Jeff and Norma were so great from start to finish. They kept us informed of their arrival plans and kept the house immaculately. In fact, we arrived back to freshly baked cupcakes (which my boys tell me are AMAZING - I am yet to cave in to temptation!) and freshly laundered and folded sheets. They kept us informed of everything and sent us regular updates and pictures of our dog. He looked so happy and has definitely made some friends by the time we returned. In fact, I think he has been pining for them since!! Thank yiu

We cannot thank Jenny and Glynn enough for the care they took of Tui and our home, enabling us to have a wonderfully relaxed trip. They are utterly professional whist being lovely warm friendly people. Efficient, calm, organised, tidy, considerate, we could not have left our home and precious dog in better hands. Nothing phased them.( tree down in the storm). Jenny cooked us a lovely lunch before we left and then left the most delicious supper on our arrival home. They were packed and left after handing over leaving us to settle back in. They sent lovely photos and news of Tui ( who had a wonderful time and was beautifully looked after). It was a pleasure to get to know them and we look forward to keeping in touch. Thank you Jenny and Glynn!

Julia was very kind and gentle with our two dogs and they sensed her sweet personality immediately. She arrived on time, took in all the information we gave and took the dogs out on her own to get to know them, which went very well. It was our first time using this service, Vivi and Phil were absolutely amazing, we have nothing but praise for them both. Jane is amazing! She was great with my shy Persian cat (when I got home he was calm and happy) and kept me updated with photos and texts. She also cleaned the apartment for me before I got home, something that was very welcome. I would highly recommend her as a cat sitter. She's warm and kind and definitely good with animals.

Although Covid meant the sit didn't go ahead, I know from our regular zoom chats during their extended previous sit, that Janet and Terry are great pet sitters. They are very responsible and great with the cats, who obviously adored them. They had some charges with health issues and even had to learn how to do injections! I have rated them anyway based on what I saw and heard of their previous sit. Our trip was to have been a long one so we had a few meets to discuss the sit. We felt they would be perfect, and felt relaxed about leaving them in charge of our home and pets. They were responsive and really helpful guiding us in what would have been our first time using sitters. As covid started to hit we both, sadly, realised we wouldn't be going to the US and they would need to stay on in their current sit. Lots of communication and understanding as we and they went into lockdown and we've continued to catch up since. I hope we can use Janet and Terry in the future. All the best Zoë

Monica and Ken are lovely people and great sitters. This is the second time we have had them come and housesit and the pets are really well looked after and so is our home. The best cat sitters ever! They loved our cats and spent so much time playing with them and making sure they were happy! We had photos and videos every day with funny little messages and we came home to two very happy, healthy cats. The house was spotless and they even washed the linen and towels! They left us some cute Easter presents and breakfast shopping in the fridge, as we were returning after a long flight. Brian is a very professional sitter that does a good job, pays attention to details and is easy to work with. I have a lot of plants. A lot. He suggested me do a video for the plant care so he could be sure of which ones needed what. Brilliant! I’d never thought of that. They were in great shape when I returned. I explained that I needed some flexibility with travel dates, he agreed and rolled with the punches like a champ when my dates did indeed change. Unfortunately, he was a bit allergic to my cat but made it work anyway. He was really awesome about everything including a tree that fell next door in a storm and blocked the road for three days. I appreciate that he appreciated how funny and how much personality Boo has. They got along well and I received some great videos. I returned home to a happy cat and a house well taken care of 😊. She regularly checked in with updates on moon while we were away on a two week vacation, and seemed to give her plenty of attention, play with her, etc. Communication was easy and she left our apartment spotless after departing. Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Luna was very content when I arrived home thanks to Heidi! My home was immaculate when I arrived and she did some snow shoveling.
