Raphael was a fantastic sitter. He was very easy to arrange the sit with, and very organised sending us his arrival and departure times well in advance. He was great company for our cat Nim, and sent us nice photos of her playing with him while we were away. He also kept the house really tidy and even kindly put the laundry on when he left. We’d definitely be happy to ask him to sit again sometime.

It was a pleasure to have Eleanor sit for Freddie again. Freddie absolutely adores Eleanor & how she cares for him. I never have any worries when Eleanor is sitting for Freddie as she is always in contact & this time as she knew I would be busy with my friends wedding still sent me updates & told me not to worry about replying. Knowing I had those updates sat there to look at when I wasn’t so busy was so nice 🥰 Eleanor always leaves my apartment spotless for when I arrive home. I think I’ve said it before that I’m sure it’s cleaner than when I leave it!!! As always we highly recommend Eleanor to house / pet sit. They always are extremely reliable, uncomplicated and leave the house in an extremely tidy and clean condition, which we greatly appreciate. As pet parents who had never left their cats for four years, we were very nervous about how Nexy and Preston would react but they were fine. Lots of messages with photos came our way to reassure us. Now that Eimear and Rory have gone, our young cat, Preston, has been looking for them, I’m sure. So I think we can definitely say that they would be welcome back here again. Michelle and Willian are a lovely couple. From the moment they walked into the door, you could tell they are real animal lovers. They immediately connected with my 2 dogs. They are not only very experienced sitters , they are also totally self sufficient. I received nice messages and photos every day. When I came back the dogs were happy and relaxed. They left the apartment in pristine condition. I can highly recommend Michelle and Willian to all fellow pet owners and I hope they will look after Luna and Daisy again in the future.

Toby and Chloe were amazing pet sitters. It wasn’t the easiest sit - a nervous dog and 3 cats with various ailments and medication to have, but they took it all in their stride and cared for them so well without any issues. Our nervous dog Zelda warmed to them in just 2 days which is a record for house sitters so far! I also really enjoyed getting to know them over dinner the night before I left, they’re very easygoing and positive people. They also left the house spotless for when I came back. I would love to have them sit for us again. You can rest assured your house and animals are in safe hands with this lovely pair!

Chris and Julia were our very first sitters and are the most perfect house/pet sitters anyone would ever want!!! Julia sent video/pictures of our fur babies everyday and we noticed early on that our animals were very relaxed and happy!! This made our trip so enjoyable and stress free knowing that our animals were safe and being spoiled and loved the whole time. They even trained our dog to sit while her leash was being attached and was able to pet and hold our cat that is somewhat nervous around strange people he doesn't know. When I got back from the trip, the house was very clean along with Julia/Chris had washed the bed sheets, bath towels, vacuumed, dusted etc., and even washed the pet bedding. They also left some SE Asia treats for us to try which so sweet of them. Definitely the perfect house sitters!!!

Wow! Just wow! We cannot say enough about the care and compassion Trisha and John provided to our cats and our home. We are always somewhat nervous about a new pet sitter in our home, but that all faded when we met this wonderful couple. They provided daily updates as requested, complete with pictures, videos and personalized captions. Upon our return, we were greeted by happy and content kitties. There was no sign of anxiety in Tika! Yea!!! Our home was clean, the sheets and towels were washed and bed remade! They even left behind thank you notes and little gifts! What a breath of fresh air these two individuals are! We hope to have them back again soon.

She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

My cats seemed having great time with her, being around her, chilling on couch with her, or even sitting on her. I got several photos of my cats from her with whort updates.
