Need a place to stay in Providence for Memorial Day or Brown's Graduation?
Introduction
Hello! My name is Colleen, I live in Providence, Rhode Island with my dog Beasley. She's a sweet senior mixed breed who would rather stay at home on the rare occasions that I have to travel out of the area.

During your stay, you'll get to enjoy time with Ms. Beasley (or Beasley, Beas, or B for short). She is absolutely the sweetest dog. She mostly keeps to herself but loves beginning and end of day pats, short walks, and snacks. She’s great with kids and most dogs (big energetic ones are too much for her). She does have a strong prey drive and tries to chase squirrels, bunnies, cats, etc. when out on walks. She has arthritis and needs help going up stairs and has a stroller for when we take longer walks together. She does require both AM and PM medicine and is fed small meals three times daily. Our typical daily schedule usually includes, -Wake up around 7am and walk around the neighborhood, depending on the weather and our schedule likely <1.0 a mile (typically between 0.5-0.75 of a mile, I typically bring her stroller in case she gets tired) -Come inside for breakfast (1/3 cup of Orijen for Seniors in a slow feeder with some water) and morning medicine (Levetriracetam in a piece of hot dog--she cannot chew or break this up; Omega-3, Gabapentin, Levothyroxine, and Pimobendan in a broken up pill pocket with turkey meat; and a Greenie) -Lunch and an afternoon potty break is typically scheduled mid-day -On days where the weather is nice but not too hot, may go for a short walk around the block ~0.25 of a mi, typically after work between 4:30-5:30 -Dinner is served around 6pm (1/3 cup of Orijen for Seniors in a slow feeder with some water), she may go out for another potty break before or after dinner depending on our schedule -Last back yard potty break of the day is typically around 9pm -She recieves her evening medicine ~12 hours after her morning medicine (Levetriracetam in a piece of hot dog--she cannot chew or break this up; Gabapentin, Levothyroxine, Pimobendan, and Plavix in a broken up pill pocket with an eye drop in her right eye and a Yumove supplement) Other notes, -Water should always be available to her, she typically can be a thirsty girl! Her bowls are located next to our water fountain and can be easily filled up. -She needs assistance with going up stairs. If in her harness and on a leash she can typically walk up the stairs in the backyard but needs a carry assist going up all stairs to the main entrance. She can hop up the one step entrance into the house from the front porch by herself. She can go down all exterior stairs herself. -She is on a time sensitive seizure medication that needs to be administered every 12 hours.
