We live on 2 1/2 acres about 2 miles from the center of Williamstown, which is a lovely, quaint New England village in the Berkshire mountains of NW Massachusetts. There are 3 area art museums and lots of activities at the local college, including Division III basketball and baseball. If there is snow left, there is skiing, both downhill and cross-county nearby and small-town New England to explore on day trips. Daily care of one cat; keeping house tidy. Liza gets fed once in the morning and once in the evening so you'll have time to explore the area. Plants will need watering once a week.

Staying here was lovely. Sitting on the screened in porch watching the sunset were peaceful, relaxing moments. This location is next to a beautiful walking path and close to local museums. Liza was a sweet companion. Alice was easy to communicate with and made me feel at home. It would be a delight to return.

My stay at Alices was a wonderful experience! A beautiful part of the country. Made even better by the opportunity to care for sweet Liza. Communication through the entire process was stellar. The home was neat and tidy. Very comfortable. The area boasts many outside recreational opportunities. There’s a hiking trail just a few hundred feet away! The town is lovely. With many interesting shops and places to eat. Wonderful museums as well. Alice and Dave are two of the warmest people you will ever meet. So interesting to! Liza is a wonderful cat. Playful. Yet loves to cuddle. If afforded the chance to sit here again I’d do so in a heartbeat. You should to!

A delightful experience. Communication with the pet/homeowners was excellent, from the application process through the entire assignment, it could not have been better. The "Welcome Guide" along with detailed information when we arrived provided everything we needed to manage their home while they were out of town. Alice and David were extremely helpful, showing us around their home and explaining any "nuances" of their home. We arrived the day before they left, they even gave up their bedroom for us and took us to dinner. That is truly above any expectations a pet/house sitter could have. Their cat, Liza, was a total pleasure. Playful, not spoiled, and easy to care for (especially tummy rubs). A complete delight. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We would strongly recommend this opportunity to everyone. Alice & Rick

This was our first house-sit experience and I have to say it was truly wonderful with many fond memories to take away. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, even when we had to arrive early to avoid a snowstorm

Chris was terrific - definitely choose him if you get the chance. He took wonderful care of our cat, Liza, and of our home. Everything was clean and In great shape when we returned. He was great about making sure he had all the information he needed before we left and gave us updates while we were gone. He is a delight to know and we hope to remain friends and will most definitely ask him back. He clearly takes pride in his sits and is an all around great guy.
