4 bedroom house..pathway down to lake edge and jetty. Use of kayaks to paddle to hot water beach across the waters-15 mins, ..or to hot water thermal pools-35 mins(or book the shuttle boat). Beautiful lake vista. 20 mins to Rotorua or 45 mins to Tauranga and ocean beaches of Mount Maunganui.

Walk Ollie twice a day....he can be left at home for the day without a problem. He sleeps inside on the floor,isn't allowed on bed or furniture. Feed the cats twice daily, they come and go as they please, and are friendly. Feed chickens twice daily..I let them out in the afternoons,and they put themselves to bed. Shut them in at night. Collect and eat fresh eggs.
