We love having Kirsten and Chris to care for Winston, they are another of our local sitters we often reach out to. They are reliable, send updates of Winston's day & our house is always clean and well cared for when we come back. Thank you again for the worry free sit!!! I got lucky! After another sitter had to cancel for a family emergency, Suzanne said she was available to step in. I know she's well sought after here on TH so I always feel like I won the jackpot when she's available. This was a short sit but it didn't matter, Suzanne is always consistent. She's well organized, clean, and generous with her loves to our animals and most of all is great about communicating while we're away. Thank you Suzanne!

We couldn't have been happier with Teressa as our house sitter. Teressa took fantastic care of our home and pets, ensuring everything was in perfect order upon our return. She communicated with us regularly, providing updates and photos that kept us at ease while we were away. Teressa was self sufficient during the sit and It was evident that she ensured our pup was well-cared for and happy. Janis was great! My home looked exactly the same as I left it, and the cats got along with her great. I really appreciated the photo updates with how the cats were doing throughout the day. I felt very safe leaving my cats in Janis' care.

We were delighted to meet Fiona and Jim and to leave our house and dog in their care. They were friendly and communicative and from the photos they sent, the dog looked as if he was having a wonderful time with them and getting lots of attention and walks. We came back to a spick and span house. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for house-sitting and also hope they might come back here again one day,.

Lari has been here several times and she is always great to have here. We never worry when she is here.

My pets were so well loved by Alisha’s family. I have some super needy/affectionate/weird cats, and they got so many cuddles they weren’t even *that* excited to see me when I got home! My home was totally tidy, better than I’d left it. As well, Alisha was a super self-sufficient sitter, which is great since I was on a very busy and hectic work trip and didn’t have a lot of bandwidth to “worry about home.” A great sitter and an awesome experience!

Agnes and Phil were such a treat! They took great care of the boys and we came home to a super clean house. They’d already cleaned the sheets and made up the bed by the time we got home and left us plums from their tree! Very pleasant couple. I felt safe leaving the dogs and my home; Agnes even turned over laundry I’d forgotten in the wash. Highly recommend, I will definitely be inviting them to sit again.

Marion and Chris provided excellent care for our cat, Jackson. Marion asked how often I wanted updates, so I received daily photos and reports on his adjustment to care. Jackson is shy, but he took to Marion and Chris the first evening. I knew this arrangement would go well, and indeed Jackson was healthy and relaxed when we returned. Marion and Chris left our house super clean when they departed. Linens were washed and folded, kitchen and bathrooms spotless. My garden and flowers were in good shape too. Chris even brought his own gardening tools. I highly recommend Marion and Chris as house and pet sitters.

This was Tania's second sit for us and again it was a wonderful visit. We came home to a very tidy house and a happy dog. Sammie had more walks and fun times than I think she gets with us and Tania sent us lovely videos of their walks. I hope we can find Tania available for further sits.

It was a pleasure to meet Lisa and I hope we have the chance to meet again. I came home after two weeks to find a happy, healthy cat and clean and tidy house. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa.

Denise and Dennis have to be the best EVER house sitters! If you get the offer for them to come look after your pets don’t even hesitate to accept! They looked after my pets for 2 weeks while I was away and my little dog was poorly following an operation on his spine.. I couldn’t have left him with anyone else! They were completely unphased by the situation and took the responsibility very seriously, having had previous experience with poorly dogs. They sent me regular updates on Wilfs progress and lots of photos which meant I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing he was in such good hands! Aside from their caring qualities, this Canadian couple are such fun, interesting genuine people, who enjoyed staying in my house which they treated with complete respect. We had a lovely evening at the pub with them and they welcomed us home with a cooked meal. I can’t thank them enough and would love to have them visit anytime ! Thank you Denise and Dennis :)

Where do I begin? Jacqui is the most wonderful, calm considerate person. We were so lucky she chose us (she says we choose each other)! She arrived and we had dinner together as we were leaving at 430am. Wonderful conversation! She sent me morning and evening updates and photos. Which I thoroughly appreciated. She was respectful of my house and when I returned I think it was cleaner than when I’d left! You would be very lucky to have Jacqui choose you to come and sit for. I would love to have her again. Hopefully when I go away next summer she’ll be available and willing. Thanks so much Jacqui, you are a wonderful human and the world could do with more people like you.

It was a pleasure to have met Iain and Salyna. We had the pleasure of spending an evening getting acquainted and hearing about their recent travel adventures. Communications were timely and we received several video clips of their time with Harley. They also received high praise for the many neighbours they interacted with. We returned to a tired but happy dog, and a clean home. Iain and Salyna were great companions to Harley, considerate of our home and privacy, and responsive communicators.

Evelyn & Tom were fantastic housesitters! From the moment I met them, I was impressed. They were friendly, personable and asked great questions to prepare themselves for their stay at our house. Before our trip, we ran into an unexpected change of plans due to the wildfires in BC. Evelyn and Tom were so understanding and flexible when we asked to start our (new) adventure one day later. While we were away, they took great care of our home and all our pets - 2 dogs, 5 fish and 2 hermit crabs! We would definitely welcome them back.

Dianne & Kevin were fantastic! Excellent communication to coordinate the housesit timing, pet care, and going over details about the house. I loved receiving pictures of our kitties while traveling. Between the communication and photos I wasn’t worried about being away and knew everything was in good hands. Coming home the house was just like I left it. Thank you guys for everything!

My only concern about Nicole and Ryan was that they provided such excellent care for our cat Minnie while we were away I got worried Minnie would find us inadequate after two weeks of being pampered !! Seriously, I felt very happy with our choice of house sitter as soon as N&R mentioned that they would be in our area a couple of months before the sit, and that they could come by to chat, look at the house, meet Minnie. Which they did, and this was great because for our actual holiday, we would have to leave early in the morning, so there wouldn't have been a lot of time to show them around. N&R set up a Google drive and uploaded photos and videos of Minnie every day that we were away. Minnie's body language in the videos clearly showed she was relaxed and trusting, so this gave us peace of mind. Bonus: because of our travel arrangements, N&R very kindly agreed to drive us to the airport and pick us up too -- we only felt OK asking because the airport is only 15 mins away. They left our home spotless, our cat happy and healthy. I just don't know how we could've asked for more and will definitely be contacting Nicole and Ryan in the future.

Eliza and Mark took amazing care of Skadi and our house. This was our first time using zeewoi, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Eliza and Mark were very communicative, they took wonderful care of Skadi, and left our house in amazing shape. We are so glad they were able to sit for us.
