Crème de la crème! Hands-down John and Susan were masterful caring for Karma our 8 year old Airedale who has quite the personality. They came a day early to review procedures and get acquainted with the house. They were exceptionally thorough, asked a lot of questions to gain clarify and to ensure expectations were met. And they were, in fact, they exceeded expectations! They managed Karma as if they were an extension of me. They sat with her in the middle of the night for hours during a thunderstorm. They cleaned and bathed her after she rolled in poop. They played relentless search games with her and took her for long walks daily. She looked like a happy girl in all the pictures. When we arrived back home, the house and gardens were immaculate. The plants were thriving quite well. John and Susan are amazing individuals all around They are fun to converse with, comfortable and easy to get along with, interested and interesting people. I highly recommend them for any kind of a sit with or without pets. I’ve already asked them to come back if they find themselves needing a place to stay, they’re always welcome!

We loved having Muriel looking after our cat for 2 weeks! She went above and beyond to provide the perfect house sit for us. Regular updates, great communication, and most importantly, Coco was happy and well looked after the whole time. We came back to a clean flat and felt we could truly relax from the time of confirmation of the sit to her handing back the keys. Highly recommend!

We cannot thank Jenny and Glynn enough for the care they took of Tui and our home, enabling us to have a wonderfully relaxed trip. They are utterly professional whist being lovely warm friendly people. Efficient, calm, organised, tidy, considerate, we could not have left our home and precious dog in better hands. Nothing phased them.( tree down in the storm). Jenny cooked us a lovely lunch before we left and then left the most delicious supper on our arrival home. They were packed and left after handing over leaving us to settle back in. They sent lovely photos and news of Tui ( who had a wonderful time and was beautifully looked after). It was a pleasure to get to know them and we look forward to keeping in touch. Thank you Jenny and Glynn!

Julia was very kind and gentle with our two dogs and they sensed her sweet personality immediately. She arrived on time, took in all the information we gave and took the dogs out on her own to get to know them, which went very well. We returned to find the dogs well cared for and the house clean and tidy. Thank you Julia. We really appreciated your care and time.

We were very happy to welcome Susan and Peter back to our place for a second sit. Our usually very shy cat remembered Susan and was happy to see her again, we were able to get away stress free. When we returned we found everything beautifully clean and tidy and one very happy cat. There was an incident where our boiler failed and required attention from the technician. Fortunately Susan is able to speak French and had the problem solved within 24 hours. Susan and Peter made a (very entertaining) video on how to do a boiler reset, which we greatly appreciate! We would highly recommend Susan and Peter as house and pet sitters, they are reliable and trustworthy and communicate extremely well and we would welcome them back here in the future.

Sasha was warm and reliable, and took great care of Ofi and our apartment while we were away. Communication before and during her stay were great, we loved the updates/photos she sent, and she made sure the cat was comfortable and cared for. The apartment was spotless when we returned, and Sasha even left a little lovely gift for us. Would have her stay again! Merci beaucoup :)

Jessica avait sauvegardé mon annonce. Je l'ai contacté pour venir garder Easy et Rose le temps d'un petit week end : vendredi soir-dimanche après midi. La communication sur les chats, l'appartement, l'organisation du week end s'est bien passé. Jessica nous a informé de son arrivée et départ, nous a envoyé des photos et vidéos d'Easy et Rose tous les jours. RAS :-)

Mike and Debbie were brilliant sitters .I could see from the start that the dogs would be very happy .They looked after the dogs so well and my cat and had lots of cuddles and lovely walks .They were very good company two and enjoyed a couple of evenings with them . My house was immaculate on my return and had a lovely dinner waiting for me . I highly recommend them .

Matteo and Manon are a very sweet and reliable young couple who were keen to practice their English before going travelling to Australia. They communicated very well with us on the run up to sitting for us, and they had read and understood very well the welcome pack and our instructions for looking after our fur baby. They are very sensible young adults who don't drink or smoke. Even though this was the first time we have used this service, I felt very confident leaving Clyde with them. They sent us pictures and videos each day to reassure us that Clyde was well and happy. They looked after him so well I don't think he missed us at all! 😀 We can't thank them enough and wish them all the best for the future. We would recommend them to anyone as very reliable sitters.

Audrey really bonded with Dicey and he seemed very happy and comfortable in her presence. She is definitely a cat person and we felt at ease as soon as we met her. She sent us constant updates with cute photos at meals and playtime. We came home to a very happy boy! Our house was spotless upon our return which we really appreciated as well. It was cleaner than when she arrived. We did have an issue at the start of the stay where Dicey was let out and lost which caused us extreme anxiety and stress while we were overseas and powerless to help. To her credit, Audrey followed all of our instructions to leave the front door open for him and stayed up the entire night waiting for his return. She also spent hours looking for him before it got dark. Her response to this crisis was timely, responsible and efficient and we managed to get him back. Mistakes do happen and cats are extremely smart so we are still happy with the housesit, but feel like it’s important to mention that there’s no harm in leaving very clear and specific instructions and perhaps changing certain rules while you’re gone (we normally allow our cat on the deck with us which is how this happened). Thank you again for looking after our baby.
