This was out first time using Zeewoi and we are absolutely thrilled with our choice of Jeff and Susan. The arrived early so we could go through the workings of our house and pet needs before we left, and we left feeling very assured that the house and pets were in good caring hands. Jeff and Susan kept in contact with us and sent updates and pictures of the animals every couple of days. They were very accommodating when trades people turned up expectantly. Jeff and Susan left the house in a spotless condition, stripped the bed and washed the sheets and towels and even cooked us dinner and left a bottle of lovely red wine. We feel blessed to have had such wonderful people stay in our house and would not hesitate in highly recommending them for any house sit. All the best in your travels Jeff and Susan, and we look forward to catching up one day on your home turf :-)

Deb and Dale were outstanding in caring for our two cats and our home while we were away for almost 2 weeks. This was our first experience with zeewoi so we were a little anxious at first, but they communicated well and put us at ease. Deb and Dale are experienced petsitters and were very communicative before, during, and after the petsit. Upon our return, it was obvious that our cats were very well cared for during our absence. Deb and Dale treated our home well, and they left the house cleaner than we left it. We couldn't tell that anyone had stayed in our house for almost 2 weeks! And, they watered and cared for our flower and plants. Tim and I highly recommend Deb and Dale and we plan to use them again should our schedules match up in the future.

This was the 2nd time that Sally has sat for us, this time with Ian too. I think the dogs had their own holiday whilst we were away, with Sally & Ian taking them on lovely long hikes every day to different places in the local area and of course they enjoyed playing with their gorgeous dog Willi too. Sally is an absolutely first class house/dog sitter. She clearly loves dogs and enjoys walking. We were sent regular pics of their adventures and knew the dogs and the house were in totally safe hands and having a wonderful time! Communication pre sit was easy and they very kindly accommodated our timings at the start and end of the sit. The house was clean and tidy on return with some tasty treats in the fridge. All in all, another great experience. Thank you Sally, Ian and Willi.

Karen and Andy cared of our pet Amazon parrot and our home over a short vacation. They are kind, caring, and down to earth people and we found it very easy to communicate with them and we felt very comfortable leaving Yoshi in their care. For this trip specifically I was difficult to contact so we really appreciate how self sufficient they were in solving any problems that came up. If Karen and Andy are ever looking for another getaway in our area they're always welcome at our home.

Darlene was fantastic! She did two back to back sits for me when I had about 3 weeks of travel (with less than 2 hours at home just to do laundry and leave again) — she was flexible by being okay with me coming home for that little window which was so nice so I didn’t have to get a new sitter and my cat had someone consistent. I got to know Darlene better in that small window and she was great! Again— tidy home, organized, responsible, and most importantly snuggled with my cat and kept her cared for. I loved getting photos of them snuggled on couch! Highly recommend and would gladly welcome her back!

Chad and Mandy are amazing house sitters. It’s obvious how much they love animals, and are comfortable and competent caring for Lucy and Tux. This was their second time here, and I’d have them back anytime! It was a month-long sit and they keep in good contact, took great care of the house and pets, and I came home to happy Lucy and Tux and the house tidy and clean.

Pares is an experienced and quality sitter and we knew our cat Juniper (and a few plants) was well cared for. We received regular updates and photos which was really nice to have during our travels. While we missed Juniper, we could see that she enjoyed receiving cuddles and attention from Pares. Upon returning home, our flat was clean and tidy, and Juniper was very happy! Kira was the best sitter we have ever had! I chose Kira because of her reviews, ability to sit during the dates I needed and willingness to communicate with my daughter/neighbor who co-parents Colby with us. I am always a bit anxious about having someone in my home and trusting them with our fluffy son. Kira put us at ease almost immediately. I received photos and videos everyday throughout the stay. I got updates on Colby’s activity and the fun they were having together. My heart felt full knowing that Colby was being well loved and cared for. Additionally, Kira was so kind to keep us posted on any deliveries that arrived at the house. Finally, when I arrived home, the house was tidy and clean! Again, I am so grateful that Kira was there keeping the house and my cat safe! I hope she will come back and sit again. I know Colby would love to see her again.

Sabre is a sweet, honest person who stepped up at the very last moment (after the prior sitter flaked out) to watch our dog and cat for 17 days. When there were a couple minor accidents, she informed us of them right away. One involved a burnt pan (easy to do if you’re not familiar with an induction stovetop) which she offered to replace. Sabre also washed the towels and sheets, and made up the bed before we got home. The yard was pooper scooped and litter box was clean. Pets seemed well-cared for. When she had to leave town for several hours one day, she made sure to arrange for our neighbor take care of the pets. Additionally, I appreciated how she didn’t assume that it would be ok to bring her cat. When we found out she was going to keep her cat in a kennel during her stay here, we told her she could bring him which worked out fine. Overall, I would confidently recommend Sabre to watch your pets and house.

We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Jenny was an absolute delight, lovely to speak to and patient with last minute changes. I have had bad experiences with trusting people with my cats before so was really anxious as Jenny is the first house sitter I have used from zeewoi. But, I felt at ease as soon as I spoke to her, she has a lovely manner and she came round the day before the sit to male sure she had every detail right. But I think the thing that helped the most was her regular updates about my cats. I could see from the videos she sent they were given lots of love and attention. My cats don't usually play with people but my little girl seemed to love her! My flat was immaculate when I got back as well, I am so grateful to Jenny for all her help and really hope to have her sit for me again!

Caroline is an amazing sitter ! We were far away, had never left our cat for such a long period of time and we felt really confident with her. She took great care of our cat Honey as well as she did for the house, pool and garden. She was even able to handle the end of the refection of the bathroom which was a last minute surprise… We felt Caroline was reliable and self sufficient. We had a great communication with her during our stay abroad. We even found many nice intentions when we came back from our vacations such as fresh fruits and bakeries for a nice and welcomed breakfast after a night in a plane ! We definitely recommend Caroline for your sittings and we will obviously call her back !
