Kate was fantastic! Our boy, Guy, liked her from the very beginning. Kate sent pictures and videos almost everyday. She asked questions when needed and really cared about Guy and his wellbeing. She quickly learned his quirks and his joy. The apartment was super clean and the plants were healthy. The most important thing of all, they had a strong connection and we would all love to have her return another time.💞

I can just say that I have been soo happy with Emily and Luisda! They are such a sweet and kind people. I felt really secure to leave my two cats with them. They replied really fast and sent lots of updates. It was the first time for me to leave Bobby with someone of zeewoi, but I think he had the best experience. Same for Willy, he is very shy but on the first day he was already having a cuddling session with them. This says A LOT!! Also when they left, there was good communication and the apartment was left in a great state with even some food and drinks left behind for me. There is no doubt that I would love to have them come over again to look after the two cats!! Thanks for everything :)

There aren't enough stars to express how great Elisa is. I was away for 3 weeks and left her to care for my 2 cats, one of which is very shy. I was concerned that he'd be scared the whole time, but Elisa won him over and they became close. I think she has a gift for animals. She sent me photos and daily updates, which I didn't think would be necessary after a period of adaptation, but I grew to look forward to them. Elisa also speaks several languages which was most helpful, as she had to deal with an issue with the apartment in Spanish, which she took care of and informed me of right away. She left the apartment clean and tidy and also left behind a couple of toys she bought for the cats. Elisa is highly recommended and I hope she'll be available if I go away again.

Lovely experience with Consuelo, her transportation was delayed but she kept us informed along the way. I am sorry my friend was unable to wait longer to show you around. I never got to spend much time with Melody, but what time I did have she was really lovely. I got pictures and videos daily along with messages how the dogs were doing. The dogs really took to Melody, which going by the pictures and video they were either sitting on her or cuddled into her. Definitely the pictures spoke volumes of how both dogs related with Melody and were very comfortable. Melody took great care of the house too. I would have no hesitation of Melody sitting Rosie and Douglas in the future if she is in Scotland again.

From our first contact to when we arrived home after our trip, communication was excellent and we were able to enjoy our time away with complete peace of mind that our pets and our home were in good hands. We particularly appreciated how clean and tidy everything was when we got home with the linens and towels all washed and dried! It was the first time we had left both our dog and our cat with a TH sitter and Kristi went above and beyond. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Anna was a wonderful sitter for our furry friends. My dog, Luke, bonded with her and was sad when she left. My cats would crawl under the covers and curl up with her at night. She is a true animal magnet and lover. I highly recommend Anna to anyone who wants their pets to recieve first class love while away.
