Crème de la crème! Hands-down John and Susan were masterful caring for Karma our 8 year old Airedale who has quite the personality. They came a day early to review procedures and get acquainted with the house. They were exceptionally thorough, asked a lot of questions to gain clarify and to ensure expectations were met. And they were, in fact, they exceeded expectations! They managed Karma as if they were an extension of me. They sat with her in the middle of the night for hours during a thunderstorm. They cleaned and bathed her after she rolled in poop. They played relentless search games with her and took her for long walks daily. She looked like a happy girl in all the pictures. When we arrived back home, the house and gardens were immaculate. The plants were thriving quite well. John and Susan are amazing individuals all around They are fun to converse with, comfortable and easy to get along with, interested and interesting people. I highly recommend them for any kind of a sit with or without pets. I’ve already asked them to come back if they find themselves needing a place to stay, they’re always welcome!

I highly recommend Adriana! Our cat wasn't in a huff at all when we get back and we had a message or a photo every day to see it sleeping with her...So really good! The turtle, the garden and the swimming pool are also very well. The house is really, really tidy and they let us some food for this morning (we came back during the night). She even wash the terrasse and some windows in the kitchen! Before leaving, we share a dinner and it was a really nice evening. So do not hesitate to welcome Adriana and Richard in your house! Sandy & Ben are really lovely people and they took great care of our home. We couldn't have asked for a nicer couple to house sit. There was more to organise than we had expected which they took in their stride. When we had a leak in our roof for example, they did a fantastic job of managing the water damage and then helping to co-ordinate the repair. Between Sandy's organisational skills & green fingers, and Ben's DIY, there was no task too great. Their dog Bella is really sweet, we had serious pet envy, and they left the house absolutely spotless at the end of the sit. It was all plain sailing right from the start with Amanda and Barry, they were very accommodating, ensuring that they were in the country the day before I left, and even calling round for a visit beforehand, to get familiar with ‘the girls’ and everything at home. I felt that the girls were in safe and caring hands. I really hope that Amanda and Barry enjoyed their stay, even though the temperatures were sizzling the week of their stay in Cyprus!

He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. Daniel and Vasylyna were incredible house sitters and we would welcome them back to sit for us again any time they are available! They were fantastic communicators, making sure to work out details far in advance and they sent frequent picture updates of our animals which made us so happy while we were away. When the power went out in the neighborhood while they were here leading to a technology issue with our alarm system, they handled everything well. Upon our return, the house was clean, the garden was thriving and well cared for, and our dog and cat were clearly very loved while we were away - in fact our dog was sooooo sad to see them leave! I had the pleasure of getting to know them a bit before I left, and they are such a kind, adventurous, and great couple. I would highly recommend having Daniel and Vasylyna take care of your house, plants, and animals!

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

We knew that we would have a good experience with Carole & Ron from the moment we first had a video chat with them. They are very experienced house sitters and it showed in the questions they asked about our cats and our home. We were so fascinated by them that we invited them to arrive a day early so that we could all go out for lunch and then dinner to hear about their travel stories and share a few of our own. When we left, we felt very confident in our choice and took off on our trip with confidence that our dear kitties would be well cared for. We were not disappointed as Carole & Ron sent us photos and an update the very next day to let us know that all was well. During the next two weeks, we never had a moment of concern and fully enjoyed our vacation knowing that these seasoned sitters were both looking after our place and also enjoying themselves exploring our wonderful city of Philadelphia. We came home to two very happy cats, a clean house, and even a full bowl of fresh fruit on our kitchen counter. We would absolutely have Carole & Ron sit for us again and we wish them the very best of fun and exploration in their future adventures!

Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!

Karen was an extraordinary house and pet sitter who I hope to invite back again soon. You would be extremely fortunate to have her take care of your pets and home. From the very beginning she radiated calmness, knowledge, caring and curiosity. We had a great initial conversation where Karen answered questions I didn't even know I should be asking, and asked excellent questions so she could be prepared and understand the special needs for both my cat and home. She flew into my city the day before I was leaving and stayed at a nearby hostel so that we could meet in person and do a walk through of my home. They say pets have an intuitive nature about people, and I knew Karen would be a winner when my normally very shy/nervous cat came right up and let her pet him. Karen sent wonderful pictures and updates while I was gone and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. When I returned home everything was spotless and my cat was content. Chris was a fantastic cat sitter for our elderly and high maintenance kitty. Chris was the perfect combination of responsible and on top of her medication needs while also being calm and relaxed about her picky eating habits and the need to monitor her food and medication consumption. We have called on Lola several times to look after our dog and we are delighted! Lola takes very good care of our little one and her dogs are sweethearts which make very good friends for our dog. A great experience with Charlotte taking care of my three cats for two periods of around ten days. Charlotte is completely invested in what she does, she knows and understands our furballs, adapts to each person's character and their needs. All this allows our absences to be sweeter to them. She is a true professional to whom I would entrust my little ones very soon with my eyes closed.
Highly recommended. We have a very reactive minibull, with a duplicate difficulty with the bowl. Charlotte managed this situation perfectly, although it was not easy, knowing that we have 5 awkward dogs as neighbors. The detail of the walk with comments and photos/videos is a big plus and greatly alleviates the various concerns we had about leaving our little nag (Charlotte has as much control with dogs as she does tenderness, perfect). Charlotte is serious and conscientious in her work. I called on her for visiting services for my cats, my dog and now for walking my dog. For each service, there is a report, a message to reassure you and nothing is forgotten as seen with her beforehand. It's reassuring and it's nice to be able to have full confidence in your animals. My dog's walks, with my agreement of course, can be done with Charlotte's dogs which is a plus for my dog which allows him to see his friends regularly.
