Evergreen Cottage, a beautiful cabin in the woods.
Introduction
We are a happily married for 13 years gay couple. We are retired from main line work, however we now manage an AirBnb and do some creative building of furniture and home decor. We have begun doing some travel in our retirement. However, we have 4 1/2 acres of treed property with a house, a shop and our AirBnb cabin. And, we have a cat that loves living on our property. She is our project manager on everything we do! We don't want to leave her all alone during our travels and would love her to have a caregiving companion. She's not overly physically attached, as in she won't sit on our laps. However, she does go virtually everywhere we are while working and maintaining our property.

We have a four bedroom home that sits in a tree filled 4 1/2 acres. We also have a large shop building. Also, on our property we have a small AirBnb cabin. The sitters would likely stay in our small cabin. It's luxurious completely self contained for anyone to stay there. It has a porch, a hot tub, and access to the entire property. The cabin does not have a laundry in it, however the sitter would have access to our home for laundry purposes. We are only 20 minutes away from Hot Springs, Arkansas where there are many things to see and do.

We have a wireless automatic feeder for the kitty. It feeds three times a day. the feeder would have to be checked to make sure it always works and has food. We also have a water feeder that will need cleaning and filled periodically. The kitty likes to be escorted to her food when possible. We usually only do this in the morning, but she likes to have us go to her food other times too. She will eat on her own but likes company. She doesn't need any medical attention. We have some garden plants that will need watering every few days. This may take 30 minutes or so to accomplish the task. Our main focus is to have someone here on the property during an extended time away, to collect our mail and to make sure the kitty is okay. Her home is the shop and she isn't allowed in the house or cabin even though she may beg to do so! She has a kitty door to access that space. This is where her food and water are.
