Warm and comfortable
Introduction
I’m a retired registered nurse, mother of 4 and grandmother of 7. My husband is mostly retired. We live in a golf course community that is beautiful all year long. We enjoy hiking, golfing and traveling. I like to cook and enjoy having my family come to visit. My home is not suitable for sitters with pets. My adult children have allergies to shedding dogs and some non shedding dogs. They have adapted to poodles. It would never work to have another dog in our house during a sit. Our neighborhood has a neighborhood pool that would be available for your use as a guest.

Our home is situated in the back of a cul de sac. We built it in 1994 and raised our family here. It is 4 bedrooms and the sitters would have their choice of a couple rooms. There is wildlife around and many birdfeeders, which can be nice to watch from the sunroom. Lancaster ,which is very close by , has many restaurants and a theater. There always seems to be things happening nearby, like an ice festival in Lititz. There are also good hiking and biking trails close by.

My dog Henry is a standard poodle and will be 7 in March. He is very low key and enjoys his walks. He has a puppy cut, no typical poodle look. He is an easy dog. I take him out 3x a day for 45-60 minutes each time. We go to a trail near us or the dog park often in mid day.

Henry loves his Mama so much that he was a bit sad for the first day or so but it made me so happy that we became best buds as the week went on! Henry is a very easy to take care of dog and Ann’s instructions were great, so it made taking care of Henry a breeze!

Just such a lovely time at Ann’s home! Beautiful setting, very comfortable home, access to fun and relaxing things in the area and great neighborhood. Most importantly, Henry was the most amazing dog to take care of! Ann communicated with me so well even being in New Zealand in a completely different time zone. Ann and Ray were so welcoming and I’m looking forward to staying in touch!

I don't think there are enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe Leanna. She was outstanding in every way. My house was immaculate when I got home. My dog Henry , who is very laid back, showed a lot of affection for her. She stayed in touch with me regularly and sent pictures of Henry playing in the yard and at the dog park. I would not hesitate for a minute to have Leanna stay here again. She is very sweet and easy to relate and talk with. This was my first time using Zeewoi. I can only hope, that the next time I use zeewoi, I am lucky enough to get someone as lovely as Leanna!
