❤️ Caring, energetic, and tidy professional ready to love your pets and home!
From the moment we picked Alecia up at the airport we knew things were going to go well. She was very friendly and happy to share stories of her travels with us. The orientation at the house went well and our cats immediately took to her. During our trip, Alecia frequently sent texts, pics, and videos to reassure us that everyone was doing well. We just got home this morning and the house was very clean with nothing out of place. Wishing Alecia safe and fun travels and hope our paths will cross again!

Remote working & learning family, looking for new furry friends to love on!
I cannot say enough positive things about Victoria and her family. This was our first time using zeewoi and we were a little nervous but the moment I met Victoria I knew I had nothing to worry about. Our dogs were loved on and taken care of so well I don't even think they missed us. The house was absolutely spotless.

Trustworthy, dependable, & caring family of 6. We will spoil your furry family!
The Whaleys were awesome and would be invited back into our home at anytime! The house was cleaner than we left it, Rudy was happy and well care for by their family, and their updates to us were reassuring that all was well on the home front. To top it off they left us a parting gift of a candle for the kitchen. Thank you Jill and Jeremy!

Marilynne & Alan
This was the 2nd time Alan and Marilynne watched my cats for me, and I knew Sylvie and Monet would be in great hands because Alan and Marilynne had been so great the first time! They sent updates and pictures of the cats cuddling with them, and are so friendly they even had dinner with my neighbors one night! Another thing that stood out was how great they were when my cat got sick the night before/morning I left for my trip. I was so worried about the timing, but they assured me they were comfortable with anything they needed to do to help her- they went and got meds for her, kept me updated, and even called the vet when she got sick again. I've been home for several days, but I got a text from them today asking how Sylvie's doing now. These are very kind and caring people, totally trustworthy and do a great job!

We are thankful to Kevin for the very good care brought to our beloved cat and to our house during his long stay (1 month). We had the pleasure to meet with Kevin face to face before leaving for our trip and it reinforced our choice and opinion we could leave in full trust. The communication between us before and during Kevin’s stay was great. Kevin regularly sent pictures, short videos of our cat and messages. We would love having him stay again in the future!

Responsible, Reliable, and Trustworthy - Ready to care for your home and pet!
This is the 2nd time Rachelle has stayed for a pet sit. I can’t say enough good things about her and our experience! She’s truly a gem of a human being, so great with communicating with us, checked in daily while we were gone and treated our house as her own. Left our home in perfect condition and our pups love her! She’s very hands on with walking the dogs, being playful with them and sends lots of videos and pictures. We adore Rachelle and are so thankful and grateful we found her! ❤️ She will be first on our list anytime we need a pet sitter! Highly recommended 😊

It was my first experience as house/ cat owner, and I’m so happy it went so well! Nanci took great care of the kittens and the house, she kept me informed and sent pictures regularly. I found this first experience very easy, thanks to her. She is very reliable and very easy to communicate with.

Maggie took very good care of our pets was very concerned that the they would not be alone, which we appreciate. The house was clean and well taken care of when we got home. Communication was easy. We highly recommend Maggie as an opet and house sitter and she is welcome back.

Hello! We're Marshall and Aimee. We love travel and animals! Come see why! :)
Aimee and Marshall were exceptional dog sitters for my puppy Lucy! They communicated consistently before and during the dog sit (including sharing video and photo updates of their activities w/ my pup), left the house tidy and clean, and took the extra effort by asking all the right questions up front to ensuring a smooth sit. This was my first time using zeewoi and I’m lucky I found them. I’d recommend them for any sit, and would welcome the chance to host them again.
Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!
I never met Joi because due to her work, she arrived after I left and was gone before I returned home. This wasn't a problem at all. She was very self-sufficient and seemed to find all that she needed in my house. The house looked exactly like I left it and my cat seemed very content when I returned. Apparently they had a nightly routine of Luna getting brushed. Joi is a very experienced sitter and it shows.
Elisabeth was an excellent sitter for our cat. We were away for two weeks and received daily photos and notes from her about Catman's activities (i.e., sleeping and eating). She is definitely a cat lover and that was evident from our cat's calm behavior when we returned.
Kimberly was a wonderful sitter who watched our two cats for us while we were out. She was willing to come a day early to help acclimate herself with the animals, and this was exceedingly helpful in making sure the cats would be comfortable with her during our absence. I would highly recommend Kimberly if you're looking for a responsible, caring sitter.
Nathalie and John were great! They were great house sitters to watch our two dogs, 2 geckos, our old cat and bull frog. Their two girls took good care of the animals as well. The house was exactly how we left it. We really appreciated their help!
Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Your fur babies would be lucky to spend time with her. Thank you again for everything, Ruthee!
If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies and your house while you're away, Daniel is your guy! I had discovered zeewoi just a couple of weeks before I was to leave on vacation and I was not only apprehensive if the website was too good to be true, but also under a real time crunch. I reached out to over 100 local sitters and several possibilities fell through. I was confident I would find the right sitter and when Daniel applied for the sit and I started to text and converse with him, I knew I had found the perfect sitter for my two cats! Daniel was upbeat and positive, articulate and personable, warm and caring, and he asked all the right questions about Lilly and Eli (I hadn't had the time to complete my Welcome Guide, yet!?!). I shared that I had an easy cat and problem cat -- Lilly, who is sweet, social and eats dry food, and Eli who is skittish, was periodically pooping outside the kitty litter box and was eating prescription canned food twice a day mixed with a probiotic and stool firmer. I asked if he thought he was up for the job and he happily said he was. Since he flew all the was from Chicago, I thought the least my husband and I could do was pick him up at the airport. When he arrived, he pulled out his notebook. He patiently walked with me as I reviewed kitty care, showed him around the house, and where he would be sleeping. He immediately picked up Lilly who was excited about meeting her new friend and Eli bugged out and down the stairs to the basement (his favorite hiding place!). We got Daniel connected to the internet, set him up at our dining room table and headed off to airport, leaving our house and kitties in the best of hands. Daniel wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and assured while we were away. He made sure to text with me every other day (he had asked my preference earlier), sent photos of Lilly being her cute self while Eli hid during the day although he gave me assurances that he was eating his food and using the litter box (there were a few accidents, but Daniel never complained about these additional duties). When we returned from our vacation, the house was also spotless and well cared for and Daniel had even washed the sheets for me! It is with utter happiness and complete confidence that I recommend Daniel as a fantastic Sitter. He is trustworthy, responsible, caring, and competent, and you can rest assured that both your house and sweet pets will be watched over and treated with TLC -- and will truly be in the best of hands while you are away!
Ann Marie was an excellent house sitter who went above and beyond. She flew in a day early and stayed at a local hotel so we she could meet my cat and get the keys before my early flight the next morning. When I returned, she and Tryke were best friends and the house was immaculate. She even washed the sheets and towels, and remade the bed. I strongly recommend Ann Marie for any future sits!
Jose was a wonderful pet/house sitter for us recently. We highly recommend him. He was wonderfully reliable and responsible and took such good care of our two pets. On short notice Jose drove down from Grass Valley to the East Bay for a bit of a quiet get-away while working a really hard job teaching online. We know how hard that is firsthand and partly why we needed our own get-away for a last-minute backpacking trip. We have a recently rescued pit bull and a rescued cat that we're still introducing to each other to make sure the dog doesn't eat the cat (as he seems to want to), and the cat doesn't blind the dog (as she would if he tried to eat her). That might be more background than is needed in a review but Jose made us feel comfortable about everything because of how conscientious and responsible he clearly is. We could tell when we talked to him that he was genuinely kind and eminently trustworthy. We are very grateful and hope Jose was happy with everything too because we know what a value his care was to us. Jose truly deserves any and all house-sitting gigs that strike his interest. Ours was not the easiest and he was amazing. Get him if you can.
Kristine was wonderful again as our local sitter from just down the street. The boys take to her like she is their best friend whenever she comes to sit with them. She sent us photos of them playing, relaxing, drinking water and eating so we knew they were well taken care of. The house and the cats were in excellent shape and excellent hands while we were away. It is wonderful that she enjoys the house and the cats so much and tells us so. Kristine comes with our highest recommendation! Thank you Kristine!

My 11 month old bully mix started daycare here today and she absolutely loved it! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot she went absolutely nuts. The staff were outstanding and their communication was amazing. Their facility was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. It was only our first day and I could see how much they enjoyed, loved and cared for my furbaby! 💜 She can’t even keep her eyes open 😆 So glad we found happy paws!
We send our German Shepherd pup to Happy Paws. She absolutely loves it. She was a little hesitant the first of couple times we took her. Now, I can't get her leash off fast enough. The employees are great with her and very welcoming. I'm glad we made the decision to take her there.
This was our first time boarding our 1 year old golden retriever. Admittedly, he’s been acting pretty anxious lately when I have to take him to the vet, groomers, etc, so I was a bit nervous about how he was going to do. My vet prescribed him some anti anxiety meds just in case, which I gave to the staff. When I picked him up after a 3 night stay, I was told he was a good boy, except he kept having accidents in his kennel, which they chalked up to his nervousness. However, when I got him, he reeked of urine, and the hind side of his back legs were stained yellow from apparently sitting in it. The stench was awful. As soon as I got him home I had to bathe him. I felt so bad for him, wondering how long he was sitting in his own urine? Not a good first experience at all. I’m so disappointed. It shocked me too because the staff were so friendly and professional. Wouldn’t have expected this outcome.
My yellow lab, Blue, has such a great time here! Blue has been coming to Happy Paws at least twice a week for the past year. The staff is amazing and sweet; they care and love for my Bluey like their own. The pricing for boarding, daycare and grooming is very reasonable. I do recommend this place to all of my west-side dog-owner friends!
Our golden, Mayzie, loves Happy Paws. She has been coming here for over a year and gets so excited even if we drive past on our way somewhere else. The staff is great from the front desk to the ones that work in back with the dogs.
Love having this place only minutes from home. I take my very active French Bulldog there a couple times a week when I have busy days with conference calls and meetings working from home. She loves going and when I pick her up she's always ready for a nap after a busy day of activity. (see photo below) The staff are all friendly and it's easy to tell they are all dog lovers.
I've taken my dog here 2 sessions in a row for grooming, and my dog has developed a horrible rash all over his back from the experience both times. I even had the staff switch to oatmeal shampoo and it still did not prevent infection. Unfortunately I've had to put my dog on medication thanks to this experience. I do not recommend any pet owners go to this business for grooming or boarding due to unsanitary conditions, as the place may cause terrible infection & pain to your loved ones.
My Dog Cooper K has gone to Happy Paws for almost 6 years. To this day all I have to say is let's go to school(my grandkids have always called it school) And he is up and at the door with his tail wagging and looking at me like Let's Go. They have been very good to Cooper. The help there is amazing to just name a few Rebecca (Keeps things flowing which is a big job), Makayla ( amazing Cooper loves you) and Brittany (a Treasure) and all the people who bring Cooper to me to take home are great. I highly recommend this place. My only request would be to install camera's especially for boarding. Clients love to check in on their pets especially when they are on vacation. People are often anxious leaving their pet, the camera's would help them see their pet is okay and having a great time. More places are doing it and seems to be working out. Just a thought. Thank you all for the love and time you give to Cooper it is so very appreciated
When we needed a new place to board our dogs near Bridgetown, we were lucky to find Happy Paws. They took great care of Mack and Eesa. They had a great time playing in daycare while boarding, too. Only downside is they don’t have cameras to watch the dogs in daycare, or send you a photo by text while they are there. Despite that it’s a great choice.🐾
My dog loves going here and is always in a great mood when we pick her up. She needs much more time with other dogs than our previous dog, and Happy Paws is a great fit for her! Every time we pull into the parking lot she starts excitedly squeaking and tail wagging happily. The staff are really nice and helpful.
Our dogs, Foxy and Phineas, went to the Country Cottage Kennel for about 6 years. Ken and Diane as well as all the staff cared for my dogs like they are their own. They took great care of them when I traveled, sometimes up to a month or two. Big Phineas starts to howl as we turn down the driveway and cannot get through the door fast enough to see the crew. I recently moved to Poulsbo, WA, and the most difficult part of the move was knowing that my dogs will not be able to return. Thank you all for loving my Foxy and Phineas. I know they miss you all so much.
They did an AMAZING job grooming my Australian Sheppard! I mean, just look at how stinkin cute he is after I took him in. I would HIGHLY reccomend taking your fur babies here.
We boarded our dog here for 10 days and it was a great experience. The staff is responsive and friendly. The facility is clean and as comfortable as can be for dogs. They listened to our dog’s special needs and took extra care while we were away. We would definitely board him here again. Thanks!
First time leaving my dog, Duke, at Country Cottage Kennels and his stay was great! The staff was friendly and were easy to contact when I had a time concern. They took great care of my boy while I was away and plan to use them for future trips!
Took my 2 dogs (one 5 months old and the other 2 years old) here for their first boarding experience. Both of them came back smiling and excited! We’ll definitely be coming back!
Loki loves Country Cottage Kennel! Every time I take him, he can’t wait to head back to his “room” to see and play with all his friends. Seeing how excited he is when we walk in, is proof positive he is well taken care of when he is with them!
I am new to the area and got a recommendation for country cottage kennels. I am very particular about where I board my older dog and I was extremely pleased with Country. The staff is extremely friendly and the best. If you care about your pet and want them to be safe, secure and treated like family while you are away go to Country Cottage Kennel.
We bring our dog here for both the kennels and for grooming. We have taken our dog to other kennels and this is the first place where she didn't seem scared. In the past at other places our dog was too nervous to eat while we were gone, but I can tell that she doesn't have this problem when she says here. The employees really care about animals and take great care of our pets. The grooming is wonderful as well; every time we bring her home after a grooming we have see much less fur around our house as they have gotten most of it out. The location is a little bit tricky to find but it's nice and quiet back there for the animals.
We are so happy with Country Cottage Kennel. They truly go above & beyond with the service they provide. One of our Wheaten’s is a very picky eater and takes medication which requires at least a little food before administering. We try all kinds of things like hard boiled eggs, wet dog food, cheese, etc. to get her to eat. They will also coax her to eat with whatever we bring. You just cannot ask for a more loving, caring environment for your pets when they can’t accompany you. You can be assured they are getting excellent care. THANK YOU Country Cottage Kennel.
I stopped in today to get some information and possible tour as I had heard good things about the boarding. I understand that I didn’t have an appointment and clearly they were busy with morning drop offs. Not only was I not in a hurry I told the lady so when she commented that morning aren’t good for tours. She rudely asked me what I needed and was acting as though my walking in was a huge issue. There were at least 2 or 3 other dogs in there and she then looks at me and tells me to watch my dog as if she was an issue or something. I had her on a short leash with a choker collar so she wasn’t getting away from me. My dog was excited but not hurting anyone and not aggressive at all! I told her I had no I plans of letting her go so why she felt she needed to say that is a mystery! That is when I decided this was not the place for me, if this is how you treat a new customer then my dog will not go there!
Brandy is a great alternate dog mom when I travel and work locally. My dog Dutchess always feels like she is going to family when I drop her off. She even knows the turns and can’t wait to get out the car when we arrive to play. Brandy has 24 hr drop off and pick up available and being that I am military that works perfect. I have been with Pup Yard and Brandy for over 2 years and I will go with no one else. -24 Available -Short notice drop-offs(got game tickets short notice, random date night: she is a text or call away for a dog sit) -Fur babies treated like babies and they love it(Come back home tired everyday) -Will even give baths when they need it(My girl likes to get dirty Brandy does not mind lol) -Perfect communication while your furbaby is with her(even sends pictures) -Price Perfect for a few hours or a few days -she has kids that love on the babies too! -Big yard , Shade, and Out Door fans, with toys. -Treats your baby like you do( my Dutchess is a spoiled house baby) (All Photo are provided by: Brandy@ Pup Yard) Brandy is my go to and I thank her every day because she takes the worry out of my life when it comes to a Dutchess… You can't find a better person for your Pets.
Brandy is a lifesaver for our family. She is quick to reply, reliable, and a genuinely lovely person on top, which builds trust when you’re leaving your pets in someone else’s care. We do a lot of last minute travel for work and need care for our two dogs (an elderly terrier and a young Aussie). When Brandy herself is not available, she generally has a backup person responsible for the Pups and (more importantly) asks if that’s an acceptable alternative for your dogs. Especially if you’re in Price Hill, this is a gem. Our dogs always come back tired and happy, and Brandy lets them kind of have the vibe they need, i.e. couch nap time with the humans versus hard play with other dogs. She has the setup to do so, with multiple secured yards and crates on her property. Over several years now, our dogs have always come back in one piece (sometimes despite their best efforts 😂) and our instructions are always followed for meds and food. I have used fancy “dog resorts” and college kids and other in-home and out-of-home boarding to care for my boys and this is such a great in-between. She’s a great alternative if you’re tired of extra charges, rules, and lack of flexibility at bigger “dog hotels” but need someone more trustworthy and reliable than other folks who dog sit on the side. (Pic is not from Brandy’s house but my dogs did learn how to cuddle each other when they stayed there together!)
Brady is an excellent “Fur-Baby” sitter! She took excellent care of my 6 month old puppy. She has a large fence in yard where they can roam freely and nice inside accommodations as well. She has a friendly personality and is willing to go beyond the call of duty to help fulfill your scheduled needs.
If you are looking for the perfect person to dog sit or are interested in adding a fur baby to your family then I highly recommend Brandy! Brandy took great care of our very hyper and needy Labrador several times while we were on vacation. I absolutely love the fact that she also rescues pets and finds good homes for them. I ended up taking home the sweetest Australian Shepard that Brandy rescued as a puppy and she has been such a wonderful addition to our family! Brandy always welcomes her back when we are in need of a vacation. I have many friends and family members who have had wonderful experiences with purchasing their fur babies from Brandy as well.
Brandy is extremely reliable and quick to respond. All the stays I booked for my dog Oreo have pretty much been last minute plans and very rarely does she say no. I’m grateful I have someone I can trust with my dog and know that she is cared for and gets all the cuddles she needs! Reasonable price, quick to respond and amazing person. Definitely recommend.
We have used the Pup Yard and Brandy for watching our dogs, German Shepherd, French Bulldog, and Lab mix, for the past few years. She is so easy to work with, quick and efficient responses about visits, pick-up/drop-off times. We never hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. The first time we dropped them all off we asked for updates and we haven't since because we know our dogs are in amazing care each and every time. Can't recommend the Pup Yard enough!!!
Brandy is very attentive and loving to our Dog. She is prompt, flexible, friendly, has excellent communication and is overall a delight, and the photos she takes of your pet and sends to you is a total bonus. I Highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to care for their Pups. Look no further you have found the best place for your pets.
We got our Mini Bernese Aussie puppy from Brandy. He is an absolute gem with the best temperament and was so well socialized. The pup yard is a wonderful doggie day care for him to run around and socializing with the other dogs. He loves it here! All of the dogs in Brandy’s care are treated like family.
I used Brandy’s service while finishing up my last year of college and working part time construction. Brandy was always super accommodating to my wacky schedule, whether I needed to drop my dog off super early or pick her up later than my original schedule! Brandy is so amazing with every single dog and knows each of their names and personalities so well! She has multiple yards and does everything in her power to make sure every single dog in her care is happy and healthy. I HIGHLY recommend Brandy and her family to anyone in need of an amazing dog daycare - you will not regret it!
Brandy and the Pup Yard are the best! My two dogs Iggy and Milly love going there and we love sending them. We have used Brandy for almost two years for daily daycare and overnights. Those who know me know that I am neurotic about my dogs…we have been through daycare at Dogtown, Pet Athletic Center and one other private daycare prior to finding Brandy. We are the type of dog parents who pay someone to sit at our house with our dogs when we go out for more than 4 hours. We feel so lucky to have found the Pup Yard. Brandy is wonderful and knows our dogs incredibly well. Iggy is full of energy and loves playing with everyone while Milly is very picky. Brandy knows when to separate Milly and always knows what is happening with the dogs compared to other doggie daycares. If something does happen, Brandy is always quick to text and let us know. Iggy and Milly are always excited to go in the morning and tired when they come home. Her hours are wonderful and super convenient! In summary, best daycare/boarding ever…if you are thinking of sending your dog, do it!
Dre did amazing updating on me on the pet sitting with my dog BearBear while I was at work. Very highly recommended you also won't be disappointed he's very reliable and insured and he has pet CPR and first aid certified.10 out of 10 recommend! Bear Bear after a day with Dre!
Dre is a very kind and professional young man. He will definitely take care of your dogs. I live in Jersey Now, but when I’m in Ohio I will only use his services!!! Thank you Dre!
Dre took excellent care of my dog. He was very professional and treated my dog as his own. I would definitely recommend his services.
When I went on vacation dre took care of my puppy for me. He did an amazing job and I will definitely be calling him whenever I need him. He is reliable and caring.
Dre is excellent at his job very professional good Ppl skills he truly cares about the comfort of others!!!
Owner is extremely nice and really cares about what he does. My dog was well taken care of. Definitely recommend. Thank you!!
It definitely shows that Dre really cares about what he does. You won’t be disappointed 😄 …
He’s very professional and I would recommend my doggie care with him.
I loved when I went to him he made sure my dog was always calm and he's very polite loved it!!!
Very reasonable and respectful he even went the extra mile to help me with my schedule
Clean and reasonably priced. The nicest people work here. Took call-ins while we were traveling, so we could check on our pets!
A bit out of the way but worth the savings. Clean facilities and knowledgeable, caring staff. Daily walks or play time optional for the canines. If you don't want to pay for your dog to watch television and just need to board then this might be the place for you.
Very nice kennel boarding place, we recommend! The kennels offer indoor and outdoor space
We have an anxious pup who only likes his family, and acts nervous and seems scary/aggressive (he is a 75 lb lab/shepherd mix with issues) to anyone else (aka strangers). Town & Country is the ONLY kennel in the area who would take him. They are friendly, listen and he acts excited when entering and leaving. So grateful for them!!!
Town & Country is the best!!! My dogs came back happier than ever and their prices are so affordable compared to others. They took great care of my dogs for a week, I won't use anyone else now! Thank you so much!
The owner will take your dog on a “vacation” in a different state without telling anyone and then try to hold them for ransom and refuse to bring the dog back. And then after police and local12news get involved finally decides to bring back the dog. 0/100000 do not recommend !!!!!
I had the best experience boarding my dog with T&C Kennel. They were so nice, accommodating, and my dog came back happy and healthy. I had to extend her stay by one day and had no trouble doing so with the staff. The facility was clean, check in was efficient and calm, and I felt the overall cost was very reasonable. Thanks again T&C!
I do not like kenneling my dogs but Town & Country is wonderful. Kind, caring staff. My dogs are so good when we pick them up so I know they also had a good experience. I wish I could find a similar business in our new location. Thanks Town & Country!
Boarded our cat, she can be a handful due to her separation anxiety. She came back with no issues, the staff was super friendly, on top of the great prices. They recently sent us a handwritten follow up card which was so nice. Definitely getting our business from here forward.
Town & Country takes great care of my dogs. They’re well-organized for drop-off and pick-up. And I know my dogs are taken care of when I’m out of town. We highly recommend them!
My little shih-tuz Miles absolutely loves Dogtown Cincinnati! He’s always happy to go inside and I’ve been taking him there since he was a few months old, he is 3.5 years old now! I love that he is with the other small breeds so I don’t have to worry about him. They also offer grooming services which is very convenient to add on after a day of daycare or a separate day. One of the executive team, Olivia, is a friend of mine and is extremely passionate about animals and is dedicated to both her human and furry clients. We love Dogtown! 🐾❤️
Sal always loves his time at Dogtown. I’m so grateful to be able to go out of town and know my baby is being taken care of by the wonderful team at Dogtown.
I've been taking my dog here for a year now and have had the BEST experience! He is so well taken care of and the staff is very friendly; it's nice knowing my Beans is happy and cared for when I have to work. Alexus, the groomer, is also AMAZING! I've never had a better haircut for my doodle. Would recommend this place to anyone (:
I know that my dog is safe and very well cared for by all of the people that work here. They always keep me updated on her behavior and if they notice anything different about her and I can see on the webcams just how much care they give to each dog. This is worth every penny!
Wow... So with our time at Dog town in Cincinnati in one word to describe it is eventful. At first we loved the place until a few actions that happened. Our dog Zeke was getting groomed by one of the groomers there and was cut on his ear. A chunk of his ear was cut off and the rest had to be removed on top of that from Med Vet. I called asking for a check of what I came out of pocket for their wrong doings towards my dog. At first they gave me an extremely hard time and said "well we gave you the haircut for free since we cut him"(intending they weren't going to pay the vet bill) ,and wouldn't until I threatened legal action. The next incident was our 120 pound Golden Doodle was put in the smaller dog pin when he was getting constantly humped by a dog that was in the bigger dog general population area. This dog was constantly throwing himself on top of my dog and many others as well. Even though my dog was sitting in the corner not trying to be humped by this dog the dog continued to hump in and we have a video of it happening not getting stopped by the workers there. Though my dog was the one getting pinned down and humped he was separated from the group? Why punish the dog that wasn't doing anything wrong? When I asked why he was being separated the worker said "so would you rather haven't that dog hump small dogs?". No quite frankly I wouldn't want him pinning any other dogs there. I will say Juliana is a hard worker there as a GM but overall this place I would try to avoid. On top of these things we have to wash his paws every time he comes home because there would be urine left on the ground for the dogs to play in without being cleaned up. Thanks but no thanks. Save your money.
I have had the very worst experience working with Dogtown. With dogs bitting me 5 different times and one additional dog attacking me. The staff will never put a incident report in or let owners know of the the dogs are doing. Staff were mad horrible to work with. The communication was severely non existent.!!!!!
on-boarding process went great for my pup initially. love the cameras so you can watch them. but my pup kept catching colds/getting sick. have had more success at another daycare
Dogtown Downtown Cincinnati has been our go-to dog daycare provider for months now. From the minute we walk in the door, till we pick the pups up after a visit, it is clear that everyone there really cares about the dogs they take care of! And as an added bonus, they have cameras so you can check in on your furry kids through their stay!
Everyday it seems an employee is always yelling at the dogs, they have an outside yard for them and all it takes is for a dog or 2 to bark, (like a dog does), and they scream at them to stop. Definitely won't take my dog here and u shouldn't either..... Updated review...... Never hear that employee telling at the dogs no more, I know did we kid and there needs to be an alpha directing them but before it was just telling to be mean, now u actually hear carring, corrective, direction from the staff.
I couldn't have asked for a more professional and caring facility. I haven't stopped promoting Dogtown Cincinnati. I will utilize them anytime I am in town without fear. My dog is family to me and that is exactly how they treated Gideon(my dog). He had a blast.
Furkids is amazing!!! My dog has been going there for daycare and boarding for the past 4 years (since she was a puppy) and loves it. She gets so excited and runs to the door when I tell her she gets to see her friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and fun spot for their dog.
We love FurKids! They always take amazing care of our first born. There was a mix up in our Thanksgiving plans and they accommodated us when they were already at capacity. They are the best and we cannot recommend them enough.
The BEST doggie daycare/boarding in Cincinnati. I’ve been taking my dogs here for 7 years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about FurKids! My boys are always happy to run into the door and I’ve not once had to even remotely question the care or attention they have received.
We’ve been going here for 3 years for daycare and boarding. Fur kids is THE BEST!! We are moving soon and the loss of this place is cause for great grief and anxiety. Our dog daughter will miss this staff immensely. We have a very anxious husky and she considers the Furkids family her second family. She runs right into day care. Such an amazing thing to see. Thank you, Furkids for your care and love to Kenai!
FurKids has been such a gift. Our dog can’t wait to go there and is always happy and tired when we pick her up. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and bright. We especially love that they have no-crate boarding and a camera so we can peek in on her. Highly recommend!
I've been taking Izzy to Furkids for almost 9 years, and her sister, Phoebe, since she joined our fur family last year. Michele and Furkids IS like family. All staff are awesome and they love my kids like their own! And overnights are fun because there is always a staff person there, no crates!! They sleep on little cots together like everyone is camping. Highly recommend.
We’ve been part of the Furkids family for about 3 years and they are truly the best. Every member of the team is so sweet, responsible, and loves each dog like their own. The facilities are so well kept, and my dog absolutely loves coming!
We've been using FurKids for our 2 dogs since.... 2015, I think. They are truly the best doggie day care I've ever experienced. I recommend them to everyone who asks. Archie and Ollie are always so excited when they get to go, whether for the day or for boarding. My dogs get their food, their meds, full pets and belly rubs, and there are webcams that I probably check way more than I should. I will always recommend this place!
We LOVE Furkids! I trust them completely and my dogs absolutely love going there for daycare. We’ve been going there for 8 years and I could never send my dogs anywhere else! The addition of kennel free boarding is great—it’s like one big doggie sleepover 🥰. I can’t recommend them enough!!
This is by far the best dog daycare and boarding place we’ve ever been to! You can tell how much everyone truly cares about the dogs they are watching and how attentive they are to each ones needs! We used them at least once a week for a few years and then sadly had to move away from Cincinnati. This past weekend, we were back in the area and specifically brought our dogs just so they could go back to a day of daycare here. Thanks to everyone at Furkids for all that you do!
Dogs are such a part of our family, so finding a place that treats them like family was important. Puppy Camp helped build a happy, sweet smart and loving dog. Your dog needs socialization not 15 mins of play then stuck in a cage for hours a day. Puppy Camp is all about your dog. They come to know everything about them. They actually love your dog. They do so many great activities with and for the dogs. If you want a team that loves your dog as you, do this is the place. Every team member loves dogs. They make every dog feel like they are the only dog. Your dog will come home tired but happy. Go ahead, call Puppy Camp. Your dog will will be so grateful you did. Thank you Puppy Camp for all you have done for Hershey.
We adopted an adorable brown puppy a year ago who we learned is a 10/10 on the energy scale. He was very mouthy, gnawing on me all day. I was going through many emotions, frustrated with him, mad at myself, sad, a failure, and I really didn't see how we were going to get through it. Luckily I recalled a fellow UC Health coworker had taken their pup to puppy camp which is right around the corner from my office. When he was old enough we gave it a try and it literally saved our sanity. Chip loves to go to puppy camp and I love to take him as seeing all the dogs makes me so happy. I can tell they love him and care about his experience. The other perk is their boarding capability. We've taken a few trips and didn't have to worry about Chip being in a kennel all day. They take him in to puppy camp in the daytime then home with them where he gets to play all night. They are great about communicating, sending pictures, and genuinely make the guilt you feel about leaving your pup non-existent. In fact, the first time we picked him up after a trip I think he was sad he wasn't going to get to play in his puppy pack anymore. One Saturday over the holidays I had family in town with young children and I was worried about having so many people my home and being able to watch him. I didn't want him to have to be crated the whole weekend. I called nearly in tears to see if anyone could board him that night and Hannah we so kind to take him. Between keeping me accountable for vaccines and heart worm, being a second set of eyes if they think something might be wrong, boarding capabilites, and their love for the puppy campers, I feel like we have a family helping to enrich our beloved pup.
Moose has loved going here for the last year or so. great small business, the team checks on your pup's vaccinations, emphasizes health and fun for all
I can't say enough wonderful things about Puppy Camp - they are truly the reason I am able to have a dog! I work long, variable hours and am lucky that Puppy Camp is a few blocks from my work AND opens early enough for me to drop him off before going in. They know my dog by name (Oliver) and are always so excited for him to be there, and he is always desperate to get out of the car to go home. He is passed out for the night after a day at Puppy Camp, too. Overall a very happy beagle :) The staff at Puppy Camp go above and beyond - I appreciate that they tell me when Oliver is having a hard time and give suggestions to make it better - for example, on days I can't pick him up until 7pm or later, he would cry starting around 5pm when most of the other dogs were getting picked up. They recommended sending dinner for him so they could distract him, and reported it worked well. I appreciated that instead of always saying everything is fine, they gave me advice on how to make him even happier at Puppy Camp. The other benefits - nail trims, boarding - are just icing on the cake. When the dogs board, they don't stay in a kennel - they go home with the staff. I'm always told that Oliver finds his way into Jon and Susan's bed at night - I know he is so well cared for when he stays with them. We've gone to Puppy Camp for months and he has never smelled bad when he comes home. Again - can't say enough wonderful things. We love Puppy Camp so much! They truly feel like family.
Our pup loves going here! They have great hours, and we have had nothing but good experiences with all the various staff members
My dog Niko LOVES puppy camp!! Each and every one of the staff members cares for my dog like it is their own. They also are very educated on dogs and truly know each pup’s’ personality. Niko used to go to dog town (only for boarding because daycare was outrageously expensive) and there would be times he was scared to go back in the playroom and didn’t want me to leave him there. Now as soon as we pull into puppy camp he is leaping onto my lap because he can’t wait to go inside. It has huge spaces enough for all the dogs to safely play. It is also nice not having to schedule a time to drop off/ pick up— just doing so at your own convenience, also the price is great, I haven’t found a comparable doggy daycare yet around the same price. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Puppy Camp!
We love puppy camp. My dog is obsessed with going and is exhausted when he gets home. We literally have to say “PC” and not “Puppy Camp” around our dog because he starts going crazy whenever he hears someone say the words puppy camp. They’re also extremely trustworthy, kind, and really care about the dogs and dog owners. Just good, genuine, salt of the earth people. 10/10 would recommend.
If there were more than 5 stars, I’d put more. Puppy Camps is amazing and they love dogs. Susan and John are incredible (co-owners with Jim, who is a delight in the morning!) and frankly, in our opinion, any review of puppy camp is incomplete without Hannah! She is the best! Thanks Puppy Camp!
Puppy Camp has worked out and is working out beautifully for our 1 1/2 year old Borderdoodle. Our dog only goes 1-2 times a week and yet the minute we pull into the parking lot, he is greeted by name and treats. He comes home exhausted and happy. Very convenient to work and home and we love the convenient hours.
Puppy camp has been a great place for our dog when we can’t be home during the week for long stretches and for boarding. For boarding, we love that she gets to be in a home overnight and in a fun environment during the day for play. We have to say “PC” at home because as soon as we say “Puppy Camp” she perks up ready to go!
Our Golden Retriever puppy stayed with Puppywood Anderson for 4 nights and 5 days while we were on vacation and she loved it! They have cameras, so you can watch your pup play while you’re away. We had a great customer experience and will board with them again shall we ever need to!
I feel comfortable leaving my dogs here. I have used them for several years. The staff is very nice and seems to genuinely like my pets. The prices are reasonable. Located on Beechmont Ave and is not too difficult to get in and out of there.
I honestly can not say how great this place is!!! If I could have given them 10 stars, I most certainly would have!!!! After suffering a life altering injury, they have been taking care of my Bob for close to a month!!! They truly love all of their furry friends!! They are absolutely AWESOME!!!! Everyone!!!! I can never thank them enough!!!! God bless you all!!!! I will tell everyone how great you are!!!!!
Took my Pepper in to get groomed and Missy did an INCREDIBLE job! Pepper gets nervous easily, but Missy had a way with her and I knew I left her in good hands at drop off.
Everyone at Puppywood is helpful and kind, whether on the phone or in person. Our dog Dakota comes back happy (and exhausted 😄) from her stays at Puppywood. She loves getting a bath the day she comes home as well. Just an overall wonderful, loving pet environment! …
The Anderson folks are fantastic. Our dog loves going to daycare and we use them without hesitation for boarding. The customer service at Puppywood-Anderson is what we all hope we will get in a concierge service. Highly recommend.
They're were willingly too good above and beyond the call of duty for me and my dog and we were brand new customers. I will for sure use them again and My dog gives a 2 paws up rating and he's pretty picky.
Today I could tell our little pups were especially unhappy about staying home as I prepared to leave for an appointment. I was able to book a last-minute half-daycare session at Puppywood. We call it Playcare. When it’s been too cold or rainy to meet up with other dogs and play outside, if I can splurge on some extra fun-time for the puppies I take them to Puppywood. The staff there are kind and knowledgeable and have a can-do attitude about my special requests. Today they needed a couple of biscuits from the reception desk to tide them over ‘til their next meal, no problem. Thanks, Puppywood! They were very happy and tired so they took a nice nap when they got home.
Puppywood Anderson is the BEST! My dog Piper has been going to twice per week daycare for around 8 months, has been groomed with Missy twice, and boarded a couple times. We are so impressed with the care Piper has received every time. She is skiddish and anxious by nature, and she LOVES it there. She literally bounces up and down by the door when she finds out she gets to go to daycare that day.
I have been taking my dog here regularly for months for daycare and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot and it is all I can do to keep him from launching out of the car while still buckled in. He is worn out and content when we come home - this has made obedience class so much more successful! We recently started using their grooming services as well and they are attentive to what I want for Ike each time. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful - Sammie is especially kind and treats Ike as if he were her own!
