We were so pleased that Michelle was able to return for a second sit while we were away on our annual family holiday week. We fixed the dates & times a few weeks ahead, and fine-tuned small details nearer the time. Michelle looked after our home and Willow with respect and kindness and is supremely organised. If there were more than five stars to give, I would give them to Darrell and Miranda. They couldn’t have looked after our three Vizslas any better. In fact, I’d argue the boys got more love and attention from them than they do from us, and that’s saying something! It’s not the first time D&M sat for us, and each time they come they feel more like family. Our boys love them! Communication throughout was excellent as always, the house was spotless and well looked after, and Darrell had even mowed the lawn! The dogs had enjoyed so many lovely walks and seemed very relaxed and happy. We can’t thank Darrell and Miranda enough!

Ian and Irene are purrfect sitters! They are friendly,accommodating, and reliable. They went out of their way to help look after Llew the cat, leaving the house clean as a pin. There were some unusual circumstances but they were very willing to help which meant that we could totally relax on our holiday. We can not praise them enough and would totally recommend them as perfect house and pet sitters.

I had a positive experience with Sinead as my cat Mia's pet-sitter for a 6-day period. Sinead approached her role with great responsibility and was helpful throughout. She brought a friend along, as we agreed, making me feel assured that Mia would have the attention she needed. Sinead's flexibility was evident when she arrived a day before the pet-sitting began. This allowed her to familiarize herself with the flat, and more importantly, get acquainted with Mia. I appreciated this extra effort, especially as I had an early morning train to catch the next day. The initial nights proved challenging as Mia was hesitant around a new person. Despite the unusual meowing during the first 2-3 nights, Sinead persevered and eventually succeeded in winning over Mia's trust. It was heartening to know that she cared enough to make the extra effort, and it paid off as Mia became more comfortable and content. Upon my return, I found a happy and normal cat, a testament to Sinead's dedication. Additionally, the cleanliness of my home was maintained, reflecting her thoroughness in both pet care and housekeeping. Overall, I highly recommend Sinead as a pet-sitter for her commitment, flexibility, and genuine care for the well-being of my beloved cat Mia.

I'm delighted to have found Lisa as a sitter and hope to have her back again! She was detail oriented and clearly cared about my cats' well being. She asked good questions about the cats' routines and needs and about the house to be sure she'd meet my expectations and have a comfortable and successful sit. She communicated very well before and throughout the sit and even though I was unreachable for much of the time I was confident everyone was in good hands. Lisa left the house in immaculate condition and the cats were relaxed and happy when I got home. What a delight!

Brian is a very professional sitter that does a good job, pays attention to details and is easy to work with. I have a lot of plants. A lot. He suggested me do a video for the plant care so he could be sure of which ones needed what. Brilliant! I’d never thought of that. They were in great shape when I returned. I explained that I needed some flexibility with travel dates, he agreed and rolled with the punches like a champ when my dates did indeed change. Unfortunately, he was a bit allergic to my cat but made it work anyway. He was really awesome about everything including a tree that fell next door in a storm and blocked the road for three days. I appreciate that he appreciated how funny and how much personality Boo has. They got along well and I received some great videos. I returned home to a happy cat and a house well taken care of 😊. I would definitely recommend Brian.

We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Daniel and Vasylyna were incredible house sitters and we would welcome them back to sit for us again any time they are available! They were fantastic communicators, making sure to work out details far in advance and they sent frequent picture updates of our animals which made us so happy while we were away. When the power went out in the neighborhood while they were here leading to a technology issue with our alarm system, they handled everything well. Upon our return, the house was clean, the garden was thriving and well cared for, and our dog and cat were clearly very loved while we were away - in fact our dog was sooooo sad to see them leave! I had the pleasure of getting to know them a bit before I left, and they are such a kind, adventurous, and great couple. I would highly recommend having Daniel and Vasylyna take care of your house, plants, and animals!

Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. She was reliable, prompt to respond, and sent picture updates daily at my request. Karen was an extraordinary house and pet sitter who I hope to invite back again soon. You would be extremely fortunate to have her take care of your pets and home. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content.
