We live in a 4 bedroom semi detached home in the outskirts of Derby, with excellent access to the countryside (peak District). The sitter will have access to the entire home and is free to use all facilities in the house. We also gave a fair sized garden with artificial turf in the back and a driveway that fits two cars in the front. Remote workers would love the connectivity setup in the house, with a 1Gbps connection and full connectivity throughout the house, with 2x LAN ports available on each floor. 3 x TVs in the house (one on each floor) with full sky 4k subscription along with access to Netflix, Sky Cinema, Prime Video, Disney+ etc. We have external door bell camera, front security camera and a rear garden floodlight camera. All internal cameras will be deactivated. Derby has lots of things to do however there's very easy access to Nottingham, Birmingham and the Peak District. The beautiful Markeaton Park is just a stone's throw away.
