Crème de la crème! Hands-down John and Susan were masterful caring for Karma our 8 year old Airedale who has quite the personality. They came a day early to review procedures and get acquainted with the house. They were exceptionally thorough, asked a lot of questions to gain clarify and to ensure expectations were met. And they were, in fact, they exceeded expectations! They managed Karma as if they were an extension of me. They sat with her in the middle of the night for hours during a thunderstorm. They cleaned and bathed her after she rolled in poop. They played relentless search games with her and took her for long walks daily. She looked like a happy girl in all the pictures. When we arrived back home, the house and gardens were immaculate. The plants were thriving quite well. John and Susan are amazing individuals all around They are fun to converse with, comfortable and easy to get along with, interested and interesting people. I highly recommend them for any kind of a sit with or without pets. I’ve already asked them to come back if they find themselves needing a place to stay, they’re always welcome!

I highly recommend Adriana! Our cat wasn't in a huff at all when we get back and we had a message or a photo every day to see it sleeping with her...So really good! The turtle, the garden and the swimming pool are also very well. The house is really, really tidy and they let us some food for this morning (we came back during the night). She even wash the terrasse and some windows in the kitchen! Before leaving, we share a dinner and it was a really nice evening. So do not hesitate to welcome Adriana and Richard in your house! Matteo and Manon are a very sweet and reliable young couple who were keen to practice their English before going travelling to Australia. They communicated very well with us on the run up to sitting for us, and they had read and understood very well the welcome pack and our instructions for looking after our fur baby. They are very sensible young adults who don't drink or smoke. Even though this was the first time we have used this service, I felt very confident leaving Clyde with them. They sent us pictures and videos each day to reassure us that Clyde was well and happy. Chase The Sun, Feel The Freedom And The Fun
Kelvin was a Godsend! I was coming and going from home to England , and Italy and Kelvin settled in so well. as he is such a tough athlete with his bike and running shoes, he would sprint,walk or cycle the 7kms to my garden to feed Tom,Gingernuts and Tigger and the 2 baby tortoises now in their garden pen. He is very self sufficient and explored the Hérault valley on his bike. Very calm, very quiet we would be able to work alongside each other in my office area or upstairs living area. Stan was very smitten by Kelvin and for that I was always grateful. I would love him to return one day!

This was our first time using zeewoi and we were a little apprehensive, especially as we were going away for almost 5 weeks, but we really didn’t need to be. Mary and Kevin were fantastic from the start. They had excellent communication and put us at ease straight away. They looked after both our cats with lots of care and we came home to two very happy and content kitties. Mary and Kevin struck the balance just right whilst we were away by keeping us informed of how the cats were and sending pictures of what the cats were up to every couple of days. It was so lovely to know that the cats were enjoying themselves and being so well looked after whilst we were away. Mary and Kevin also looked after our house extremely well and we came back to a very clean and tidy home. This is my first time having a sitter fly in from out of state and it was so simple, stress-free, and didn't affect any part of me getting ready for my trip, leaving for my trip or returning from my trip. Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. Jenny was an absolute delight, lovely to speak to and patient with last minute changes. I have had bad experiences with trusting people with my cats before so was really anxious as Jenny is the first house sitter I have used from zeewoi. But, I felt at ease as soon as I spoke to her, she has a lovely manner and she came round the day before the sit to male sure she had every detail right. But I think the thing that helped the most was her regular updates about my cats. I could see from the videos she sent they were given lots of love and attention. My cats don't usually play with people but my little girl seemed to love her! My flat was immaculate when I got back as well, I am so grateful to Jenny for all her help and really hope to have her sit for me again!

Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies and your house while you're away, Daniel is your guy! I had discovered zeewoi just a couple of weeks before I was to leave on vacation and I was not only apprehensive if the website was too good to be true, but also under a real time crunch. I reached out to over 100 local sitters and several possibilities fell through. I was confident I would find the right sitter and when Daniel applied for the sit and I started to text and converse with him, I knew I had found the perfect sitter for my two cats! Daniel was upbeat and positive, articulate and personable, warm and caring, and he asked all the right questions about Lilly and Eli (I hadn't had the time to complete my Welcome Guide, yet!?!). I shared that I had an easy cat and problem cat -- Lilly, who is sweet, social and eats dry food, and Eli who is skittish, was periodically pooping outside the kitty litter box and was eating prescription canned food twice a day mixed with a probiotic and stool firmer. I asked if he thought he was up for the job and he happily said he was. Since he flew all the was from Chicago, I thought the least my husband and I could do was pick him up at the airport. When he arrived, he pulled out his notebook. He patiently walked with me as I reviewed kitty care, showed him around the house, and where he would be sleeping. He immediately picked up Lilly who was excited about meeting her new friend and Eli bugged out and down the stairs to the basement (his favorite hiding place!). We got Daniel connected to the internet, set him up at our dining room table and headed off to airport, leaving our house and kitties in the best of hands. Daniel wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and assured while we were away. He made sure to text with me every other day (he had asked my preference earlier), sent photos of Lilly being her cute self while Eli hid during the day although he gave me assurances that he was eating his food and using the litter box (there were a few accidents, but Daniel never complained about these additional duties). When we returned from our vacation, the house was also spotless and well cared for and Daniel had even washed the sheets for me! It is with utter happiness and complete confidence that I recommend Daniel as a fantastic Sitter. He is trustworthy, responsible, caring, and competent, and you can rest assured that both your house and sweet pets will be watched over and treated with TLC -- and will truly be in the best of hands while you are away!

Oh wow! Everyone should be so lucky to have Nicholas and Veerle watch their house and pets. These lovely people are pros! They communicated early and often, were super accommodating to some last minute changes (it was originally going to be only our cats to watch but we decided to keep the dog home as well so that added to the schedule and care needs) and they left the house spotless and all set up for another sitter who came in after them. We didn’t get the chance to meet because my departure and arrival times but I dearly hope I get to in the future because they were just great! I even heard how nice they were from My neighbors who say them out walking our dog. :-) They also sent regular pictures of the pets which look like pro-photography! Cannot recommend this couple enough! Your pets and house will be in good hands!

I have two cats at home; one in high need of attention and the other who is extremely fearful of humans. The first time I called Clara was for a vacation. Every day I had photos, videos and debriefings of what happened. She was perfect with them, very gentle, lots of cuddles and lots of games too, she is very concerned about their well-being. Margaux and Abdel took great care of our 3 cats, including one in fragile health. Their gentle and passionate approach allowed us to get to know our shy little girl very quickly, and taking medication was easy. In addition, this passionate couple leaves nothing to chance, they listen to each chat. Margaux and Abdel are incredible dog and cat nannies!! They fall in love with our animals at first sight as if they were their own. What a joy to know about their visits during our holidays!! We were on vacation but I can tell you that it was also a real vacation for our Australian Shepherd who was able to take multiple walks, have fun, swim, eat treats, continue to be educated while having fun, pampered, cuddled... and not just have a little visit at home to have some kibble, 3 caresses and 1 pee. As a bonus we had several videos on each visit and it was the best!!

Aurélie and Sarah are excellent pet-sitters, they take great care of our animals and are very professional. I had my cat looked after for 2 weeks for the Christmas holidays; I was a little worried because Mimi is anxious by nature and not very sociable with other cats. However, everything went wonderfully well, she was even able to socialize with others and quickly got used to the environment! The apartment is large and super well appointed for cats with plenty of cat trees and facilities so they can perch wherever they want. We even received a tote bag with Mimi's name at the end of our stay as a welcome gift, it was adorable 😻 We also regularly received pretty photos throughout the stay. Benjamin is a professional and top cat-sitter! He came to visit my 2 cats for 3 days, took care of them (water, kibble, food, litter). He managed to tame the most sociable one, who quickly purred and rolled at him. For my little wildling, it's not yet won, but it would have been unexpected, given the specimen!
