My husband, Don, and I are in our early 60s but not yet retired. Don is a masonry contractor and I am a midwife/nurse-practitioner. We travel on occasion and are looking for just the right pet-sitter to take great care of our sweet animals.

Our house is on approximately 3 acres. We have a nice view of the valley and San Juan Islands off in the distance. We are 5 miles south of downtown Stanwood, WA. Camano Island is nearby with beautiful parks, hiking trails and beach access. We are 50 miles north of Seattle. There is light rail available from Northgate into the city. Sitters will stay in a comfortable bedroom downstairs with a bathroom nearby. It’s very peaceful here.

Feeding 2 dogs and 2 cats twice daily. Walk the dogs in our neighborhood. Scoop litter boxes several times per day. Care for chickens and 1 goose (refill feed containers, provide fresh water; wake everyone up in the morning and bed them down at night).
