This was also the longest sit at nearly 3 weeks and we had no doubt that our home and Suki our TT would be in safe hands . From the outset, it was clear that Suki had not forgotten Pauline . Suki’s greeting was very enthusiastic and we just knew that all would be well . As normal, our home was spotless on our return and Suki had benefited from spending time with Pauline and learnt new training commands . Needless to say we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Pauline and plan to ask her to sit again .

Eleanor was just the best sitter and the loveliest person! A very interesting and intelligent woman, I would have happily chatted with her all night! (I’m quite a shy, solitary person so that says a lot about her warmth) It was all very last minute as Peggy was due to go and stay with a friend but she had an accident and had to have an operation so I thought it was better she stayed at home. Eleanor looked after her beautifully, followed all instructions diligently including giving medication. Peggy was very taken with her, Fiesta too who apparently brought her a delightful present of a mouse! (A good sign whether you like it or not!) Eleanor is the perfect balance of sensible, practical, caring and affectionate with the animals. She even comforted them both during a storm. The house was spotless and all the laundry done. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly. Eleanor I so enjoyed meeting you and I hope you’ll come again. Thank you from all of us x

Francesca and Jonathan were fantastic! Given their proximity they came to visit us and the cats before we went away to ensure the cats were comfortable around them. This allowed us an opportunity to walk them through the house and routine which amazing and a first for us. The house was immaculate when we returned home and the cats were so relaxed. From the moment we met Ellie and Sean we knew they were going to be very conscientious and caring whilst looking after our dogs . Major, their own dog came to stay also . He is a well trained , easy going dog who blended easily with ours . Ellie and Sean have strong attention to detail and gave us confidence that they could manage Cillas medication and both her and Douglas’s routine . The videos sent regularly and photos illustrated how content the dogs were and how they had bonded with Ellie and Sean. Our home was respected and cared for . All my house plants were healthy and they helped to store our large crop of apples. We do hope to see Ellie and Sean again and think they are great house sitters !

The best cat sitters ever! They loved our cats and spent so much time playing with them and making sure they were happy! We had photos and videos every day with funny little messages and we came home to two very happy, healthy cats. The house was spotless and they even washed the linen and towels! They left us some cute Easter presents and breakfast shopping in the fridge, as we were returning after a long flight. We would definitely recommend Michael and Jeanne to anyone and hope they will come back to Teignmouth in the near future. Thanks very much for looking after our beautiful cats and our home x

Hannah and Joseph housesat our three kitties for a week and a half while we were traveling for the holidays. They were very communicative and conscientious. We received daily updated on our cats with cute and funny pictures. When they noticed our 17yo cat, Amber, wasn’t eating very much, they let us know and we were able to resolve the problem quickly. They were also very resourceful and understanding when we ran out of some cat supplies. Hannah and Joseph took great care of the house. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived back, and we had a short time to get to know them on our arrival. We would be fortunate to find more house sitters like them, and would of course love to have them back in the future! We wish Hannah and Joseph luck in their travels!

She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. Sabre is a sweet, honest person who stepped up at the very last moment (after the prior sitter flaked out) to watch our dog and cat for 17 days. When there were a couple minor accidents, she informed us of them right away. One involved a burnt pan (easy to do if you’re not familiar with an induction stovetop) which she offered to replace. Sabre also washed the towels and sheets, and made up the bed before we got home. The yard was pooper scooped and litter box was clean. Pets seemed well-cared for. When she had to leave town for several hours one day, she made sure to arrange for our neighbor take care of the pets. Additionally, I appreciated how she didn’t assume that it would be ok to bring her cat. When we found out she was going to keep her cat in a kennel during her stay here, we told her she could bring him which worked out fine. Overall, I would confidently recommend Sabre to watch your pets and house.

Catherine was wonderful! She took care of my cat and house while I was out of town and left and Jack the Cat very and calm and the house in perfect shape which I so appreciate. I could return home and attend to other things rather than cleaning house. I would recommend her as a sitter to anyone. She was easy to communicate with, provided updates and pics of Jack, willing to jump in and assist me as I left or returned. Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Danny and Jo did a great job caring for our 3 cats and fish AND lots of plants (and home of course) while we were out of town for 3 weeks. We came back to a very clean house, sheets, and towels all clean and folded and fresh sheets on the bed they were using. The plants were all alive too, which is a first for us (again, we have a lot of plants!). The cats were happy to see us and they were all accounted for (a past sitter lost a cat for a week - they escaped outside as a non-outside cat). Everything was in its place and looked great. We received regular updates (via text) with photos of the cats lounging about which was important for us. Danny asked good questions when they visited us before the sit, and when reviewing our pet/house sitting instructions. The only thing we noticed that was different was that our 2 young cats were a little lighter (not necessarily a bad thing) but we understand that being gone for that length of time can be stressful on our furry family, which almost always affects their eating habits. All in all, we would definitely have them again!

Wonderful service offered by Ruth at We Love Pets Woodbridge. We had a thorough induction, knew exactly what to expect and felt very comfortable leaving Daisy our cockapoo, meaning we could really relax and enjoy our holiday. My whippet Maggie has just had her first stay with Ruth at We Love Pets Woodbridge and I can not recommend them highly enough. Maggie has had a wonderful time! It was a real home from home experience for her with lots of cuddles, snuggles on the sofa and stunning walks through the countryside. Ruth is lovely and made me feel confident from the first meeting that Maggie would be wonderfully looked after. I had regular updates throughout her stay to how she was getting on and lots of photos showing how relaxed and happy she was in Ruth's home and out on walks. Maggie will definitely be staying again.
Ruth and the team have been great with my Alfie he was lacking in confidence when they first met him and by the end of his time with them he was a happy bouncy boy. If we hadn't moved out of the area he would still be having his daily visits. Highly recommend Ruth and the team!!
Rachel and Ruth are both caring and professional. Our dog has stayed with Rachel on several occasions, and she is well cared for and has fun with Rachel's dog. I like the fact there are a couple of dogs and it's a relaxed environment, rather than a pack of dogs which our dog wouldn't cope well with. Thank you We Love Pets! You are highly recommended:).
Bella had a lovely weekend stay with We Love Pets Woodbridge. She was treated as a part of their family and had lovely walks and cuddles. Their communication was outstanding and sent daily emails with pictures during her stay.
Rachel and Ruth were fantastic with our two rescue dogs. They cared for them in our home for 4 days. When we returned the dogs seemed happy and relaxed which is far different from when we put them in kennels. Definitely 100% recommend and will be using their services in future.

Rachel was able to accommodate our dog very last moment and accepted him into her home as part of her family, even made him his cup of tea every morning, so that he didn’t feel too strange being away from us. Rachel also kept in touch whilst we were away with photos of his walks and lounging in her home with her dog. I would have no problem reccomending Pamered Pets to anyone, the dogs are treated like you treat them yourselves . We have rescue dog from them, Ronnie's her name and she is absolutely wonderful and spoilt rotten by all who meet her. We l9ve her to bits and so does her doggie brother Charlie.
This is the first time we have had to use kennels and so pleased we found Pampered pets Hotel. Jane and her staff were so welcoming and friendly and our little boy Coco was treated as one of their own. A superb doggy hotel in a beautiful house and gardens. Very professional and Highly recommended
My 2 yellow labs appeared to love their stay here whilst we went on a 1200 mile round trip to Scotland. Staff are friendly and accomodating and the dogs run in and don't stop to say goodbye to us so I guess that says it all!

I am so pleased with the grooming provided at Pampered Pets. My rescue puppy (Binky) came to me very matted - so matted her coat had to be totally clipped. This was done without causing Binky any stress and I know she feels much better. She will now be able to have 'normal' grooming. Thank you. Kris
Be very careful they only care about making money we got a dog from them he turn on us they knew that he had problems. I wanted to know what happened to him as we had falling in love. They said they had found him a home far away turns out he was living in the same village as us and again they had the same problem. Emma dose not care about the dogs at all be very careful this sort of thing has happen again and again with them. I still think of him every day.
This is such a special holiday home for your beloved dog. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My beloved Casper went there for the whole of his life....always bouncing out of the car to greet his friends and 2nd family at pampered pets. Now my Poppy follows on in his paw prints and loves to be there also. Home from home.

I didnt meet Sophie but dealt with Sophie mum Laura who was brilliant. . My dogs had excellent care and couldn't be happier. They helped me out when I got let down last minute so I was very worried about leaving them and was reassured. Will definitely use in the future

We went on a short vacation and could not bring our puppy with us. Happi Days looked after our little boy very well during our trip. Throughout his stay, they posted pictures of all the dogs in their care, so we could see how he was making friends with other dogs and was enjoying all the playtime. We recommend this great dog care place!
Our sweet, little dog stayed here for four nights. For the amount that we paid Happi Days to look after her, we then had to pay more than that again in vet fees to make her better after her stay. She came back to us filthy and stinking. Worse, she was utterly traumatised. Wouldn't move, wouldn't look at the kids, just absolutely a changed dog. God only knows what happened to her there, but it clearly wasn't good. She wouldn't eat for the first few days, and when she eventually did, she vomited it up again. Needed a load of medication and vet care to get her back to her usual happy self. Horrified by what happened to our poor dog. Goes without saying, will never use them again.
Our Jack has stayed at Happi Days several times while we're on holiday, and he seems to have a good time. They post photos on Facebook so we can see how he is.
We love them and our dog Amber loves them. We could not look after our furbaby without them. She was a very nervous and stressed dog before she started attending Happi days and now is lovely and relaxed and gets along with other dogs. We are so grateful for Helen and Emma and the team

Took our Cocker Spaniel there today for grooming. We attend Martlesham Happi Days but no groomer at present. Very welcoming staff and (Amy)? did excellent job with groom. Well satisfied and highly recommend.

Our little lab attends Happi Days every work day and absolutely loves it. They celebrate the dog's birthdays and always have themed events depending on the time of year. They also offer a discount if your dog attends more than a certain number of days a month. As of September we won't need daily day care for our pup but we'll still take him in on the odd occasion to see his pals.
So, so happy with the discovery of Happi Days! I thought it was just day care, I wasn't aware of the grooming service, a friend recommended them. We had Sophie as our groomer, the whole experience is a good one. You can feel the lovely atmosphere the second you walk into the place. Never been so impressed with a groomers, can't recommend them enough. I'd also like to point out the value for money. The amount of "extras" you get as the standard package is brilliant. For example, Pets At Home would charge extra for the nails cutting, Happy Days don't, that's just a standard thing they do.

Seems like a lovely place: we were looking for options on day time care from a surprise dog arrival. However, the cost was too much. I must specify that this is not a reflection on this company specifically. Dog daycare in general is an expensive cost which was something we cannot afford. This looked like the best in the area!
We take our dog to happi days and as soon as we mention the word she gets really excited. They do so much with her from partues to agility, walking in woods.
Plenty for dogs to do. They offer extras too for busy owners, like wash, groom, woodland walks. They take photos every day so you can see what your pooch got up to. Our dog has been for two half day sessions and comes home whacked but happy. Opens early and finishes late to fit in and the offer over night stays too.
Our dog goes to Happi Days Dog Day Care every week day and comes back home very tired so she must definitely enjoy her time there! They put daily pictures on facebook so that we can see what our dog has been up to. Staff are friendly. They also offer wood walks and other treatments but we have not tried them. I would definitely recommend them if you have got a high energy dog like ours (she's a beagle!). The price is also competitive in comparison to other creches.
