Tony was our first house sitter and he made it a great experience. He kept in touch leading up to the sit, and made friends with our dogs immediately on his arrival. While we were away he sent photos of his walks out with the dogs, and he took them to places we never had too! He also looked after our chickens and cat, and everyone was happy and content when we got home. The house was very clean and tidy, and a meal waited for us on our return which was very welcome indeed. Christina and Recci were excellent sitters for Ted and our home. Their communications were good and they were very flexible when we arranged to come home a day early. Our house was extremely clean & tidy on our arrival home and Ted was cared for in our time away. They seemed very caring of Ted who has a few health issues due to age. They were very independent whilst we were away but gave us updates on Ted’s welfare. We would happily welcome them back if they wanted to sit for us again

Dani was an absolute godsend for us. It was the first time we were leaving Cava for so long, as we were on a travel career break in very different timezones and poor signal. Dani took care of her as if she was his own in all possible ways, and followed our instructions to the letter. He took her with him just about everywhere and, as a certified dog trainer, really helped to get Cava get more accustomed to different dogs and environments. For 3 months, we did not have a care in the world as Dani sent us daily updates, videos and pictures. He was super self sufficient, left the flat sparkling, was super flexible when we had some plane issues coming back and is just an extremely all round kind and generous soul. We highly recommend him and all of us, especially Cava, would have him back in a heartbeat. 5* housesitter and human being!

Montse was a really warm and friendly person. She adapted really well given she has three dogs plus her dog to look after and two goats. She loved taking the dogs on walks and was very clean and tidy in the house. I would definitely ask Montse again and would highly recommend her for a house sit.

I was not able to meet Corrinna and Julio before I had to leave, but I became completely comfortable with their staying after meeting them virtually and over texts. They are a delightful couple and took great care of my home, and more importantly, my pet. I met them upon my return and Sadie was clearly very happy around them. I got pictures from walks of a happy dog. The house was clean and neat when I returned. I highly recommend.

Seàn was an amazing pet and house sitter! He was super communicative and took amazing care of my dog Nala and cat Bruce. They were happy and loved while I was away- I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for the two little fur babies! He sent great pictures and checked in every day so I had nothing to worry about. On top of all that, he also kept my place immaculately clean and left my place in wonderful shape. We can’t wait to have him back to sit and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a sitter!

Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.

Nia is a wonderful sitter - punctual, considerate, caring, and tidy, and also a lovely person, who I enjoyed spending time with before and after the sit. While I was away Nia sent photos and videos of my cats Tommy and Arthur every day, with witty updates and observations on their personalities and behaviours, and it was obvious that they adored her. Arthur has a mild neurological problem, so it was particularly reassuring to know that Nia feels especially connected to animals with specific physical or emotional needs, and knowing this contributed hugely to my peace of mind while I was away. I have no hesitation in recommending Nia as a sitter.

Lindsey was super communicative, friendly, responsible, and an excellent sitter for our two cats. When we returned, our home was clean and our cats relaxed and happy as if we had never left ! She sent us photos and updates every day, as requested, and when a random mishap occurred in the apartment, she let us know right away and was proactive in handling issue. Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!

Karen was an extraordinary house and pet sitter who I hope to invite back again soon. You would be extremely fortunate to have her take care of your pets and home. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content.
