My dog, Emmie, has been going to OHD for daycare for about 9 months now. I have enrolled her in the day school training program for probably the last 3 months. I have seen a huge improvement in Emmie since she has started at OHD (and especially since starting day school) and know that she'll only continue to get better manners over time. She is always excited to get inside and I know she's in the best care in their hands. Thanks OHD!

We love this place! I can barely get my rescue to leave the house (she sees the lease and crates herself) but when I manage to coax her out, after a not so fun car ride, she freaks out when she sees where she's going. Their day school program is perfect for her as she needs both mental and physical stimulation. Thank you OHD!

The Team at OHD is absolutely the best!! They create the cutest videos and have a variety of services that we utilize every time we leave town. Our 13 yr old Rottie loves his interactions with all the dogs, his open play time and cuddles with the OHD Team. The love, attention and care they show our Atticus is why he 'bids me a fond and fast farewell' whenever he is lucky enough to spend time with this exceptional crew. There are tons of locations in So Cal that offer 'dog boarding and day care' but they simply pale in comparison. We commute over an hour to get to OHD and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I took my shy dog to OHD in 2022 bc they were known to be good with timid dogs. However, he didn't pass the initial test because "he didn't sit," which I found perplexing. He does know the command, but it's understandable he wouldn’t obey a stranger in a new place. It felt like they didn’t give him time to warm up, instead labeling him as needing extra training. They suggested a different program for him that didn’t start until later in the year, and I was advised to work on his training in the meantime. I chose another daycare instead, explaining his initial nervousness before our first meeting. They reassured me it was normal, and he's done great there since. The OHD facility seemed nice, and I believe they genuinely care about the dogs, but they may not be ideal for those needing extra time to adjust. I understand wanting the right fit to ensure safety, but in my case, their approach felt a bit too stringent. Feels a bit weird to review them since he never attended, but wanted to post this in case it’s helpful to others whose dogs have a similar temperament. 4 stars bc they seemed nice and I don’t want to mess with their rating.

I am beyond grateful to have came across OHD! My 2 year old pug is very anxious and nervous around other dogs off leash and reactive on leash. When I took her to OHD during her evaluation I was recommended a transition program for Nala and I had never heard of that at any other daycare. She did 8 sessions and on her own felt more confident with other doggies around her. Didn't think she would come around as I had tried many things. I would receive a report card after every session of her progress and pictures once a week. OHD has been a blessing and now when I drop her off for regular daycare I feel at ease she is in great hands. She recently had an overnight and the next morning I received an update on how she did and I was so glad she did great. I highly recommend giving OHD family a try

Been a customer since it opened with my first pup and OHD always went above and beyond in her care, especially in her senior years. We now bring our new pups here for boarding and daycare. There's nowhere or noone else in LA I'd trust their care and safety with. Just the best!

My shy girl Nala is starting to gain confidence and my wild puppy Max helps her out in day school. I love this place so much for my fur babies. They have the best time!!

My cattle dog mix, Marcus LaBarcus, loves spending time here. Seeing him get excited as I drop him off makes me feel so much better whenever I have to travel for work. He comes back happy and tired, proving once and for all that it is in fact possible to wear out an ACD. Cannot recco this spot enough.

Oh hello dog provides exceptional service. During the time they care for and love our dog, they have always been professional and responsible. The staff show great interest in engaging and playing with the dogs, always ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable time. OHD provides a clean and comfortable environment, offering all the attention and love that dogs need. * THE REVIEWS ARE REAL* About a month ago I decided to bring my pup to Oh Hello! She’s been home being spoiled for the last year so she wasn’t the most socialized puppy! The staff here took time to help her become more social and now she wants to play with every dog she encounters. I recently need to go out of town for business and needing boarding (they called it a sleepover 😂😂) not only did they keep me updated with everything going on the even catered to her diva eating habits (she’s very spoiled and won’t eat if it’s not what she wants). I know she loves Oh Hello because once we turn on the street to get there she jumps up and starts doing that cute dog wiggle the dogs do when they are happy! P.S. Most of the staff here drive Subarus and we all know Subaru owners love dogs!

When we first moved here, we needed reliable and trustworthy dog walkers to help make sure our dog got walks while we were taking care of our newborn baby. Gabby and Sebrina were our 2 main dog walkers - they were both so reliable, communicative, and kind to our dog. Our dog got so excited every time they came, and we always looked forward to reading their journal entry and seeing their photos from their time together. I could not recommend them enough! I included some of the photos they would include from their walks :)

I have had such a pleasant experience with Fetch for the past year. Initially, we worked with Javier to help our puppy learn important commands and leash training. Afterwards we relied on Gabby to do pet visits in the afternoon while my husband and I were at work. After each visit they will give a detailed description about whether my dog went potty, the distance of their walk, and that they gave her fresh water (along with adorable photos of my dog during their visit). I feel so lucky to have found Fetch because they have taken such good care of my dog and have really helped my husband and I be responsible dog parents. We love you, Fetch!

We’ve been using Fetch for pack walks and loving it! Gabriela is the sweetest and understands our dog can be shy at first. She takes the pack out for a walk around town or a hike in the mountains, and it’s been a great socialization tool and confidence building for our dog. I also love that they do a pre screen to check the dog’s temperament before enrollment so I know they keep our dogs’ safety top of mind. The app and site are also user friendly and I trust the team 100%. I mean look at how adorable the pups look together!

I have been using Fetch Monrovia for over a year and had Gabby as the dog walker for my two poodles. I can’t ask for a better walker than Gabby. She’s excellent at communicating and always took the best pics for my boys.

I needed help walking my dogs on days that I work longer hours! Walking in to Centinela Feed Pet Store and finding the brochure for Fetch was an answer to my prayers! I was soon connected through the office with Gabby! She is reliable and great with my boys! I never have to worry about the care they are going to get when she comes! She gives them a nice walk and has taught them good manners! I appreciate the training and exposure to other people and dogs while I’m away!!

Sandy and her team are wonderful! They have a love for what they do that comes accross in how they work with clients and their fur babies! I also have to give a shout out that they were able to make a last minute request happen. My puppy Corgi has a ton of energy and I knew I wouldn't be able to focus during my meeting. They walked him and got his energy out, sent me pictures and an outline of where they walked and he took an amazing nap afterwards! Thank you to Sandy and her team!!

Gabbie has been truly excellent with my skittish cattle dog Beau. She makes me feel comfortable leaving him and is great at communicating. She is always punctual and reliable.

I found Fetch! On instagram because I needed help with training of my German Shepherd that was 8months old. I sent them a message about their services and I wanted help with. Sandy responded quickly and referred me to their app. She set me up with a class nearby that would help with puppy and reactive behavior training. Javier the trainer was welcoming and polite and at the same time honest. He thought me how to properly walk and work with my dog. After a few now I see great results and I continue to use the service. I even recommend them to people I meet while I walk my dog. Fetch! Does a great job and care about their clients. I strongly encourage people to use their services.

10/10 RECOMMEND Professional - Knowledgeable - Reliable - Friendly Like many dog parents going on vacation is difficult when trying to ensure your pets are well cared for in a loving and safe environment. TIFF provides just that and more! TIFF pet sat my 3 small dogs ages 16, 15, 3 from 9/1-9/9 in her home. She had a comfy dog bed set up, fresh water bowl, and toys ready to welcome the pups. Her complex has a fenced in courtyard where the dogs can easy sniff around and get some exercise. Very nice neighborhood for walks too. TIFF put my worries at ease answering all my questions at our meet and greet prior to their stay. She even went the extra mile and visited the pups at my home a few weeks before so they can get more familiar with her. While I was out of the country we received text/photo updates and a video call. Unexpectedly there was a heat wave and could sense how well she was handling the situation and making sure the dogs were as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances. We are thankful to Tiff for providing such great service and will book again.

Tiff is our go to dog walker when we are too busy or out of town. She is dependable and sends me updates and photos of her time caring for Bella and Brutus. She has trimmed Bella's nails for me when asked. I appreciate that she has expanded her services to include pawpedis. :) It is nice to work with someone you trust.

Tiff has been essentially a co parent of my dog and I trust her more with knowing how to take good care of her than myself. My dog loves going there so I feel zero guilt if we need to leave town and I'm so grateful for Tiff. She's extremely flexible when things come up (eg new baby seen here!) and if it weren't for her, I probably wouldn't be able to have a dog or kid or at least one would be neglected 😑. Also she does her due diligence to make sure whoever she is boarding gets along well with others. Thank you Tiff!! Almost don't want to recommend you to others since then you may get too busy but I try to behave ethically and unselfishly 😛. Highly recommend! Especially if you have a dog you don't want to leave overnight at a daycare.

Tiff is everything that you want in a pet sitter and if I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. We have a Siberian husky with significant separation anxiety issues and I think it says it all when our dog can't wait to leave the comfort of our car to run up to Tiff's door :) Tiff is incredibly responsible, dependable, and goes out of her way to accommodate our needs. There have been a few times where our plans got delayed and we had to pick our dog up later than expected. However, Tiff was so understanding and flexible and made sure that we didn't rush, worry, or cut our activities short. She treats our dog like one of her own- giving him lots of love and pets, taking him to the dog park, and even treating him to Puppuccinos. We checked out a LOT of doggy daycares when we first adopted our dog and Tiff's Doggy Daycare & Pet Boarding is by far the BEST. We have used her services for over a year now for both daycare and pet boarding and we have a great experience every time.

Tiff and Jimmy are honest, reliable, and terrific pet sitters. When I was in the hospital, they came to my home twice a day to feed, clean up after, and socialize with my beloved dog, macaw, and parrot. Tiffany is absolutely wonderful. I feel safe and my best friend Is when he is at Tiff’s Doggie Daycare & Pet Boarding. I use her service for boarding my buddy for several days at a time. I have never had a single issue. She an awesome caregiver flyover my Kobi!! Love you guys!!

Tiffany was great with my dog. She took the time to do meet and greet (she really took the time to get to know my dog and I was well informed as well). I feel VERY comfortable leaving my baby with her. Tiffany sent updates and pictures during the stay, that ease my mind greatly since it was our first time. My dog seems very happy on the day I dropped him off. It seemed like he was not in the hurry to go home with me when I picked him up, lol. That's how comfortable my dog felt under Tiffany's care. Our plan changed last minute and Tiffany was very kind to accommodate our pick up time. Tiffany's awesome care gave me the peace of mind when leaving my dog with her while I traveled for work. I was able to focus on my work and was not worried about my dog at all. I will definitely use Tiffany again for my future needs.

Butters stayed with Tiff a year ago and loved her. We now also have a 60 lb. bull dog. I was concerned that he was too big, but Tiff wasn't worried, and from the pictures we got from her, he seemed to love her as much as Butters. If you don't want your dogs at a mass confusion dog hotel, Tiff is the one to go to!! Personal attention and loving care!!

Tiff went above and beyond to help take care of my dog during my trip out of state. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a reliable sitter for my rowdy 6 month old pitbull puppy, but Tiff's experience and understanding was exactly what I needed to put my mind at ease. Tiffiney has been walking my two dogs for the past few months, and she has been great and reliable! I get very anxious when people approach my dogs because they can seem aggressive towards others, but she is very kind and patient with our dogs, and my dogs seemed to be comfortable with her during the meet and greet. Also, one of my dogs has epileptic seizures, and she has been reliable in making sure he gets his medication on time when I am not able to. I would recommend Tiffiney to anyone in need for a dog walker!

Julia is the best cat sitter we have ever had. Our cats loved her and I could tell how much she loved them and cared for them as if they were her own babies. They require special care including medication and being separated while we are away and everything was handled with such ease. From communication to following instructions and leaving our place so clean, the entire experience was amazing. We had such piece of mind knowing our kitties were so well taken care of and are so grateful to have found our new favorite pet sitter! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience with LA Pet Sitting. It was the first time we had ever left our cat for more than a night, so we were a bit nervous about the trip we were taking. Luckily for us everyone at LPS were so professional and understanding. They took care of our cat perfectly, and gave us daily updates with pictures, so that we could always know our little guy was safe and sound in their hands. I also love that it's a local business instead of an app. It gave me extra comfort knowing that this business has been in the area for a decade+, serving the community. I couldn't recommend it more. Brooke and Paulette, were fantastic.

My husband and I are quote OCD about our pet care. We basically left a booklet with detailed instructions to care for our four fur babies. These instructions were emailed to our sitter directly so she can review and ask questions before our time away. We couldn't be happier with the services Julianne provided for our pets. I was truly happy with her services and my four cats seemed happy too! I loved seeing pictures of my cats looking so happy and playful. Two of my fur babies have high anxiety and one is mildly feral, but she gave them their own space and allowed them to warm up to her on their own terms. Our oldest cat, 18, has separation anxiety and doesn't like being alone, so I really appreciated the extra attention and care she gave to him. He is also on a prescription diet but loves to sneak up on my other cats' food bowl. She was very vigilent and assured he stuck to his own bowl to prevent advancement with his kidney disease. I engaged LA Pet Sitting shortly after to moving to LA with my 3 cats and my dog. My work had unexpected travel and I was able to communicate via the web portal and get an intake visit pretty quickly. I was impressed with their system and the thoroughness of their information collection. An in person visit to meet the pets and go over feeding and medications was very well done. Alexia was attentive and great giving meds and following specialized feeding instructions. One of my cats has a bowel disease and caring for her is not easy. The updates were reassuring while I was away and in my opinion this could not have gone better. I would absolutely recommend them.

Sinead was great! She cleaned up a couple of messes the kitties made, brought in packages, and wrote thorough reports on how each cat was doing every day. It gave us peace of mind while we traveled over the holidays. Getting to meet her a couple days in advance and show her around was nice too. Would definitely recommend LA Pet Sitting and Sinead!

I have been using LA Pet Sitting for years to take care of my three cats. All of the sitters I have used have been wonderful - reliable, personable, and caring towards my pets. They take time to sit with my cats and play with them, as well as to write detailed notes on their activities. I know my cats appreciate the extra attention, and I am relieved to be able to go on vacation and not worry about their welfare. We were looking for a dog trainer as well as pet boarding. Mihail, owner of Long Beach Pet Care was highly recommended for our 6-month-old Brittany, Rhett. He loved his new play friends. He enjoyed group walks & lots of socializing and training at his 2 week-long summer camp. Mihail took such great care of our Rhett. I never worried about him. We live in Brea, the distance was not at all a problem for us. We highly recommend LBPC. Taking Rhett there will be a pleasure.

We found Long Beach Pet Care, shortly after moving to Long Beach a few years ago. The thing was we needed a dog walker that had experience with senior large breeds, specifically Akita‘s. If you own a Akita or large breed like an Akita, you know the struggle of finding reliable dog walkers, kennels or dog sitters that are willing to work with your breed. We were so happy to have found Mihail and his team with Long Beach Pet Care! They have a initial meet and greet, to make sure it’s a good fit. Our dog loved her walks with Mihail and team. She also got to enjoy group walks! I noticed a huge difference when I took her for walks after being walked by Mihail, she would walk at my pace. We had such a great experience with the walks, we added on daycare at times and overnight boarding. They truly care about the animals they walk or board, and as a owner you can have peace of mind that your dog will be exercised and enjoy fun times.

As I am throwing stuff in a bag with one hand and renting a car to drive to Idaho with the other. I am thinking I have to go online and try and book care for my fur babies asap! I can’t even think at this point. I just call Mihail and leave him what I am sure is a very frantic message of needing care for my babies. I make contact with Mihail and he is so quick to assure me that he has “the crew” which he calls my 3 babies. I tell him I don’t know when I will be back and he says don’t worry I’ve got them. Just keep in touch. Yes! I have used Mihail’s services once before and that was a Huge Success!! So, his few words put me at ease that I didn’t have to worry. His constant communication during the time I was gone was priceless to me. I’m sure it was just his way of continuing to offer support and ease at a time that I needed it most. Far from what you could expect from an overpriced boarding/kennel service. Not only were my babies able to stay in their own home. Mihail’s, prices and commitment to care for them as his own. Long Beach Pet Care and its owner Mihail were a godsend to me three years ago when I was trying to find a dog walker for my new rescue pit-bull, Petunia. She is my baby, and I was not going to leave her in the hands of just anyone. Mihail took the time to come and meet Petunia -- free of charge -- to ensure she was a good fit for him and the other dogs she would be around, which she was. That was three years ago, and since then Petunia and Bowie (another pit mix who joined our family a few months later) have enjoyed countless doggy daycare outings and hikes with Mihail and the pack. You have to check out his Instagram account @longbeachpetcare to really get a sense of how amazing he is; I call him the 'LBC Dog Whisperer.' Even more important, Petunia and Bowie love and adore Mihail. Before I leave for work, I tell them both, "have fun with Mihail today," and its instant smiles and wiggle-butts. I have such peace of mind knowing my babies are in good hands and being taken care of like they are members of the family. There are places you can drop your dog off all over LA and you will find the same basic amenities. But at Uptown you get that and something that other places don’t offer. Genuine care and love for your furry friend. My pup is always nervous meeting new people, so when she met the many workers, it was stunning to see her transform from being shy to wagging her tail feverishly when she sees them. Long day at the office? They will feed your pup at their regularly scheduled feeding time and have a fridge for perishable food. Love this place. The best value are the daycare packages and I highly recommend the baths here too! Look you can drop your pup anywhere but if you wanna feel confident and have a tired pup returned to you this is the place to go. We love Uptown Pup for our dog, Pan. Really friendly staff (both in front and back) and our pup is always excited to head there in the morning. Have had success both boarding and for day care. Highly recommended! As an aside- I saw one bad review talking about their dog always getting Time Outs - Ours does too sometimes, but he's a growing puppy and needs them to learn how to behave and play well! If you are walking in and seeing your dog getting TOs, it says more about you as a dog owner not taking the time to socialize your dog than it does the puppy daycare spot. Be glad you have a daycare place that respects the dogs enough to help condition them.

My Obi is pretty hyper and loves everyone here. This is the only daycare he likes. I love that he has other friendly pitbull friends to play with. No discriminations here!

I'm a small business owner who spends a lot of time out in the field training technicians, my dog is a Tibetan mastiff that needs attention while I'm away, Uptown Pup is efficient & most of all I know they are great because my dog is excited to go in when we pull up! Highly recommended!

Uptown Pup is the greatest boarding and doggy daycare facility I have ever had the privilege of using! I 100% recommend them! Also, when it comes to dog boarding and daycare, they have the best facility and customer service in LA! They always go above and beyond and take excellent care of my two pups, Esther and Boy! Boy takes medication twice daily and has some other health issues that need attention. Not only do they take great care of Boy but Uptown Pup has all of his information saved in their system, which makes drop off SO much easier. They also make traveling much easier for me because I never have to worry about Esther and Boy when I am out of town because I know that they're in the very best hands! Thank you Uptown Pup!

This place has been the second family of our 2 dogo argentinos. They have watched them grow up and because of them our dogs have incredible social skills. After over a year the dogs still run up to the front doors like a kid on Christmas morning . The staff is very caring and aware of dog behavior. The slightest change in their mood and the staff checks in with us to see if everything is OK. Highly recommend uptown pup even if you don't need a daycare, the social benefits alone is worth taking your dog to them.

My pup loves this place, she’s always excited to see them and is always happy to play. No webcam but they do update on instagram, and there is a loading zone right in front where you can drop off/pick up your pup easily. They have been lifesavers with my busy lifestyle, and they also have been very sweet and nice with any questions I have. Best daycare hands down. Also, never overcrowded unlike other daycares, so I always leave with her smelling good in comparison to other overcrowded daycares where she ends up smelling horrible. She has never gotten sick from this daycare, whereas at the past daycare she got kennel cough because of the extreme amount of dogs there. I would DIE for this daycare, and this daycare has done so much for me that it has earned my eternal loyalty for as long as I live in Los Angeles.

Uptown Pup is the place to board your dog if you want to have great people take care of your dog while you are out of town at a very reasonable price. They even bought food for mine when they ran out of the food I had provided. Great place!

I like this place, and would still recommend it. It is very unique because of their activities and indoor outdoor place. Very large space, good communication as far as what is going on during the day activity wise. Everyone here seems great with all the varieties of dogs that visit. I don't have concerns over care, overall, nor do I feel like there is anything to hide or any sort of questionaboe care provided, which is the most important thing of all. If you are the type to want to see video that's an option too, it does cut off at a certain time which is understandable from a security perspective. This is unique as well. The location and brand uses Ginger app, which has some issues with the website, but that is not at fault for the daycare, and the daycare is quick to assist and help if you give them a call. My only issue has been with the not so friendly pickup calls (towards the end of the night specifically). I will not disclose the name of the individual here, but owner/manager, please reach out. Photos are proof of calls and messages sent out where I had to call to verify hours because I was told by this same employee that they wanted to, "wrap it up". Messages are copied and pasted and this employee is in the business of turning away clients for personal gains. I was told I needed to pick up by 8:30 on November 8 and wouldn't be able to pick up after that. Then yesterday the story changed. Please get rid of this employee. I feel I've been ripped off as well now looking back on it. Really uninviting having to deal with this person. Your hours say until 9, so at 8 I do not want to be harassed to give a specific minute of exactly when I will pick up my dog. I will pick up my dog prior to 9. I understand phones go on night mode. 9 is 9, not 8:05 8:15. 8:20. I often cannot even answer my phone until just before pickup, so DO NOT call me and tell me I NEED to give you an exact time, only so you can literally turn the light off before I'm even out the small gate. This is not a reminder call, this is harassing your customers. This has twice now been a very demeaning and demanding call. One time I can somewhat understand as everyone has their off days and sometimes things are not said over the phone well. I paid for my time, so don't try to force me to hurry so you can go home early or rest yourself. Not a one off thing, same person both times. Not at all friendly, not even during pickup is this individual friendly. If employees try to "wrap things up" by harassing your customers and making up your own rules then you need to issue a refund for my stays,and this should be explained and disclosed online. I take my dog here because I am not available, but know I will be able to get him by pickup time, or because I want and need a break to do things, unfortunately I was forced to arrive early to please your employee. If I have any doubt I would plan accordingly for overnight and reach out. I want to leave 5 stars, but a business that harasses customers and violates their own policy to the point of stealing time, making customers anxious is a definite loss of star.

Buscemi always has the BEST time whenever he comes for play and to stay - treated like royalty, just like he expects to be 🐶 Couldn’t be happier with the reception my little guy got at South Park Doggie - Playland (DTLA). He’s already excited to come back for more, and I fully trust this team with his well-being and care. My highest recommendation for others considering a place for your dogs to be treated like gods!

We love you for how much you love our dog. She loves going and that makes us so happy! She has boarded here twice and goes to daycare here regularly. Everyone knows her and are super friendly. They gave us a really detailed report card for her boarding and I know they pay attention because everything they said is true. We would highly recommend daycare or boarding here!

I’ve been using South Park Doggie for boarding and daycare for my German shepherd Angelina and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their services. Angie always has the time of her life and my favorite part is being able to check in on her on the live cams while I’m traveling. Five stars!

We use this place all the time and our little guy dodger loves it! We used to do daycare when we lived in DTLA, but even now that we moved to Long Beach we still use it for boarding because we know dodger will have a great time! He usually runs in without looking back and you can't beat the amount of tired a good doggy day care gets you 😅

My puppy loves this place! She’s been going here for over a month and she is always excited to go hangout at South Park Doggie Daycare! My next step is to have her do her training here especially since she’s already use to all the people here. The staff here seem to really love dogs! She’s my first puppy so I’m one of those can you teach me what to do first timers with everything so it’s great to be able to get advice from dog lovers! If you are considering bringing your dog here the answer is “YES”

Such a great place for the pups. They do daily activities, take pictures and give you report cards. You can feel that the staff ACTUALLY cares about the dogs, shot out to Marc and Liz, as they always take care of our girl. You can feel safe dropping your 4 legged baby here.

It was his first time at a boarding facility and I really appreciated the care and friendliness of the staff. The report card was very detailed and on target (and they had suggestions as to how to proceed) and the live video feed was a nice touch

Ivey loves her day care ! She goes to the one on Gardena and the staff there are so good to her. They train her because she is still a puppy so she needs the guidance. They wash her and feed her and love her so much. This is the best place ever !

Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. Tiger listened attentively to his history and has been amazing with him, accomidating all his quirks. He loves walking with Tiger’s pack! She gives the dogs amazing adventures every day. Tiger always makes sure to give our shy guy a little extra attention. She’s obviously a very experienced dog owner. She’s also been very flexible with our schedules. She is kind, responsible, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have her around.

I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. Tiger is easy to schedule with, and provides pick up and drop off, making her service people friendly too.

There is no more wonderful image than Tiger's van full of happy dogs pulling up to your house. And then my dogs see it and lose their minds with excitement in anticipation for another fun hiking adventure. They always come back tired and happy. Tiger is awesome and love your dogs like her own. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. The quality of service was fantastic, Tiger is always cordial and personable, and to top it off, I got to support a local business. We love Country Dog Ranch, we needed a place for our active Belgian Malinois pity mix to go for boarding that knew how to fulfill the needs of our dog. We searched and searched and then a friend referred us to CDR and it has been a life saver we can go on vacation or even send her out for a day and know that she is well taken care of and that she has such a blast out there and always comes back tired. And we love checking the Instagram feed while she is out there to see her having a blast with all the other dogs and playing in the pool.

I am BEYOND satisfied with Dominic’s & Country Dog Ranch service. After needing a place for my Border Collie medium-sized 2-year-old dog to be taken care of. this has been by far the BEST experience that my puppy has had yet. The professionalism, constant communication & well-way responsive messages really did help and went a long way. Videos were sent throughout the stay and no worries about my sweet fur baby. I can’t wait for her stay again soon! I HIGHLY recommend this stay for your puppy! Thank you so very much. We are extremely happy! Ps. The pickup and drop off also goes such a long way! My puppy is now passed out sleeping after all fun activities she had.

Country Dog Ranch is the best! I know my dog always has a great time because he tries to run to every van that looks like the ones that CDR uses for pickup and drop-off. We have been using Country Dog Ranch for boarding for 3 years and recommend it to all our friends, who now send their dogs to CDR as well. Highly recommend!

The Country Dog Ranch is excellent. I take my dog there every time I have to travel for work or otherwise. I really trust them to take care of my dog Bryant. He always has so much fun there and the owner sends me videos of my dog on walks or in the pool. The owner (Dominique Dewitte) is excellent and very communicative and can arrange for pickups sometimes. Your dog will have a great time there!

My mini goldendoodle, Maisie, has been going here for about a year now, and I cannot say enough good things about this dog daycare. For $50 a day, the dogs are picked up from your home, taken to the daycare/camp for about 8 hours, and then returned back home in the evening. Maisie loves Dominick and his staff, and she always comes back happy and tired. The dogs have 6 acres to play, and there's a pool. Dominick has always been extremely communicative and very easy to work with. He never takes on more dogs than he and his team can comfortably control and handle, which is very appreciated. I recommend Country Dog Ranch to anyone looking for an affordable daycare for their dog,. Truly the best deal around.

Country Dog Ranch has been incredible with my dog Remy. He's reliable, responsive in a pinch, and my dog absolutely loves going to daycare with him. Best day care and overnight boarding facility for dogs ever! Dominique is very patient with my rowdy puppy and my elder dog, who needs special care. I trust him completely with both dogs, who have ultimate respect for him. Casey loves going to the ranch for the day, romping and playing with her canine friends, swimming in the pool, running off leash all day! The in-home overnight boarding, pickup and delivery service is fabulous and the online videos of the dogs' activities are great to watch. My pup always comes home at the end of the day tired and happy.

I've been working with Dominique since 2010 and he and his wife run the most wonderful service! He's been taking my dogs twice a week for exercise and socialization, and occasional overnight boarding when I have to go out of town. I will never board my dogs anywhere else given the choice. He is thoughtful and kind and I trust him completely. He also has so much experience with dogs and gives me much needed advice when I ask. I would (and do) recommend his services to everyone!

This place is an absolute blessing! My Australian Cattle Dog stays there regularly while I travel for work and she could not be happier. Dom is an amazing person and a true dog whisperer. He runs The Country Dog Ranch impeccably and it is a beautiful place with rolling hills and open space AND a swimming pool made just for dogs!! Dom is communicative and responsive and posts videos on Facebook so you can see your dog running around having an amazing time. Also, his pick up and drop off service is priceless. I don't know how I'd get by without Dom and his wonderful Country Dog Ranch!

I have visited this location upwards of 20 times in the past 3 years. The most recent time I visited which was the third week of December 2024 my dog was denied access to group boarding. I had only bought my dog to the pet resort for him to have social. At the first the attendant told me my dog was too large to go to group boarding he is a miniature poodle and 16 lbs, lie number 1. I told her he is not too big for group boarding as he has been multiple times and he is still considered a small dog. I had been to this location for years and he had been in group boarding many times. He is 3 years old and not aggressive at all. I’ve personally escorted my neighbors dog to this location who is a golden doodle and is 25 lbs and he is put In group boarding and high energy! When I picked him up and found out he was not In group boarding they said he was jumping around other dogs. I said okay, was it sexual in nature? (Answer is no) was it aggressive in nature (the answer is no). So what is the problem? I do not plan to return to this location as I feel they decide when or how to apply rules. It was upsetting I bought my dog there to interact with other dogs and instead he was placed in single boarding and he could have stayed at my home for that.

This is a great place to board your pet. The price was reasonable and they took really good care of my two dogs. Their grooming service was great as well.

We take our dog everytime we go on vacation and she loves it. Everyone is so kind and knows the dogs by name.

This is the first time I've ever left my 6 yr old dog at a pet resort. I was more nervous than my pet. Four days and my little puppy was equally as happy for us to see each other again. Crew at the resort made the entry process very easy and answered all my questions. When that time comes again when we must be separated, I will not hesitate to use Heavenly Pet Resort again.

My husband and I went to the Temple City Heavenly Pet Resort this afternoon, to tour the dog boarding area. We were greeted by Jessica, a very nice young woman, who walked us through their premises. It was very loud back where all of the dogs were, because most of them were barking. (Instead of thinking of it as barking, I'd like to say instead, that they were welcoming us as a choir and the barking was the song!) The facility was very clean, it did not smell, and we did not see any dog pee or feces. The temperature today was hot, but the facility was a very comfortable air-conditioned temp. Jessica spent a generous amount of time with us. We went ahead and booked our fur-kid for a few days later this month. Jessica is very knowledgeable with respect to how the "H.P.R." runs. She did not rush us to decide on anything, but she was up at the front desk to help us. Go check out "H.P.R." for yourself...you owe it to yourself and your fur-kid.

The staff is very friendly when you walk in. I’ve taken my dog here about 4 times now and I have never had an issue. She’s gotten used to being there and is now able to be part of the communal area since she’s spayed. Prices are fair and you can take your own food for a very small fee if your dog is on a specific diet. I normally book a couple of weeks or months in advance to secure a spot for my dog. If you’re dog is not spayed or neutered, they have to stay in a “French suite” aka private kennel or you can opt for that if you can’t or don’t want your dog with other dogs which is what I had to do in the past. They have a daily daycare ($30 for dogs $22 for cats) option if you don’t plan on leaving your dog or cat there for a couple of days. They also sent remainders of your pet’s future stay. I highly recommend if you’re in the San Gabriel Valley areas.

This is a wonderful place to board your pet. It's clean and has many play areas and the staff is very nice. I turned in the paperwork in advance so everything ran quick and smoothly the day I brought in by dog. They even provide the food with no extra charge. Pick up was also very quick and easy. He came out happy. Thanks for taking care of Kona.

It’s not a dog spa, not a super fancy place. However it is a safe and clean environment for your pets to stay while you’re away. Their prices are very reasonable and that’s important to us because we have 3 dogs.

Our dogs love Heavenly Pet Resort! And we do too. Super friendly staff, great place to leave the dogs. You guys rock!!!
