Our 5 bedroom/4.5 bath lake home has a deep water dock, newly built sport pool and spa, covered porch by pool with tv and ceiling fans, chef’s kitchen, upstairs screened porch with tv and an upstairs deck with dining area. The master bedroom (king bed) and two upstairs bedrooms each have an en suite bath. The bunk room and guest room in the basement (queen bed) share a full bath. Enjoy a walkout basement to the back yard and lighted path to the dock. Two kayaks available at the dock for a paddle to the park across the cove or around the corner to the marina restaurant. The living room, basement living area and porches all have large flat screen TVs with Amazon fire sticks or smart tvs. Plenty of driveway parking, washer/dryer and big green egg for grilling. Two lighted, fenced tennis courts/pickle ball with basketball goal and playground right across the street. Also, please note, there are no safety gates/fences/locks/alarms on the pool area. Please give careful consideration if you have small children who are not strong swimmers. We do not assume any liability for accidents that occur in our home. Home is in a quiet, well established neighborhood with large homes nestled on 1-2 acre well maintained lots with mature landscaping. Just a few minutes from the center of downtown LaGrange, a small town with a vibrant downtown that is home to many restaurants, breweries, Sweetland Amphitheater (hosts many concerts and events and has included/will be hosting Willie Nelson, The Temptations, Vince Gill, Black Jacket Symphony Orchestra, Styx, For King and Country, Travis Tritt, Yacht Rock Revue, Nelly, Blues Travelers, Amy Grant and more,) a skate park/playground, Biblical History museum, and Great Wolf Lodge of Georgia. Just 30 minutes away is the beautiful Callaway Gardens. Take the kayaks on a 3/4 mile paddle to the next cove where Highland Pines Marina is located with a bar and restaurant and boats for rent. We are also located just over an hour from the Atlanta airport.
