Sharon and Dave were terrific sitters for the house and Rosie. The sit was incredibly straightforward to organise, they kept in touch regularly, sent me plenty of updates and generally set my mind at rest throughout the process. One of the main reasons I selected them for the sit was the number of sits they'd already completed and the glowing reviews they received. Their experience and ease with the whole process showed, and I can also see why they got so many great reviews. Rosie looked to be having a whale of a time throughout their stay, and I had messages from other people I knwo in the town saying they'd met Sharon and Dave out and about and that Rosie seemed very happy and well-cared for. The house was spotless upon my return with all the laundry already on; Rosie had been given a bath and I had not a moment's concern about any aspect of the sit. Two Responsible and Dependable Friends
There are not enough stars here for Kera and Holly. I cannot express how happy we were with them both. We had been communicating for a while before this sit and so were delighted when they were able to do it for us. We got daily updates with the most beautiful photos of all our pets which was so reassuring. Our dogs got so many lovely adventures I'm sure they didnt want us to come home 😂 Our home was so well looked after. Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

It was my first time using zeewoi so I was slightly apprehensive, but as soon as I heard from Kendra I knew both my cat and my apartment would be in safe hands. Kendra was great with communicating and coming back quickly, very friendly and clearly experienced with sitter jobs. Whilst staying at my place she sent me regular updates. Once I returned home the flat was spotless. I would highly recommend Kendra and I would certainly use her again. She’s great!

Nia is a wonderful sitter - punctual, considerate, caring, and tidy, and also a lovely person, who I enjoyed spending time with before and after the sit. While I was away Nia sent photos and videos of my cats Tommy and Arthur every day, with witty updates and observations on their personalities and behaviours, and it was obvious that they adored her. Arthur has a mild neurological problem, so it was particularly reassuring to know that Nia feels especially connected to animals with specific physical or emotional needs, and knowing this contributed hugely to my peace of mind while I was away. I have no hesitation in recommending Nia as a sitter.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Jenima is an excellent sitter! She is organized, communicative and flexible throughout the stay. We needed a sitter at the last minute because Jazz got sick, and Jenima saved us. We left a little worried about him, but Jenima took care of him really well and kept us informed. Cats love her! We definitely recommend her to take care of your pets!

Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Country Canines Luxury Boarding! We recently left our two dogs with them for just under a fortnight while we were away on holidays. Having never left them for such a long time, we were quite nervous about it. However, the daily photos and updates from the Country Canines helped to reassure us that they were being well looked after and having a great time! Matt and Fiona were fantastic. This was the first time we had stayed away from our 3 month old puppy Benson so I was very nervous but he was absolutely in Safe hands. Matt and Fiona sent me pictures of Benson having a fantastic time, he had his own room with a crate (which they provided) and in the morning took him to the beach which he loves. When we need somewhere for Benson again in the future we will definitely contact Paws in safe hands. It is like a home from home and much more relaxing than putting him in kennels. Highly recommend!
This is the first time I've used Paws in Safe Hands and would definitely recommend them. Matt and Fiona were very caring and my 2 dogs obviously settled in well. Fabulous home from home for my pet Jack. He loved every moment there playing with all the other dogs and enjoying the beach walks and play with Matt too. Safe enclosed environment to keep your pet inside and outside the house. Jack just loves it there and feels very safe under Matt and Fiona's supervision ❤
I couldn't have survived these past few months without Matt and Fiona.. I suffered two strokes and without even thinking, they collected my three dogs daily to take for long beach walks. My three wait (not patiently) for Matts limo to arrive and transport them to the beach. One of my dogs was funny around men, but absolutely loves Matt. They are treated like one of the family and you only have to mention their name and they run to the window.. testament to how much they are loved and treated.. can't recommend them highly enough. Young dogs or old ones, all respected and well looked after and great for socialisation when walking with other dogs.
A big thankyou to Matt and Fiona , mums dog Cody just loves getting out for his walks . The service they provide is 5 star. His paws are definitely in safe hands amazing people they treat Cody as a member of their own family, I can’t recommend them enough. Big thankyou from Cody too xx

Charlie and Smokey were here in June 2022 for a week and loved it. I think maybe they sang the family a wee song every night especially Glenn coming home from work. Charlie’s used sleeping in our bed and we were concerned leaving him but he raced to us when we came home and not a problem. Highly recommend. Thanks means the world to us xx

Strone Farm Kennels and Cattery is hands down the best place to house your fluffy friends when you are on holidays. I have been taking my cat and dog here for over 15 years and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. Karen and all the staff are absolutely amazing and will treat your animals as if they where their own. The premises has underfloor heating, is immaculately clean and very spacious. All the animals are fed with the best food possible and are exercised regularly. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after my fur babies and to top it all of it is very reasonably priced.
Left our cat here with Karen and her team. Lovely homely atmosphere. Cattery very peaceful. Staff very friendly. She was very contented and well looked after. Will definitely use again.
Karen and all her staff at these kennels are just wonderful! We moved to the area last year and were anxious about using new kennels for our dog, however Karen put us at ease and our dog loves his holidays there! No matter when we leave him Karen always keeps me updated on how he is doing ... Wouldn't use anywhere else!
I cannot highly recommend Strone Farm Kennels enough. I have been taking my dog here for several years. The quality of care is of the highest level coupled with excellent standards of accommodation and exercise.

Fantastic establishment. It was our small dog's first kennel experience and although she would be with our other dog we were a bit worried. We shouldn't have. They both cam out very happy and we have no qualms about them going in again. We'll done to the team.
My cat, Fiyero was well looked after during his stay here. I was very impressed with the whole layout dropping him off for his 10 night stay and Fiyero was so chilled when I picked him up. 10 out of 10!
This was my 3rd time leaving my 2 dogs at Strone Farm Kennels and I would not use any other kennels again Karen and her staff have a great way with the dogs they get their daily walks when I leave them there they are not nervous and when I collect them my dogs would jump up around karen ect which is a good sign I would highly recommend to anyone who are going on a holiday and looking for a kennal

Brian manufactured, delivered and installed 8 kennels in various sizes for me. Despite the kennels being set up in old stable buildings with wonky walls and floors, I am over the moon with the result. Brian took even my rather challenging measuring skills in his stride and managed to fit everything brilliantly, all whilst remaining a perfect gentleman. Same goes for his right hand man.
