Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

Cung was a wonderful cat sitter and housesitter and we would happily invite him back again. He was excellent with our cats and sent plenty of photos, and also left the house impeccably clean. Brian is a very professional sitter that does a good job, pays attention to details and is easy to work with. I have a lot of plants. A lot. He suggested me do a video for the plant care so he could be sure of which ones needed what. Brilliant! I’d never thought of that. They were in great shape when I returned. I explained that I needed some flexibility with travel dates, he agreed and rolled with the punches like a champ when my dates did indeed change. Unfortunately, he was a bit allergic to my cat but made it work anyway. He was really awesome about everything including a tree that fell next door in a storm and blocked the road for three days. I appreciate that he appreciated how funny and how much personality Boo has. They got along well and I received some great videos. I returned home to a happy cat and a house well taken care of 😊. I would definitely recommend Brian.

Laura came across the country to sit for us. She arrived a day early and from the moment my pets met her our Lokie was smitten. We have one shy cat Luna and she was out and about on the first night. Laura kept us updated and shared her Adventures as well. We do live in a small hideaway of a town so seeing that she was able to enjoy herself was nice. We returned to a clean home, laundry done also, and very content pets. Lokie was sad for a few days as he missed his friend. Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!

I can not say enough great things about this place! I boarded my 2 dogs for the very first time ever this past week - they are a bit older (6 & 7) and one of them hates everything 😂 I was VERY nervous as I was unsure how the 6yr old would act, much to our surprise she did great & absolutely loved them!! Sarah & Ray are seriously the best, they treated my babies like their own and dealt with my daily check-in texts. The price was fabulous also! They have opened up so many future opportunities for my family as we now have a safe place for the doggos. 15/10 recommend!!

Sarah and her husband are unbelievably awesome. She has been grooming my dogs for awhile now and recently boarded my dogs when I went into labor with my son. She came to my house and picked them up and took care of them for the week, dog medications and all, and brought them home fully bathed and groomed. She is one of the most genuine, kind, souls that I have had the pleasure of knowing. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else now! She is hands down the BEST!!

My kids just returned from a visit to The Woof House for a 3 night stay. The place they have stayed in the past was booked and we were on a wait list. Bob and Woof House to the rescue. We had a short road trip planned to NY and no one to watch the dogs. The stay went perfectly. They were super accommodating with both dogs, especially since one of them was recently adopted from Erie County Humane society and I wanted them to stay together so the new dog would feel less anxiety. Thank you so much for everything Bob and Woof House! Thank you for the pictures on Sat to ease my mind that leaving her was okay. Look forward to having the kids stay again!
I took a tour prior to boarding my fur babies and they were so open and willing to allow me to see everything and were able to answer all my questions. I love that my boys were kept together and when outdoors they were not placed with other dogs. They enjoyed pup cups and special play time.
Woof House is just the best! My dog Apple stayed there for the first time this past week and was spoiled! When I dropped her off she was happy/wagging her tail which made me feel good about leaving her there. I could tell she was at ease while she was there when I picked her up. She got special treats and extra love which makes me so happy! Thank you Woof House for taking care of our girl!
We took our older dog, Fender, for a day of boarding when we had work done on our house. She can be quite anxious when she's away from home, but her experience here was outstanding! The place is so clean; the business is so organized; and the people taking care of the dogs do such excellent work! I would recommend Woof House wholeheartedly. Our Rough Collie was groomed at the Woof House. Our Rough Collie is a 65 pound, one-year-old puppy with a ton of energy and hair. The groomer did an amazing job! He looks great!!! The cost was very reasonable.

This is the 2nd time we have boarded out puppy Corazon. Everything we go there, our dog gets more and more active when it comes to being around other dogs. He used to be scared, but after going here, he wants to play with other dogs now.
Had to get some help/boarding for my cousins dogs because her mom (my aunt) just passed away..... I just wanted to say that Jill was SO helpful and friendly. They took her 4 dogs last minute and explained everything and were super sweet on the phone. It made a really difficult week a little bit easier with them not having to drive back from services to let out the dogs. I'm assuming the dogs had a good stay, but I'm thankful for this team who were really helpful on the phone.
Does your dog come home with poop all over your dogs feet and body. Mine did, after a 6 night stay 210 dollars later!! We did not notice until he was in the car. It seems like their paperwork is never in the system. The owner has never contacted us to resolve the issue or even or apologize. The workers even commented, the owner does not get back with them in a timely manner. We will never be back! Think about where you take your pup or loved one! We won't be back to Dirty Paws Pet Super 8. Next post will be to Facebook and Instagram. Update, it has been two months later. Still no phone call or apology. Think about where you take family member.
My daughter’s mini-schnauzer Loki is 8 months old now. He is very attached to her and vice versa! But when we turn onto the road, he starts getting so excited! He is going to play with friends! So glad someone from our dog park recommended you, it has been great for Loki (and for us)!
My dog Maggie has been going there for 4 years. She loves it! She gets so excited every morning. As soon as we turn on the road she barking and wagging her tail. The staff is so friendly and they take good care of her. We board Maggie there also if we go out of town. I know I don’t have to worry about her and be stress free while I’m gone. On top of all that, their prices are the most affordable in the area !
I was so nervous about leaving my puppy while going out of town because he is so rambunctious. This was his first time away from home. (Golden Retriever). He had such a good time there, he was happy when I picked him up. They spent time with him and even complimented him. I would use them again without question! When your dog won’t get in the car to go to her daycare…there’s an issue. She always loved going to “school”. She absolutely hated this place. She wouldn’t get in the car!! It was filthy and obviously they just stick the dogs in a room with no interaction and NO WATER. We forfeited the $$ we paid cause we figured they needed it more than we did…Save your dog’s sanity and send them to a reputable daycare facility where they will enjoy themselves. It’s definitely not at this facility!! Very unfortunate. March 20, 2024 In response to your message below…I did let someone know! Obviously they didn’t let you know. I forfeited those visits due to you and your staff not being professional in running your facility not because I have money to throw around. Hopefully you used it to improve your staff and the care they are SUPPOSED to be providing to our pets. It’s a shame….

My dog Khaos goes to Happy Paws when we go out of town and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is nice and always accommodating. Holiday weekends are always a challenge but they never fail to put my family and I at ease. We moved out of the Akron area and I still travel 30 minutes to Happy Paws because of their customer service. I recommend them to anyone who cares about their furry friends staying in a safe and nice environment.
This was the first time I've had my 3 dogs stay here and I'm very happy with the service provided. My pug recently had surgery and needed medications, which they administered. They also gave my older puggle his daily joint supplements. And they made sure my pitty was good with joining the daycare group as he had never been with a larger play group before. My pups were all happy and healthy when we picked them up after six days.

Truly our dog’s home away from home! Our dog, Dutch, is so happy when he hears “Let’s go to day care!” You can really tell the staff loves your dog as their own during their stay. I love the fact that they have a smaller capacity for dogs compared to other places/franchises because each dog gets the attention and play time they deserve without feeling overwhelmed and definitely makes me, as a dog owner, feel more confident in the care my dog is receiving. After a day at day care, Dutch always comes home needing a nap—which says a lot because he is a VERY high energy pup! Poochie’s also has PHENOMENAL customer service and communication. They answer phone calls in a timely manner, respond to emails SO quickly, and are so friendly. I cannot say enough amazing things. We treat our pets as family members and I trust Poochie’s 110%.

I am soooo happy we chose Poochie’s for our fur babies stay. We came from out of town last minute and they were soooo accommodating. Everyone who I spoke to was so pleasant and sweet. I was sooo nervous leaving my baby but they made me feel good about leaving her. Also, I’m a helicopter dog mom so I called to check in on her and they were so nice and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. So happy.
We adore Poochies. More importantly, my 1 year old rottie mix LOVES this place! He’s pulling me through the door every day so he can run and play with other dogs in daycare. He gets a bath once a month as well while at daycare so it’s very convenient for us. A one stop shop. All employees are very nice and professional. Highly recommend if you like a more tight knit environment for your dog.

We have a Portuguese water dog that loves going to this kennel! It is really nice while we’re gone to have confidence that he is getting excellent care! The owners are good at communicating with us, and we really enjoy seeing the photos of him playing with his playmate outside! We would highly recommend this kennel to others! The price is good!
I wouldn’t leave small dogs with them they definitely don’t have the skills to care for petite dogs. My little guy came back to me after a week covered in his own feces, hadn’t been brushed (so covered in matting), and was only fed wet food (that I did not supply or ok) so he had horrible diarrhea. However on the other end of the spectrum they do amazingly with bigger dogs like labs and Great Danes. Never had an issue when leaving my big dogs there. Other than that I wish they would send pic updates at least once or twice to ease my mind that my puppies are safe and happy.
Extremely well taken care of facility it doesn't smell like a lot kennels do. The owners are nice people and take care of their property and establishment. My girl has never came home with kennel cough or fleas like she did at the last few places I took her too when I had to go out of town on business. Here, I know she is good and not sad missing me because they keep her entertained and follow all of my directions I leave them. Great place Cloverleaf, I highly recommend.

Cloverleaf is the best dog kennel I have ever been too! The owners Sheila and Ken are so very nice, they make me feel so comfortable when I board my princess pup. We have never had any issues, shes never came home with any problems or weird behaviors and their prices are so reasonable for the attention they give your pup. Every time I go on vacation its like shes on one too because they play with her and give her the attention she deserves which makes me happy to know shes not being neglected while I'm gone! I highly recommend Cloverleaf!

My family and I have left our dogs in the care of Cloverleaf Kennels several times and they are always happy and well cared for when we pick them up. The facility is spotless and the family that cares for the animals are lifelong animal lovers and give a lot of attention to each of the dogs they are boarding. My wife and I found Cloverleaf while looking for a new / affordable kennel for our two girls. Kevin gave me a tour of their kennel and told me how their business started and has grown. The owners are committed to their customers being comfortable leaving their precious family members in their care. Remington and Kimber did great!! We called several times to check on them and Sheila was welcoming to tell us how they were doing. She even sent pictures of them playing outside in the secured area!! Great job Cloverleaf, will be booking again soon!!!
We love Cloverleaf Kennels, but more importantly our fur kids love Cloverleaf Kennels! Kevin and Sheila are amazingly accomodating. I wouldn't take my two huge lapdogs anywhere else. Trips away are so much more enjoyable when I know my fur kids are safe, secure, and in amazingly caring hands!

Wonderful business that I trust to care for my dog! My husky/aussie mix (not an easy breed, lol) has been here for grooming, daycare and boarding and always has a great visit. I'm glad i found this place for my little dog. I would not leave my dog just anywhere they are your babies. Im very picky about where my little terrier goes. They alao groom your dog.

My two standard poodles have been vacationing at Dog Gone Crazy since we moved here in 2012. They get incredibly great personalized care, and I wouldn't leave them anywhere else. But the real review is from Hektor and Oblio. They go into the office, and pull me straight to the door to go back to the kennels. They love it!

Dropped our puppy dollee jean off on the 29th and picked her up they washed her blanket when we picked her up she had to have fun because when I picked her up she growled at me she is only 3 months old and the price is good and they trimmed her nail thanks so much

Will not return. My dog came home injured TWO TIMES from daycare. Back to back days. Whatever their monitoring policy is, it is absolutely horrible. There is no reason why my dog can be scratched all over and no one notices. No one called me. Nothing. I understand dogs play rough at times. However in my opinion it is up to the people YOU ARE PAYING AND TRUSTING YOUR PETS LIFE WITH to take notice and put a stop to it and inform the owner.
Being a long time dog owner and never needing or even considering “doggy daycare” I was hesitant to consider handing over my puppy to a stranger when I needed some future appointments that I needed some care for him. I also knew he needed socialization . Our meet and greet was terrific ( I was clearly a nervous wreck) the dog was fine. Now it is weekly visit ! They are the kindest people. Professional, clean and calming. I highly recommend Preppy Pet
We recently took our son’s dog Daisy (a Welsh corgi 9 month old puppy) to Preppy Pet in Fairview Park, Ohio while our son is out of town on business. Tracy was very helpful and answered all our questions about taking care of our puppy. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgable and took great care of Daisy when we took her in to get shampooed, and nails trimmed. We took our Mia for another grooming at Preppy Pet on January 26th and again were very happy with the service. Greta did a fabulous job with the grooming and Tracy is such a delight and so helpful. Mia gets a little frightened or scared of the dryers, but everyone takes extra care of her because they remember that. They love to spoil her as much as we do! This place truly cares; everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Trust your furry children here -- you will be really happy!

If you are looking for a place for your four legged family member to stay or play Preppy Pet in Fairview is the place! We recently saved a dog and he absolutely loves to go to Preppy Pet and play with the other dogs and staff. He doesn’t even say goodbye! They keep track of other dogs that they play well with and their style of play to match them up in the future. We boarded him for a week while on vacation and they took amazing care of him! The owners and staff really care about the animals and show them lots of love while in their care. Really is reassuring to have a place where Hank loves to go and is taken care of while not with us! I moved from Iowa about a year and a half ago. I had a horrible experience in Iowa at a boarding place and was very nervous about taking my pup to be boarded again. Tracy and the others at Preppy Pet assured me of everything they do and sent me pictures through his stay. Every time after they always go through their cleaning policies and how often they let the pups out and just overall provide a great experience. I now live 35 min away and still take my newt to be boarded with them every time I need to travel for work because of how awesome they have been. He loves it there as well and is always so happy (and tired) when I pick him back up.
Always came home extremely hungry and thirsty after boarding. After grooming several times my dogs nails looked like they hadn’t been touched. My dog came home from boarding with a stain on his fur. I’m glad to have other alternatives. Very unhappy with Preppy pet.
We recently took Mia to Preppy Pet for grooming and are very happy! Tracy, the manager, was fantastic -- very friendly, responsive, helpful and really nice. Explained their operations fully. Kendra was the groomer and did a really wonderful job! It was our first time there and we will definitely be returning not only for grooming, but for day camp and boarding when needed. Highly recommend Preppy Pet in Fairview Park. They honestly care about your furry family member!
So glad I found this gem for my dog sky! Everyone is polite and pleasant. Sky wasn't nervous or anxious at all when I picked him up. He smelled clean and was very happy. We will definitely use Preppy Pet again!
