We live at the edge of a small village so it is very rural and quiet. We have a large, comfortable 5 bedroom house with a big garden and land where the dogs can be walked. We sometimes have goats in one of our fields but they don’t belong to us so we just have the pleasure of seeing them every day, the same goes for sheep.Depending on the time of year they may be in a field too. Our housesitters would have their own guest room and bathroom and we have WiFi, Netflix and Sky. We have a large kitchen which is well equipped and two living rooms, both with TVs plus a lovely conservatory. We have ten acres of land so it is very peaceful and easy to exercise the dogs and you can just see one of our neighbours . We have a beautiful pond which is lovely place to sit and there is a deck where you can watch the carp swimming in the pond. We are only 20 minutes by car from the seaside and 25 minutes away from beautiful Eastbourne and also Bexhill on Sea.Both places have theatres reasonably priced and we have a good pub within a short bike ride or 20 minute walk. The Sundial restaurant is 3 miles away and really special!
