A comfortable place in the country with Murphy and Bravo
Introduction
My husband and I love our home but we also love to travel. I work for an airline and my husband is retired. Our children are grown and out of the house. We have a healthy 16 year old Aussie mix, Murphy, and a 10year old cat, Bravo. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood in the countryside on 2 acres of land. We live 10minutes away from a beautiful New England downtown that is centered around a large “green” with several great restaurants and a small local movie theater. Great area for hiking, biking or motorcycle riding.

Our Cape style house sits on 2 acres of lawn and woods in a quiet neighborhood. We are situated on a hill with a lovely view across the valley from the main floor primary bedroom and the backyard. There is a flag stone patio off the kitchen/dining room area.

Love our pets Feed pets twice a day Scoop kitty litter once a day Let Murphy out at least every 4 hours. We have an invisible fence system so no walking the dog is needed.

Lucy and Bill qualify as a house and pet sitter's ideal! They are warm, friendly, welcoming, communicative and their darling dog and cat, and home, thoroughly enjoyable to be around. At 17 Murphy is a healthy, loving and enthusiastic dog and I'm convinced it's due (at least in part) to having such a wonderful human family : ) Bravo is a smart, mischievous, cuddly cat whom you won't be able to resist! The property is lovely and peaceful, and if you enjoy cooking, their kitchen is a dream. May I leave 6 stars? They deserve it. Thank you, Lucy and Bill, for a wonderful stay, and for your hospitality and generosity.
