My dogs first experience with boarding and they made the process super smooth. So glad to have found them. Use them for all our families dogs now.

My 3dogs came home in mess emotionally. Did not let us bring food diarrhea with them all. Acting out due to I think was miss treatment will not go again. Dogs cannot talk but if you know your dogs you can see.... .

I boarded my two dogs there for four days while I was on a vacation. They were well taken care of and were not stressed like they normally are at other boarding places. The cost was also super competitive, I was happy and will use them again.

Thought the place was very clean and nice. Only complaint I have is the charge for feeding your own food to your dog or cat. At $5.00 a feeding with my own food that I supply. I boarded 2 dogs so that's $10.00 a feeding twice a day. I read the reply from the owner and do understand. On another note after boarding our dog now has a bad case of Kennel cough. Took her to Vet to confirm. She is very sick and now on antibiotics to hopefully get over it. She had all shots as required by them. 400.00 for vet plus cost of boarding. Never again

I have taken my two fur babies here a couple of times and we have had wonderful experiences both times! My dogs were well cared for, the staff was open and caring to both them and myself, especially when it came to leaving them for the first time! They're great at answering the phone and giving updates. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff is phenomenal. Sharon is so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She put us immediately at ease. Our GSD was made to feel welcomed, and that made us very happy. He was super excited to see/sniff everything, and everybody…not a bit shy!

Terrible communication that has caused us to not even use them. Requested a Studio far in advance and was told the day before that we were getting a small cramped space. Also claimed we didn’t submit shots when I was CC’d on the email and my vet confirmed that they sent information not once, not twice, but three separate times. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful.

Kate’s Critter Care takes such great care of my two cat sons while I’m traveling. I can’t recommend their services enough! I really appreciate the dependability and stellar communication/updates while I’m away. Peace of mind is priceless.

Wow, where to start and what to say about our incredible experience with Kate's for our kitty-care... Let's start with our two spoiled princesses, Mimi and Dora, one inside and one outside that we dote-on daily. As we had planned to fly out of town, their care was a huge stress-point for us, and we researched a service for weeks. Add to that is the home-security factor as well. Having Kate's team being so experienced, and secured, we've found that not only peace-of-mind, but an invaluable part of our support system for our kitty-girls. However, even more than that, is the incredible and amazing care and attention to detail they brought to the service, and... AND... connected us with Michelle who unbelieveably bonded instantly with our ultra spoiled indoor kitty Mimi (who warms up to noone). Not only did Mimi bond with her, she loved Michelle's coming over! We have the camera footage, plus Michelle's awesome daily photo's and video's too! It's almost impossible to convey our appreciation and happy stun-factor, but EPIC is probably the best word! 5 Platinum Stars Incredible!!!!!

We've been using Kate's Critter Care for a couple years now, and it gives us so much peace of mind. Mariana is a magical human that has completely won over our kitties. She is the only other person besides us that one of our cats will come out of hiding to spend time with. The sliding scale has also been helpful so we can adjust our rate a bit based on where we're at in life while still receiving such great care for our boys. While Mariana is our regular sitter and pretty much another family member to us at this point, we have also always received great care from the other folks with Kate's Critter Care (including some special on-call cat sitting when I went into labor!).

We absolutely love Kate’s Critter Care. We’ve used them a few times now and they really give us peace of mind when leaving our 3 cats alone at home. We would like to give a shoutout to our most recent caregiver Jane, who responded extremely quickly for an emergency visit after we realized one of our cats was stuck behind our refrigerator (seriously, cats are troublesome as they are cute). It was after 8pm, but Jane was at our house in 10 minutes and with the help of some neighbors, our kitty was freed. Honestly, don’t know what we would have done without her!!

I hate leaving my dog, but Kate's Critter Care made it so much easier! Beth was amazing! She provided updates throughout the visit and so many adorable pictures of my dog. My dog is high anxiety, and Beth really took the time to work with her and get her trust. Our flight got delayed, and I texted Beth and she was able to add another visit on super short notice to check on my dog. Highly recommend!

Kate's Critter Care is incredible. We have been using them for about five years to come to our house and watch our cats when we go out of town. Special shoutout to Rosemary who is absolutely wonderful and takes care of our cats as if they were her own! I never write reviews but I have to express my infinite gratitude and appreciation for Kate’s Critter Care. I had a business trip scheduled, and then plans suddenly changed when a death occurred in the family unexpectedly. I was able to add and change services almost overnight, and my petsitter, Mariana, has been so excellent with my girls (they might like her more than me by the time I come back!). I feel so much more at ease knowing someone can look after my cats in another state while I try to figure things out. Thank you to everyone at Kate’s!! We had recently moved to Durham when we needed a weekend pet sitter. Setting up the pet services with Kate's Critter Care was very easy and meeting with Rachel was great as she was very warm and caring. She stayed with our dog for the weekend and helped relieve both our anxiety and his when we had to leave him behind to go on vacation. Rachel did a great job caring for our dog and our house while we were away. I would definitely recommend Kate's Critter Care to anyone with pet needs!

Kate's Critter Care offers great service and has taken great care of our 2 cats while we are away! Whether it is a long weekend away, or a two week vacation we can always rely on receiving a daily update. We are always able to book a sitter, even when we wait until the last minute. Although I recommend booking in advance, especially around the holidays to get the sitter of your choice. We have 3 sitters in rotation now and all of them have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Kate's Critter Care.

I was a client of Kate's for 1.5 years, until we moved to a neighborhood outside the service area. We have a menagerie of animals, but the primary client was our aging dog, who received exceptional care through Kate's Critter Care. Kate is very responsive, responsible, attentive to detail, and trustworthy. She is also very reasonable and flexible. All of our sitters were wonderful and went the extra step as they provided care and medications to our dog, who a was always eager to see his sitters. Overall, we felt that our pets were in caring and capable hands. We were very happy with the services received and would recommend Kate's Critter Care without reservations.

The best boarding facility ever! It’s like a sleep away camp for dogs. Mollie is always so happy to go and I love how they send me pictures daily and even dress her up sometimes in costumes!!

Me and My Doggies LOVE Dog Tales! Bonnie and Charlie are always so excited the second we pull into the driveway. I know that they take wonderful care of our doggies. I love that they send you pictures each day, and sometimes dress our babies in costumes for Halloween or valentines day. My dogs are always so tired when they get back from playing so hard that they sleep all day. It's like a extra free day. Love this place- take your dogs here, they will be so happy.

I could not be happier with my experience. I received daily pictures of my dog out on a "nature" hike or running around having a blast every day I was gone. As other reviews said, my dog didn't want to come home. I wish I could give this gem of a place more than 5 stars. The staff care very much about the dogs.

Our beagle stayed at Dog Tales recently! We can't say enough good things - everything was attended to and our little girl had a great stay! We really like the woodsy and "country" atmosphere for the dogs and how few dogs they take at one time!

We absolutely love Dog Tales! We found them after trying several boarding places that were over-crowded and didn’t give our dog, Wanda, the attention we wanted. I can’t say enough good things about it- it’s truly a place where dogs can be dogs! Every time I get a “pupdate,” I can see my pup is so happy and well taken care of. She jumps out of the car every time we arrive and the staff truly treats her like family. Most recently, Wanda had a medical emergency during her stay that wouldn’t have been caught without the watchful eyes of the staff. Because of their attention, they were able to get her to our vet for life-saving care. They handled the situation perfectly and we truly owe them so much. The peace of mind we have during Wanda’s visits is unmatched- they are like family to us and I would recommend to anyone!

Everyone at Dog Tales is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I've been bringing my little guy Jax here for almost 2 years now and he LOVES it. I can't say the names Mary or Sam in my house without him looking around and getting all hyped up! I take him here once a month just because I know how much he loves it and that he is so well cared for and gets actual activity and interaction time! We're at the point where I book a year out to make sure Jax will get to see all of his friends that he's made there!

Ya’ll! Dog Tales is absolutely IT. They hit 5-stars on every front. Facilities, experience, communication, and staff are all exceptional. From Remy’s first trial night, we knew we had found the place we could feel comfortable leaving him at while away. While looking for a dog boarding facility, I was most concerned about finding a place that wasn’t spread too thin and was able to give Remy the necessary attention. Dog Tale’s has a limit on the number of dogs they board at once and every staff member I interacted with seemed like they knew Remy on a deeper level. It’s clear Dog Tales staffs folks with a passion for dogs and who excel at giving them care. As we move away from Durham, truly one of the worst parts will be not having Dog Tales around to care for Remy. Thanks for all you do, Dog Tales team!!

DogTales is the bomb! My dogs love it when they go. The staff is friendly and professional. They are there for the dogs and want to make sure every dog that visits them is comfortable, relaxed, and has a good time. We just took our second pup there for the first time recently and she fit in well. They are very thorough and make sure all dogs have their vaccines and are healthy before they can stay. They will send you pics of your dog having fun, and be in touch with you right away if there is a need. The wooded area is a perfect buffer from the noises of the city and they have walking trails and large play areas so the dogs can get plenty of exercise. Mine come home ready for a long nap after going and it helps with my big dog's anxiety. Our little one loves to get her energy out and play with the other dogs. If you have to board your dog or just give them a day of fun while you're at work... Dogtales is a great place for it!

I can easily contact them and get a quick response. As for Michele, she is absolutely the best. I have complete piece of mind knowing she will take great care of our pups. I have always had a great experience with Ark Angels! They respond to my requests immediately and I feel at ease being away from home when they are watching my pets. I love that they will bring in my mail & water plants as well! We have 2 cats and have used the service on multiple occasions, with one of the fantastic pet-sitters, Jennifer, coming to our home to take care of our fur babies. They are trustworthy, our cats LOVED Jennifer, she always provided us with daily updates via text so we knew how the cats were doing, and provided an information sheet for when we arrived home with detail from each day we were away. She spent time with our cats ensuring they not only were fed and litter boxes cleaned, but she played with them, brushed them, gave them treats... some nice TLC they needed while we were away. I never felt concerned when Jennifer was watching our cats. Ark Angels Pet Care is professional, caring, punctual, and I have absolutely zero complaints! Nancy, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and super responsive, as well!

She sends us pictures and text updates to let us know how they're all doing . And when we got delayed on our return she responded immediately to our request to add on visits. Our experience with Ark Angels Pet Care was great and our two kitties were taken care of very well. The process was smooth and their staff was very prompt with scheduling and organizing around our ten-day vacation. While on vacation, they sent daily pictures and videos of our cats which we looked forward to every day. When we came back the litter was cleaned, water was full, and food bowls were clean too. For two cats it came out to ~$20/day which I thought was reasonable. While I can't speak re: dog-sitting, we would definitely recommend this pet sitting service for any cat-owner. In fact, we will be using their service again for an upcoming 5-day camping trip.

A great service! I recently had Holly look over my four rats while I was out of town. Holly provided me with daily updates and was excellent at following the care instructions I provided. Very professional service. We were referred by a coworker of mine to take care of our cats and they went above and beyond to follow all of our detailed instructions and even send me updates and pictures of our cats every visit! They also kept our apartment clean from litter and did some extra things to make our cats as comfortable as possible.

They were extremely positive, responsible, caring, loving, professional, reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of our home. The app that they have allowed us constantly to know every detail of each visit with notes and pictures. Paula was available and was always prompt and helpful replying quickly with any questions or concerns that we had. On the day we were scheduled to come home, we missed one of our connecting flights and would not be able to return home until the next day. Paula again was so sympathetic and understanding and was able to extend our dog's care one more day and night on such short notice. We highly recommended Paula and her entire team! We cannot say enough wonderful and positive things about her and her employees!

Paula and her team are absolutely fantastic! We and our 88lb malamute mix loved her immediately during the meet & greet. She looked after our dog as if he were hers and sent us multiple photos and video updates! They took long walks and played in the yard. She has a variety of plans and options for dog sitting with visits only, to dog- and house-sitting. Paula is extremely attentive to her customers and let us know our pup had a small skin irritation. She administered care for him and even stayed a little longer with him that night to make sure he was okay. By the time we got home, he was all healed! She cared for him like we would and we felt so much peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for while we were gone. Our pup also seemed more relaxed and joyful when we returned, a stark shift from previous stays at boarding. We will definitely be having her watch our pup again. We cannot recommend her services enough!

I love how Paula interacts with my pets and how they respond to her. I’m almost convinced that they’d prefer her to me! Paula is professional, caring, and truly invested in the well being of our furry family, particularly my aging golden retriever. We’d never put her in a kennel, and we can take a trip with the peace of mind that she’s getting great care.

I found myself in a tight spot over the Christmas break when my initial plan for my dogs' care fell through. Paula comes 3 days a week and walks our Cane Corso, Luna. Luna loves Paula as do we and have become great friends. She plays in the yard, walks her and goes over her training commands to keep her sharp. After all that, Luna is ready for a well needed nap! Such a great help with mine & Jennifer's crazy, undesirable work schedules. And she can help you too!!!!

Paula is great to work with. She works around my busy schedule and is awesome with my dogs, one of which can be difficult (size & territorial) and she always has treats and a calm hand ready which has allowed him to be comfortable around her. She sends photos and updates after visits.

Kris and her team are amazing. She’s taken care of my various dogs, cat and saltwater reef for about five years. She’s wonderful with all of my creatures. She has significant experience with dogs and able to manage challenging animals, including my foster bullmastiffs with their odd behaviors. Kris has been incredibly flexible and understanding of my inconsistent schedule, has helped me out on short notice during several personal emergencies. I don’t trust my fur children to just anyone and I feel so fortunate to have found 2 Girls and a Leash. They also send us the best pictures of our pups when they’re under their care. Kris & Katy are the best!! So professional and reliable and we KNOW 100% that our 4 dogs are in the best of hands while we’re away!! Two Girls and a Leash has been a life savor for us and our furry little friend. Because of our busy schedule we could not always get in an afternoon walk for our dog, Pablo. When Covid first appeared there was always someone at home. After a number of months of our dog became used to being able to go out whenever she wanted. A couple months ago my schedule changed to where about half of the week no one would be home during the day. This is where Kris comes in and saved the day and made myself have one less thing to stress over. Kris is incredibly professional and genuinely caring. My dog is a good, sweet dog but acts odd when she doesn't know you. Kris has made a great friend with her and I think they now have this special thing with the two of them. Kris is super flexible when my schedule changes last minute (which has happened a few times). There is never any issue and she seems to always want to put you as the customer first. I am truly glad I found Kris and will continue to use her as needed for any pet sitting needs.

2 Girls & a Leash were our "go to" for daily dogs, walks prior to Covid19. Now, one of us works from home & we don't need their services as often. However, whenever we do need them, they remain there for our 3 boys - reliable, professional & accommodating. Our dogs love their visits & we are glad to have 2 Girls when we need them. Highly recommended!

I used Faithful Friends for a weeklong cruise trip. I’m always nervous to leave my dog and cat behind when going on vacation but after initial conversations I knew that Faithful Friends is prepared and has my pets happiness and health in mind. We set up a little meet and greet before our trip to go over everything and was very happy with Julia. She had a lot of experience and our dog and cat were immediately comfortable with her. I knew they would be in good hands with her. During the cruise we received updates after every visit. Including lots of pictures and descriptions on how they were doing. Julie and the team were outstanding. Great communication. We felt really good going out of the country just after meeting Julie and our sitter, who, by the way, did an excellent job handling our bully breed (Rott). Daily check-ins with a lot of photos. The photos were not necessary every day but I am sure there are some who would like that. Maybe every other just to save yourselves a lot of labor and effort, but it was appreciated.

During our most recent trip out of town, Jane went above and beyond with one of our cats who is very shy and remained well hidden throughout most of the trip. She really helped alleviate the worry I was experiencing during this time. It's always tough to leave your pets behind when traveling but knowing they're well taken care of helps so much.

We have used Bull City Pet Sitting twice, and have had a very good experience. My favorite part is getting updates with photos at every visit. They provide care for our older cat as well as our chickens, and we've really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail.

Bull City Pet Sitters (BCPS) looked after our two cats while we were out of town for 12 days. Ashley came by our house 3x a day to feed, pet and play with our cats and communicated to us (by text and with pictures) each and every time regarding her visits. The cats both seem to love Ashley and this gave us great peace of mind while we were away for so long. She also did a great job of keeping the house looking clean and tidy while we were away. I would recommend BCPS, and Ashley, in particular, to anyone who needs their animals cared for while they are away from home. It will make your trip more enjoyable and, most importantly, it will really help your pets be less stressed and more comfortable while you’re away.

Bull Sitting Pet Sitting has come to the rescue many times. I travel frequently on the weekends and Bull City is always there to take care of my shy cat. My sitter has gotten my cat to come out from hiding to meet her, which is an amazing feat. They are patient with my old dog and send me updates and beautiful pictures of my babies. I have also had Melissa provide massage services for my elderly lab, suffering from arthritis. She was able to get my boy moving more freely again. Kyle is an amazing pet sitter for our four cats, one of which requires insulin twice a day. She has dealt with difficult situations (ie - cats hiding) with grace. She takes the time to not only administer medication, but to play with our cats and send photos. I'm ao grateful for her and consider myself lucky to have found her! :)

Kyle was amazing in looking after my cats. One of them was an EXTREMELY poor pill taker. Kyle wouldn't give up. She did everything possible to give my cat her pills. I appreciate her trying so much. I will need to board the cat at the vet next time, but Kyle will be the one I call to take care of the other two. She is professional, responsible and responsive.

We have 2 cats and a dog that needed a sitter while we were out of town. We have only been in the area a short while so we hadn't been able to establish a pet sitter previously and our dog takes a while to warm up to new people. Edward from Lucy's Pet Care was a godsend. He was so patient with our dog while she warmed up to him and because of his patience she was so excited to see him and play with her new friend when he came to see her every day. We got daily updates and photos and you could tell our animals were very happy and well taken care of while we were away. We will definitely be using Lucy's again. On top of the great staff, booking is easy once your account is set up, and the company really works to find the perfect staff person to meet your needs. Communication was great as well from everyone. So thankful we found Lucy's.

Lucy's Pet Care provides the BEST service and care for your pets while you are away! After knowing exactly who was coming to my home, I knew that my pets were in good hands. I was very impressed with Callie, who took care of my three dogs while I was away. She gave any medication that was needed and sent me an email update along with photos of the furry ones at the end of each day. It gave me much relief knowing that my dogs were well taken care of. When I needed additional pet sitting, it was easy to get in touch with Lucy and Callie. I came home to an incredibly clean house with very happy pups there to greet me. We had a wonderful experience with Lucy's Pet Care. The pet sitter who came to our house was very nice and extremely reliable. He came once before we left for vacation to meet our cats and get all the information about their usual routine. We had him scheduled for twice daily visits and he was here like clockwork! We recently moved to the area and had to take a short trip away. We were nervous about leaving our 3 little cats in the hands of strangers, but had to do it. When I first contacted Lucy, I left a message late in the evening, thinking that she would return the call the next day. I was so wrong - she returned it within 5 minutes! :) Needless to say, this was indicative of our entire experience was with Lucy's Pet Care service. Everyone is very friendly and very efficient AND, most importantly, very caring of our pets. Our cats were well cared for, had clearly been playing and enjoying the company of Daiane, who stayed overnight. What a wonderful gift to know that your pets are loved and receiving not only the food, water and litter changes, but also the attention, fun and love they all need. We continue to use them and will likely do so in the future, because we have always received the best care from Lucy and her staff. They are simply wonderful! :)

Lucy Moore has done two overnight stays (Dinner 'til Dawn package) with our two dogs and cat at our home in recent weeks. We have been very pleased and don't have a single complaint. Before the overnight visits, Lucy came to our home, spent some time with our animals, and talked through their whole routine with us to make sure she understood their needs. She also uses a full online profile to keep detailed records on the animals and their routines and requirements. Lucy was very prompt in all communications with us. She even arrived a bit early the first night she stayed at our home. She was great about keeping us up to date on how all three of our animals were doing, sending us pictures and text messages throughout her stay. She left our home in perfect condition, brought our mail in, and left us a detailed note about her visit. Most importantly, she took loving and thoughtful care of our animals while we were out of town. Our older dog needs medication and she was diligent about providing this to him right on schedule. We feel very comfortable having Lucy as a guest in our home. She is an excellent and trustworthy care giver and offers very affordable services. We will unquestionably use her service again in the future, in fact we already have two additional visits scheduled in the next month. Highly recommend Lucy's Pet Care!

We are new to Durham and have just discovered Lucy's Pet Care. We were matched with Callie, who recently took care of our two kitties while we were out of town for 4 days. The service was highly professional and well thought out. They went way beyond what we had expected when we first started looking for a pet care service. Callie came to our house prior to our leaving at no extra charge to meet our cats and to discuss their routines. We got daily texts- and pictures!- about how they were doing. Extras like bringing in mail, turning lights on/off, etc. were no extra charge. Both Lucy and Callie were delightful and I would highly recommend the service.

The caregivers from Lucy's Pet Care were very kind and thorough taking care of our dog and cat while we were away on a long weekend. The house was as clean as we left it, and the pictures they sent after each visit put our minds at ease on how the animals were doing. They even set the newspapers on our current stack neatly and out of the wet plastic!

Francis, our almost 12 year old beagle, has been going to Sunny Acres for more than 10 years (!) and three years ago her sister, Abby, almost 4, joined her. Until I retired 4 years ago, Francis was a Sunny Acres camper every day during the week and LOVED it and she continues to be happy as she ages. Abby howls as we turn into the driveway and both girls pace inside the car until we go to the holding area. This is Donna’s family owned business with her children joining her along with an amazingly caring, loving, efficient and exceptional staff. The staff love animals which is obvious as you see the campers interact with their caretakers. Francis and Abby rarely look back at me as they prance off to play the day away. You will appreciate how caring the Sunny Acres staff is! You will love how the staff get to know your furbabies’ names and how well cared for they are. Sunny Acres Pet Resort is THE place where you want your pet to play either during the day or as they board for a weekend or a week or longer!

Can't say enough good things about Sunny Acres. We board our Bernese Mountain Dog here at least a couple of times a year and they take excellent care of her. We usually add on a bath and nail trim on her pick-up day and she comes home happy, healthy, and clean. She's always excited when we drop her off!

They really know how to groom Goldens! So trustworthy & truly love all dogs!! I love this place and the people that run it are so professional! They even offer taxi service for a very small extra fee. We are picky where we send our fur babies’ No hesitation sending them here to board or get groomed or for play day! They are clean and truly love all dogs! The grooming was the BEST our dogs ever had! Their toanails for the first time ever were actually cut shorter and all fur was cut out of paws You can tell they take the extra time with your pet to make sure they are properly groomed! Would give 10 stars if an option! Kyle is the best and only hires the best staff! Thank you Sunny Acres, we trust you 100% with our “babies”!!

The facility was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The dogs were cheerful and happy upon pickup. Not a complaint, just a possible suggestion... would be nice to have a once daily text/email with an update on care/activities and a quick picture to assist with the heartfelt absence of our k-9 companions. 🐾🐕‍🦺🦴

The entire staff at Sunny Acres is the absolute BEST! For the past 11 years, they all have given my dog so much love and attention. She doesn’t like going places anymore, but as soon as she sees the flags at the entrance she gets so happy and excited. I will not board or have my dog groomed anywhere else. We love Sunny Acres!!

We’ve only used their grooming services but their work is excellent. They make drop offs and pickups as easy, friendly and seamless as possible. And most important, our groomer does an amazing job on our golden doodle! Highly recommended.

I am sooo very thankful for the grooming services at SA! My very nervous 55-lb dog has been going there for about 1.5 yrs to have her nails trimmed (dremel). Kyle is experienced and thorough. My dog is in, done, and out within a few minutes, and the results are great. We've been very pleased with their services.

We are so happy to have Sunny Acres close to our home for our dog. We have taken advantage of the daycare numerous times and overnight boarding twice now. He gets so excited before we even get close to the entrance! He seems to be well cared for and comes home happy and tired. We highly recommend Sunny Acres!

A few weeks ago I took my dogs to Sunny Acres because I had heard great things and I needed a place to take the dogs to have their teeth brushed, nails clipped, ears cleaned, and one of the dogs needed her anal glands expressed. When I arrived and met the man (I cannot remember his name) who was going to be doing all of that for my dogs, he wasn’t friendly or welcoming which I was going to initially brush off but I am bringing it up here just because it did still rub me the wrong way. He was also on phone calls/on his phone the ENTIRE time he was talking to me while I was there which I found unprofessional, I can completely understand an emergency or a special circumstance but the entire appointment time is unacceptable service. When my dogs went back individually with him to have what they needed to have done done, they each came back to me looking frightened and 2/3 of my dogs yelped very loudly while they were back with him and he didn’t stop the treatment to consult with me first. My dogs have had those exact treatments done before at other places and have NEVER had that sort of reaction. I forgot to mention but the man wasn’t just unfriendly to me, but to my dogs too which I guess is what I’m more upset about. The dogs were new there and he hardly took a second to greet them or recognize their existence. While the dogs were back with him for their treatment, each dog was not back there for long at all and it makes me wonder the quality of the work that was done because each dog could not have been back there for longer than 5-7 minutes. A few days after this appointment, we left a voicemail saying that we would like to speak to someone about the poor experience and the next day or so I was called but could not answer as it was a busy week for me so I called back within the next couple of days. When I called back, I was told that the manager wasn’t in and there wasn’t another one to talk to so the receptionist would ask him to call me the next day. I agreed to this, but the next day I waited by the phone, both my cell phone and home phone, and never received a call so this is why I am leaving this review because I received poor service and wasn’t able to talk to a manager. I have had my dogs for years now and I know them very well and for all of them to seem scared after a basic appointment when they never have before tells me that something is wrong. I don’t know about the daycare service, but for the grooming service I would recommend that nobody take their dogs here based on my experience.
