They don’t place any value on the customer. Very unwilling to be flexible. As a former business owner, I know that you maintain lasting customer relationships by treating your customers with understanding and respect and there’s usually room for adjustments. We have been bringing our pups here for a few years. This year we needed boarding for Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. They told us at three night minimum. We explained that we want to be able to see our babies when we come back on Sunday and if they would be flexible and let us pick them up Sunday and then drop them back off on Monday for the day (since we were paying them through Monday anyway). They said absolutely not then 10 hours earlier we had made the required deposit for the boarding because we thought we had no other options. We wound up finding an alternate place to take them and asked if we could get the (it was the same day and more than 10 days from the reservation date and we were told when we made the reservation that there was— option for refund over five days prior!!) I asked to speak with a manager because the young girls staring back at us look like she didn’t give a flip and wish we would just leave and GUESS WHAT?!! She said she was an assistant manager!! Wow!! It’s one thing for an employee to treat a customer this way, but it really shows how they value you as a customer when the manager treats you like that. Anyway, we’re finding another place to go and would warn others to do the same, because even if you’ve been loyal to them for years, in the end, they view you as replaceable.

Our dogs LOVE their time at camp and all their awesome camp counselor buddies!! The free splash pad and water play activities are PAWsome and the little projects they do for pet parents around holidays like Valentine's, mothers/fathers day, Christmas, etc. are so stinkin cute. We will be long time customers for sure. Our boys never go more than a week without play time at their home away from home. ❤️🐾

I'm moving and a bit frayed around the edges. With Camp Bow wow I don't have to worry about my dogs and the care and attention that they are receiving. They are both so happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. They are ready to snuggle on the couch when they get home. No moving stress for them.

Ayla and Brandy did so well for their first time at Camp Bow Wow! We loved being able to see them on camera playing during the day with the other fellow campers. Thank you to Misty for being so helpful and accomodating for our girls! We will definitely use Camp Bow Wow again in the future.

Traveling a thousand miles away, it gave us enormous relief to know our Buddy was being given the best care and attention. The camper cam was a huge bonus to allow us to view him throughout the day. Thank you CampBowWow for taking excellent care of our boy. We are so appreciative!

Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Office and play area sparkling clean. Dogs observed on camera and had a great time. 11yo had first been there in 2014 and 18 month old first visit to screen for planned 10 day stay while we travel. We will be back in three days.

The staff at this location is exceptional. Great customer service and they REALLY care for and understand my dog. I feel good about leaving her with them every weekday. My pet loves it there too!

The staff is very friendly and my pup is always happy to attend daycare at Camp Bow Wow! The level of cleanliness at this location is impressive, and the campers always appear to be having fun. The ability to watch my dog via webcam anytime I want to is a huge plus as well. They charge $30 for one full-day of doggie daycare, which is reasonable for the quality they provide and a little less than their competitors.

We rescued a staffy and we send her here to make sure she is well socialized with other pups. She comes home super tired and has so much fun. We watch her on the remote camera. The staff are great and give us a report on how our puppy behaved for the visit. Love this place!

This place is amazing. Just used them for the first time for my adopted dog. I took my youngest daughter there to get her approval and she liked it so it was kid approved! They do an interview day where you have to leave them there for 1 daytime daycare pick up by 7pm. He did great so he was able to be boarded when we went out of town on the weekend. But you have to make sure they have ALL shots they require. The staff was friendly, you can tell they loved dogs, no one had a mean attitude or behavior so that was a super plus! You can tell they were passionate about what they do. My dog even got a report card when we picked him up, super cute. And there’s also videos you can check on them periodically when they are out in the play area.

Pets Inn is my absolute go to for pet boarding! Over the summer, they took care of my cat, Key, while I was out of town. Now, being able to leave Mars, my dog, has allowed the flexibility I need. I feel so comfortable with the services and the friendly environment, I cant wait to bring Mars back to The Pets Inn! I very much appreciate the photo updates, this gives me piece of mind until I can return to my little buddy. I would absolutely recommend Pets Inn in the future! :)

I can’t speak highly enough of this place! The owner and management truly care about you and your pet. We’ve enjoyed receiving pictures of our pet while away. You can tell the pet is in good hands and enjoying their time. We will definitely be returning to this kind and loving organization.

I LOVE this place!!!!! My pup Rocky is quite the shy boi but really perks up when we get here!! The grooming and bathing is amazing and he’s always so handsome and in tip top shape when we get him back! The person who walks the dogs does a great job and puts his harness on perfectly! I wish I could give 7 stars because this place is just that amazing!

We always choose The Pets Inn for our precious babies boarding. Gus is great with animals. He cares them like they are his own. He texts us our fur babies pictures while they are boarding with them. I highly recommend them if you care about your fur babies like they are your children.

The Pets Inn has treated my dog, Opal, like family. The staff members are kind, patient, and value customer service. I am always welcomed with a smile and genuine care for Opal. Tracy, for example, has always been so great to us. The staff also send pictures from time to time which I love! I uploaded a few pictures that they have taken of Opal. If you're looking for a doggy daycare or boarding in your area, I would definitely recommend The Pets Inn Hotel Boutique.

Currently boarding my three dogs at the Pets Inn, but have boarded my husky there prior. Love the daily pictures and the quick communication. They're so happy and well taken care of, it really is a blessing to have somewhere nice AND AFFORDABLE to take them when we visit family.

We dropped off our sheltie, Coco, for ten days when we traveled out of the country. We were really apprehensive because we had never left Coco overnight anywhere since we got her at two months. She ended up loving her boarding experience SO much that we bring her to see her friends (staff and dogs) 1-2x/week. You can see how happy she is in the photos!!

Laura with All Our Friends Pet Care did such a great job looking after our house, plants and four cats while we were gone for two weeks. She was referred to me by a friend and the moment I met her I felt at ease. She is super sweet, caring and organized. Laura from All Our Friends Pet Care has been caring for our pets for several years. We started relying on her when we had an elderly pet that required daily medical care. She had no hesitation taking on the responsibility of treating our 23 yo cat. Now we always depend on Lara when we are out of town to care for all our pets and the photos of their happy faces are very comforting.

My pup loves to go to Dog Days! He literally runs to the door to go see his friends. He has so much fun playing with his other pup friends. They are always so good to him and it makes me feel great that I’m leaving him somewhere safe and happy!

Marissa and Alex as well as the entire staff at Dog Days did a fantastic job caring for my very active German Shorthair Pointer this weekend. They were so accommodating and took her in just hours after I called to inquire. I was in a bind and suddenly needed to find boarding for her. They not only graciously boarded her but also took the time to check in with me via text while I was away to let me know she was doing great! Marissa and Alex are also GSP owners so they understand their personalities and strong instinctive nature. That gave me and my husband such peace of mind. Their facility is clean, professional and full service. They will even bathe your dog before pick up. I love that they are open on Sunday. Many boarding facilities are not open on Sunday and you are forced to pay for another night if you arrive home on Sunday. Our family had an excellent experience with Dog Days and I’m certain your family will too. Dixie will be a returning customer!

I was able to get boarding last minute with Dogdays for my little Mila. Alex made it very easy with regards to paperwork that was needed to secure her stay. Alex was great in responding as to how Mila was doing while there and shared daily videos. Mila appeared happy playing with other dogs around her size. I highly recommend.

I was so scared to board my pup for the first time but they made the experience so comforting and made sure that I had updates and videos of my puppy every day he was there. They were so kind and reassuring! I will definitely be using them again!

Our little girl shepherd is big for 12 weeks . She is happy coming back home and sleeps better after having the day learning to socialize with the other pets. This has been a really great exercise for her to be. We always feel that they care for the dogs. Most of all for us is, that it doesn't smell like dirty dogs. This means alot to us and shows the true care they provide. How they handle little dogs with big dogs is amazing.

My dog Reign loves going to Dog Days. Since day 1, they have been so friendly and welcoming. My 7 month old plays her little heart out there and she comes home exhausted from a long day of play and social interaction which has helped her puppy energy levels tremendously. We have also seen a decrease in destructive chewing as well. Such a fun environment and I love that she is learning to be dog friendly to all different breeds. They have cameras as well so you are able to pop in and watch your fur baby play. I am so glad I found this place.

Our dogs loved it here. They spent the day there, were boarded overnight and picked up the next day. Owners/staff were communicative and friendly, they definitely cared about and enjoyed having our dogs. I was told our dogs seemed to have endless amount of energy, I think our dogs were just excited to be there because when I got home they were dog-tired and slept for hours which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this facility for daycare and boarding.

We feel we can depend on them to take good care of our dog when we go on a trip. They send a daily report on our dog's eating and activities. And they often give us in person updates when we pick her up.

I had a friend advise me to stay away from this place but my partner and I still wanted to give it a chance. As soon as I pulled up to the place, I got bad vibes immediately. The building looked old, overgrown, and dirty. Despite the sloppy look of the location, however, I pushed on, and decided to leave my pet behind for his assessment. Needless to say, the employees were rude and unfriendly upon walking in. I was immediately turned off by the lack of care of the facilities and decided to cancel our stay, to which we were refused a refund. Because our pet “failed”, the assessment, we were offered to put our $110 deposit towards training or pay for a different package that would limit our husky to “two potty walks and snuggle times per day”. If anyone knows anything about owning hyperactive breeds, then you understand that is simply not satisfactory. We were absolutely not willing to pay for a package that would limit our pet in stimulation or activity. If an assessment is required for each new pet, would it not make sense to ask for a deposit or payment AFTER the pet passes or fails their evaluation, instead of forcing your customer to purchase they simply don’t care to? I was extremely cordial over the phone, and attempted to work out a solution with the manager (who refused to speak to me). Every attempt was rejected. When we initially booked our boarding, were further told that cancellation must be made 7 days (a week) prior to the reservation, which this was. Nonetheless, the management took it upon themselves to penny pinch and explain to my girlfriend in an arrogant, self-righteously worded email about how our cancellation was not performed in the given time range. It’s poor business etiquette at best, ignorance or stupidity at worst. This place prides itself on fraud and malpractice and would prefer to leech off of your hard earned money than keeping your pet safe. Stay far away from it.

I have been coming to Rob Cary for several years now and it has become my dogs’ home away from home. The front desk manager, Austin, and receptionists, Stephanie and Sherri, are always very helpful when helping me make my many appointment for my dogs. The agility trainers, Jill and Dane, and the obedience trainers, Keith and Monica, are amazing and informative when we are in their classes doing new things and helpful when I need help training my pups. The kennel staff are always happy to see my pups and make their visit special and comfortable. One of my pups goes to daycare with Anne and her pack leaders and my girl is simply in love with them and always has an amazing time. The groomers, Keith and Kayla, always do a wonderful job. My pups always come home smelling and looking amazing, like run way models after their visit. To simply put, Rob Cary is an amazing place to visit with my dogs and I trust them with my current and future animals.

We have been boarding our 2 mini schnauzers here for the past four years and absolutely love this place. They always take amazing care of our dogs, send daily report cards with information and are very efficient when checking in/out for boarding. This is the first trip time that we have included grooming in our boarding and are SO glad that we did. Kayla did an amazing job on our dogs and they look so good! She listened to exactly what we wanted and definitely delivered that look! I don’t like the traditional long skirt, leg hair or eyebrows and beard schnauzers usually have, but a shorter hair version of the schnauzer cut, and she gave us exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommended Rob Carey and you should get your fur baby pampered by Kayla while there. You will not be disappointed 🙂 this is the only place we will take our dogs to be groomed from now on, I just wish we found Kayla sooner! I literally cannot get over how cute they look!

I have a seven year old pup, Apollo that goes to Rob Cary about every two or three months for boarding while I go on vacation. I know he is treated with so much love because he is always so happy to go when he sees were we are at. When I pick him up his is a wagging so big but also so exited to say bye to his Rob Cary human friends as we leave. They are always so nice!

I’ve brought my pup to Rob Cary for behavior training with Keith and agility training with Dane, and I’ve been really impressed with both trainers. Keith has been fantastic with my dog, who is quite fearful of people and other dogs. Thanks to Keith’s expert training, we’ve seen a lot of great progress in a short amount of time. He’s patient, understanding, and truly knows how to handle a nervous dog. Dane, who handles the agility training, is also excellent. He’s very patient and detailed, which has made the agility sessions enjoyable and productive. My pup has really thrived under his guidance. The reason I’m giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there were more of the outdoor agility equipment available for use indoors during the summer. The San Antonio heat can be brutal, and having the option to train indoors with a wider range of equipment would make the experience perfect. Overall, I highly recommend Rob Cary for their training programs, especially with Keith and Dane. With just a little more flexibility in equipment usage during the hotter months, it would be a 5-star experience! I have not used the boarding or daycare facility.

They somehow got my previous review down, so leaving a new one!🤗 This is by far the WORST PLACE ever. I boarded my Chihuahua there last year. He’s not a people-dog but he’s not mean AT ALL. Never had a history of biting before, per vet or grooming records. I had issues during the stay, tried to call to resolve but they were no help so I left a review. That’s when Lucas LIED and said I had told them Ricky has bit my husband in the past. Straight lies. Never has happened. I called about this lie and that is when he told me that during the stay, my chihuahua (who’s a senior and has a hard time chewing BERRIES), bit through cat gloves and left bruises on their staff member. Never was I told this when it happened, at pick up, or when I called trying to resolve the issue. They had opportunities to tell me but neglected to tell me. If this really was true, 1) why was I not told. 2) what were they doing to provoke this bad of behavior to a dog that normally is not a biter? When I told my vet about this they literally LAUGHED and asked if they mixed up the dogs because this is not Ricky’s behavior. Disgusted is an understatement. They ended the review response saying due to his behavior, they can’t take Ricky again. Never was I told this at pick up, was actually told Ricky would feel more comfortable in the next visit and “see ya next time”. Damage control at its finest. We now go to another place for boarding & daycare and they’ve never had even a slight negative thing to say about him, they’re patient with him, and give him quality care. We love Rob Cary, we board our dogs there and they always take good care of them. We also took our new puppy to obedience training there, as well as having her groomed. Kieth was a great trainer, we learned so much on working with our dog. We feel confident in training her on our on now. We may take her back for agility training at some point.

Super disappointed with our luxury suite stay for my two pups. It was our first time at Rob Carey and I was really looking forward to my puppy having group playtime. However, the team was not able to make time for a group play assessment during his 4 1/2 day stay. Warning for first time boarders here - your pup will not get group play unless you have an assessment prior to the boarding reservation. This is not stated anywhere in the online reservation process so calling it out in case others miss it as well.

KAYLA IS AMAZING! REMEMBER THIS NAME SHE IS GREAT!! Only groomer I will use for my Afghan Hound Bruno!!! She is sweet and really takes the time to listen to what you want. You can really tell she is a dog person.. I consider her Brunos second mum as he loves going in to see her!! You can see his face light up as soon as we pull into the parking lot, he knows!! He comes home happy as ever! She is so gentle and kind! I highly recommend Kayla for grooming!!! We have gone to puppy classes as well, Monica is awesome! So smart and well educated in training! She remembers all her puppies names which is a talent in it of its self with how many she must see! Her dogs are so well behaved and she really takes the time to instruct each owner through the training process with such clarity. She also changes the training to fit each dog's needs which ive never seen a trainer do! I think its great!! She has really helped us turn around our training and we can't wait for our next class! I know Bruno is excited to see them both. I may bring them some doughnuts or kolachies next time I bring Bruno in, THEY DESERVE ALL THE GOODIES!!! Bruno can attest to this. Ps if you've read this far, the first pic is fresh after Kayla's grooming, he is so soft and fluffy! The second is a pic during Monica's training session, he's so happy!!

Wonderful place I have used their services for a year and it’s been exceptional every time. My last time using their services I was in a difficult situation with a difficult dog, but they continued to show amazing care. They are munificent, straightforward, and honorable. They earned and deserve to be known as the best dogs daycare and boarding. I can not recommend them enough. P.s. amazing artwork too ☺️

I can’t say enough positive things about Lucy’s and the staff! From the moment Joey brought in my baby boy, to the level of communication I received from Cassandra and Paxton, Crystal’s thoroughness while taking down my instructions, and Cierra’s steady stream of photos - Nothing can compare. The staff and the facility made it so much easier for my husband and I to enjoy our wedding day without being worried about our Jojo boy and his happiness. They even let me bring his Squishmallow skins and administered his anti-anxiety medication - Even when he decided he was too good for peanut butter, they stuck it in some wet food and he ate it right up. They updated me as soon as I sent them a message or phoned about how he was doing, if he was eating, and just his general welfare. Thank you to everyone at Lucy’s who took the weight off of our shoulders and gave us the ability to enjoy our wedding weekend together. 🤍

Lucy’s takes the best care of Atlas & Chole’!!! They are flat out from playing so hard all day’ we love it here! Highly recommended.

We’ve been taking our 18 month dog since he was about 6 months. Daycare 2-3 days a week. We can watch the webcams and see he’s having a great time and being closely watched. Also boarded him twice and felt confident he was well cared for. Grooming and bath services are top of the line. Communication with not only us but his Vet is the best I could ask for. The level of love and care the staff provides the dogs is amazing. The booking process for all services is fast and easy online. Also, easy to update vaccination records online. They are strict about vaccinations which is appreciated.

Very professional and EXCELLENT care. We will use the boarding again this summer. I highly recommend Lucy’s for boarding. I’m so thankful they were there when I needed someone to care for my sweet pup. Thank you Lucy’s.

Great grooming & boarding experience w a tiny spoiled older chihuahua. Very organized in that staff has always been ready for us. Recommend!!

We always take our dogs to Lucy’s when leaving town. They’re always attentive to our pups and their needs. We have one that has been going there since he was a puppy and now at 13 years old he has slowed down and they are very watchful and careful to make sure he doesn’t overexert himself. Dogs have been there for long stays and short stays and are always excited to go and exhausted and happy when they come home. As you can see from the screenshot of our recent stay, they are very careful to make sure each pup is cared for well.

Our sweet furry baby loves Lucy's. They take such good care of him and meet his needs. He has been going since he was a small pup, and he just loves all the people that play with him, love on him, and feed him. Thank you for all you do!

Lucy’s is amazing! I broke my ankle and after five weeks of taking care of my fur baby and I, I just got too tired. Daughter intervened and said we can board at Lucy’s. Staff was attentive and very concerned. My fur baby is now home and with a fine bath, she is now passed out asleep!!! This lets me know she had a good time. Thank you!!! Sometimes life throws us punches and we need to take care of our health. I’m grateful Lucy’s let me take care of me whilst they took very good care of my fur baby!

The staff here are so kind! They are always happy to see Maya. I love that this daycare has cameras so I can see what Maya is up to. Maya recently had a longer stay and I felt comfortable knowing she was in great hands. All her items were returned clean and in great condition. I also love the fun events they do throughout the week. We always get cute pictures and special treats. The groomers also always do a great job too!

Booking at pet suites was very easy, and the people working were all so sweet! They also accepted our dog knowing she was a bully breed with open arms, we know our breed is the most judged so it was nice finding a place who treated her the way we wish everybody would. She's a rescue so it was hard leaving her but the front desk girl helping us really reassured us. After her 3 night stay, she came back very happy!

Our puppy Bexar loves his time with the team at PetSuites. He’s been a regular since 2021 and everything from daycare, to enrichment and overnight night stays he’s one tail waggin’ fan of the team and playmates at PetSuites Airport! Mom and Dad can rest easy knowing the staff cares for our pup like family. They know him by name and greet him and send him off with tons of attention every time. Thanks PetSuites for being an extension of our pup care team! Special thanks for adding the cameras…that’s been a bonus!

This visit was my dogs (Moxie 15yrs old and Calcifer 10yrs old) longest stay, if ya count the pick up and drop off days. Moxie is anxious and not a fan of people and Calcifer is NOT a fan of water, anxious with the vet—yet when they realize they are not at the vet they are Petsuites they leave me prancing into the back! 😂 They LOVE all day puppy play days and Calcifer actually lets them bathe him! This visit they graciously let me take them home, sometimes after they greet me they want to go back into Petsuites! This is them with their Halloween bandanas after their bathes!

I had to board my dog for 5 days and was initially a little worried because it was the longest my dog had been away from me. They kept in constant contact with me, letting me know my dog's well-being. I felt that my dog was in good hands and had his best interest. He even smelled and looked great. They did an amazing job.

Our baby boy Duke is always happy going to school. We love how everyone at PetSuites genuinely cares for our baby. Duke is a big 100lb big boy and very energetic (Very Energetic!) but every person that is at the desk the mornings Duke is dropped off knows how to handle him. My husband says that he is glad that they all love dogs at PetSuites because ours is two handfuls! Thank you PetSuites for all your hard work!

Every staff member at Pet Suites takes good care of our pup Jefferson. They get to know not only our dog, but us owners too! We use their services for day play and he is so excited to be dropped off. The updates we receive from enrichments and add-on services are done with care and not rushed. It's sweet seeing his personality in the pictures and videos. Extra bonus for the grooming services they have too with Bel, she made sure Jefferson looked perfect for the summer weather! We definitely recommend anyone in San Antonio to use Pet Suites Airport location.

This store is very people and pet friendly. The facility is always clean and fresh-smelling. They care for all sizes and types of animals and usually have holiday specials. They also have military discounts. I've had my dog there on several occasions and am very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for boarding or grooming.

I can not say enough wonderful things about our first, and certainly not the last, experience for boarding our kitten for 11 nights! The staff goes above & beyond in every aspect from check-in to check-out and reports & photos along the way! Everyone was so nice, the facility is spotless and fantastic! Great service! Hannah went above and beyond to make sure we were able to pick up our doggy without any issues. I liked being able to see our dog on the live cameras throughout his weeklong stay there. He seemed to have had fun!
