Shops are within walking distance and the motorway M6 is 2 miles away. My pet sitter will enjoy all my amenities, I'm a fairly tidy person but not strict about it. My sitter has access to streaming including Netflix on the TV and also my music collection. My sitter has access to all rooms and the conservatory is a delight on a sunny day and comfortable when it it's not.

Chloe has dried food always and wet food twice a day, she won't eat bought cat food. She goes out through the cat flap but is indoors at night. She has a bed on the rocking chair in the lounge but often sleeps at the bottom of the bed.
