Introduction

Bonjour ! We are a kiwi-French couple. We live in Amboise close to the main castles (Blois, Chambord, Chenonceau and Amboise of course ...) in the beautiful Loire Valley also called “The garden of France”. We are looking for a dog lover to look after Leon, our sweet 9 y.o Boston Terrier around end of March until mid-April. Someone preferably working remotely (wifi is available) or retired as Leon loves the company of people. We do not wish him to be left on his own for long hours. He is very well behaved and what he only asks for is a lot of cuddles and a nice walk (45 mn / 1 h minimum in the morning). As a brachycephalic breed, Leon is not doing good on extensive hikes. Leon is on a fresh food diet. It is very easy to prepare but his chicken will need to be handled and cooked. Our house + 1.500 sq meters garden is located in a very quiet area of Amboise with a lot of privacy but not isolated. A little bit of gardening and mowing the lawn will be appreciated. A shopping centre is 5 mn away by car. The Amboise castle and the historic city centre offering many small restaurants and shops (+ doctors and hospital) is also 5 mn away by car or about 20 mn walking distance.
