Theresa and Charlie are the best. We bring our Corgi there once a week and she looks forward to it. She really gets excited when she arrives. Buffy is everything to us and we know she is in caring hands when she is there. They vet all the pups before letting them join the pack. Big outdoor area with swimming pools for the pups. Our dog loves this place! We have been going for over a month now, and our dog has learned daycare days. He gets excited in the morning to go, and grabs his leash. The owners are fantastic, great genuine people, treat them like their own.

Amazing place and staff. The owners and the staff truly love what they do and 100% care about the dogs. I've worked at a few daycares and no other daycare has cared about the safety of the dogs and is as strict about what dogs are let in. It really is all about the dogs and not the money with this couple. That's rare. I would trust them with my dogs 100%.

LPC boarded my dog (and she had never been boarded and is 6 years old) with love, great care, and kept me apprised of her well-being while I was overseas for 7 days. It is the first time that I have ever felt 100% at ease while boarding a dog. The owners and their staff are top notch at what they do (taking care of dogs) and the facility is 5-star. My dog was with the "medium sized, lower key, dogs" which was a perfect fit for her. My dog did need some extra "love and attention" and LPC owners made sure she got it! LPC is the BEST dog boarding facility I have ever used.

Love this place and love the owners. My dog enjoys his daycare experience there very much. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The dogs get lots of room to run around and be silly.

My mini Aussie loves playing at LPC! Theresa and Charles love their daycare dogs and give them a great workout each day. They even give them a rinse after a hard day of playing outside.

Our chocolate lab loves staying here. Always comes back happy and tired. We've used them for years now and it's always been a great experience!

Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. I cannot recommend this business enough. The owner Raquel is incredibly caring and kind, and treats your dog with the utmost care, compassion, and understanding. She runs it out of her very clean home, and was super helpful to us when we needed someone to watch our Cattle Dog after our regular boarding place cancelled on us (her daily price is wayyy better too). She has three adorable little pugs to keep your dog company while you’re away. Give her a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Bubba Dog Spa is the best place for your furries babies. Since I met Raquel, I cannot trust anyone for Frida's care. Raquel is amazing, always let me know how Frida's doing, take her to her walks and send me pics of her playing and relaxing with her. I recommend this place with my eyes close. I'm so thankful to have Raquel in my life since now I can travel knowing my dog is in very good hands.

Bubba Dog Spa was really helpful for me and my family. During a period of time we were unable to take of our dog, the Spa was a safe haven for our dog and lifted a burden off our shoulders. Overall we are very grateful for Raquel.

My puppy Sienna stayed with Rachel twice now. The first time for a weekend and the second time for three weeks. Rachel was so attentive to Sienna, and she sent me updates daily of her. I will definitely leave my sweet Sienna with Rachel again for future trips. ♥️♥️

You can’t find a better place for your pup! Brian and Pilalak take such great care of our dog on so many occasions. Not only do they make pick up and drop off convenient, send pictures throughout the day, they also accommodate my dogs varying food schedule and keep me updated on any issues. I’ve had many of my dogs go to many doggy daycare locations and this place is the best by far! You and your puppy won’t be disappointed. This is not a kennel, this is my dogs “happy place”.

Thank you so much for taking care of my cat while I was on vacation! I left to Vietnam for 3 weeks and luckily Pet Paradise was available to watch my cat while I was gone. They are so nice and have an amazing space for my cat, completely separate from all the dogs. MaryEllen's Creekside Critter Care (CCC) has been boarding our dogs for the last 7 years. Our older super-mutt, Gus, always knows where he is when we pull into her driveway. He truly enjoys his time there. We had a little Yorkie who initially manifested separation anxiety when we would leave her behind, but MaryEllen's special focus on making each client's dog be comfortable, won her over. Annabelle enjoyed being bossy and ruling the court at Creekside. We've got two new Yorkies now and the three dogs were in CCC's care for a week recently. The pictures and videos MaryEllen sent, showed how happily our dogs played with the other dogs at CCC. We highly recommend Creekside Critter Care.

We have a 17+ yr old cat with a number of health issues. We were very reluctant to leave her with anyone since our move to Seattle 2yrs ago. We felt very comfortable with Joe and Maryellen when we met with them for a meet and greet. Joe has been cat sitting for us for about 6 months now. Tubby has totally become friends with Joe. It took awhile because she’s very shy. But Joe’s persistence paid off and now she’s the ‘boss’. We love it. Joe is always contactable via texts. He sends us updates and pictures. I have changed feeding instructions numerous times and he’s been so very patient with us and Tubby. We love Joe. Most importantly Tubby does. We highly recommend his services.

I can’t say enough good things about Maryellen & Ann. We brought a very frightened little 7 month old cattle dog into our family from a rescue. They both have worked with her from almost day one. The patience, expertise & kindness went a long way. She warmed up to them right away even though she was afraid of mostly everything! She comes home tired from a day of playing yet they are careful she’s not overly stimulated. Cattle dogs don’t have a “off” button & need to coaxed to take a time out😅. I also appreciate the boost in confidence I get. Never having had a rescue pup before I am so appreciative of all the tips that help to bring the best out in our girl Marley. I go to work & know she’s well taken care of & having a great time. I have no hesitation in recommending them & know you will be pleased with their services.

Creekside Critter Care is the best pet care team I've used. My dog is not easy - she is very skeptical of strangers and new people but she took to Ann straightaway. Even though she is very uncertain when I am away, the Critter Care team knew just how to make her feel secure. Now Ann is her favorite person and so excited to see her! I can’t recommend Fuzzy and Free enough! Julie takes great care of my pets and I never feel worried about them because I know they are getting all the love and attention they need. The grounds are especially nice for dogs to run around and it’s a major bonus that they are allowed inside as well. My dog loves coming here and playing all day. The owner keeps the pack small and they have full run of her big property. She texts updates whenever you want them and her whole family are just really nice dog loving people. I wish every dog could get such pampering.

Rain and Shine has been a wonderful addition to local businesses here in Shelton. They have a great selection of goodies for animals. I come in here every other week for dog food and usually end up buying a few treats for the doggos. They are always friendly and happy to see customers come in! Thank you for the great service.

For 10 months, Todd and Christy of Rain or Shine Pet Care walked my mom’s dog. My mom has memory issues and is in assisted living and could no longer walk her dog, so they took over - four times a day, every day, holidays and weekends, rain or shine. They NEVER missed. And the kindness and compassion they showed my mom was extraordinary. Frosty loved going for his walks, and would be so excited to see Todd. They are simply the best; if I could give them 12 stars I would.

Julie is amazing. I originally booked her as I had foot surgery and needed my dog walked for six weeks… and my dog Joule, a French Bulldog had such a good time (she’d come back with a huge grin on her face) that the six weeks extended into five years. Joule adored Julie, and when I took her to the park, she’d run straight to her. She also enjoyed her days with the “big dogs” as she was sure she was the size of a Great Dane. The only reason we stopped was that my beloved Joule died suddenly from a tumor. Knowing she had such a wonderful life, especially her pack experience with all her friends, was a great comfort. Julie still checks on me to see if I’m ok, and gives wonderful hugs. Highly recommended.

David does an amazing job with both our dog, Edison and cat, Mesa. He always makes sure to spend quality time with them, with lots of play and affection. Luna has been a Jax for years and we couldn’t be happier. Luna is a rescue who generally is not fond of men or cowers but she absolutely LOVES Tanner. She also gets so excited to see Lou in the mornings. Between these two employees it’s why we stay at Jax. Their adorable nicknames for her and their love for her are priceless. On top of that she has made many friends and even the little love of her life , Mango. I love seeing the adorable photos and activities on Instagram. Lou is our favorite and is doing an amazing job communicating with me as a parent. I always know Luna is in the best hands at Jax. Bubble days are amazing!

Jax is amazing! I 100% recommend bringing your dog here! I was so worried my big dog wouldn’t fit in because of his leash reactivity and made sure everyone knew his background and they made sure he had a slow intro and they said he did amazing! My little dog also loves it here! She’s been to daycare before and she is definitely more comfortable here than where she was going before! I give Jax 5 stars! Attentive, caring, compassionate, and staff is super friendly and informative!

We have taken our 10 month old puppy to Jax for a few full days now. The staff has been very friendly and informative about the process. It is very easy to schedule a drop-in as well. Anytime he’s there, he comes home all tired out which is such a relief.

We had an escalating health scare with our dog that meant we had to change boarding plans several times. Jax was with us every step of the way and were very empathetic when we ended up cancelling our trip to stay home with our sick dog. We will not hesitate to board at Jax next time we need dog care.

Our husky has gone to Jax for a few years now. He loves it there! He has lots of friends, he has plenty of space to run and play, and the handlers take good care of the dogs. The supervisor Linnea is amazing! She's so sweet, and is incredible with the dogs.

We've recently started taking our dog, Cannon to Jax Dog Drop and he absolutely loves it! Our first experience was boarding Cannon for a two-night-stay and it went smooth! We saw photos/videos of Cannon thru their social media, which kept us at ease. At the end, we received a "report card" which detailed Cannon's stay! From then on, we've utilized their daycare services at least twice a week. Every time we pull into the parking lot, Cannon's behavior becomes ecstatic and he is evidently thrilled to go inside! We appreciate the staff here as its obvious that the dogs are well cared for!

We love Jax!! We've taken our dog Barry here for daycare several times and he just did his first overnight and he LOVED it. He was hesitant the first few times we took him for daycare but he warmed up and now wants to go back. The staff is always very courteous and the animals are obviously well cared for. Best part: I just found out they post pictures to their Facebook page and I found this great picture from a few months back!

The services of Jax Dog Drop are very helpful to have (used them several times when needed during trips or house remodeling periods), and the dogs seem very happy here! I rate four stars rather than five, for only one downside: dogs will occasionally come back smelling mildly like urine (maybe one in five days), with some other dog’s urine dried to their bodies and/or heads. With very small indoor dogs, cleanliness is extremely important and so this requires that they be fully bathed at home after picking them up (which adds a lot of time and effort to an already expensive ordeal). Overall, our dogs still seek to enjoy it here! But, it still is an issue worth mentioning, and one which I have not had elsewhere at some other dog day care locations (though I am not sure why). If they addressed this issue in some way (perhaps they could offer a service where they quickly bathe your dogs at pickup time, or figure out some other way to keep larger dogs from soiling smaller dogs near by) I’ll happily update this review to five stars.

My big dog loves going to Jax!! Lou knows my dog so well and makes sure to give me updates and fun stuff about my dog when at daycare. We have been going here for years and can’t imagine what we would do without them!
