I cannot express enough how reliable, caring, and trustworthy the pet sitters were, especially considering that nothing went as planned and everything seemed to be a worst-case scenario. Kiara, our old dog, was usually healthy and low maintenance, accustomed to being alone for extended periods of time. However, a week before our trip, she started experiencing what we initially thought was severe back pain, which quickly turned into a more serious situation. Her immune system weakened, and her lab results were concerning. We had a discussion with the pet sitters, explaining the situation and offering them the option to back out since it was a different arrangement than they had signed up for. Kiara now needed to be carried going up and down stairs, multiple medications, and constant monitoring. Also, we were unsure if we should proceed with our travel plans. After two days, we received the diagnosis of a tick bite infection, and Kiara responded well to antibiotics. We made the decision to go on our trip, but with the understanding that we would return immediately if her condition worsened. To make things easier, we lent the pet sitters our car so they could transport Kiara comfortably, and they took her to a first check-up to the vet. The first check-up went well, but the bloodwork revealed something unusual, leading to another examination. Unfortunately, Kiara's health deteriorated rapidly before the second check-up, and the veterinarian informed us that she didn't have much time left as the antibiotics were not effective. We had to cut our trip short and fly back immediately. Throughout this entire ordeal, the pet sitters were incredible. They took exceptional care of Kiara, keeping us informed of any signs that could be of concern. We knew she was with people that were monitoring her closely and we got small bits of updates multiple times a day. Additionally when she was not feeling so well the guys brought her to the couch with them and kept her company. When her conditioned worsened we had to cancel the second half of the pet sitting to be with Kiara during her last day, the pet sitters graciously gave us space. We offered to manage their accommodations, but they insisted we need not worry about them. However, we insisted on partially paying for their accommodation for that night and provided alternative options if needed. We are eternally grateful not only for taking care of Kiara while we were away but also for understanding our need to come back and be with her during her final moments. Needless to say, the car and the flat were in perfect condition and spotless clean. We wish them bost the absolute best.

Can’t recommend Milla enough!! She did a brilliant job looking after our dog, Winnie, whilst we were overseas. We were quite nervous leaving him for a full month, but he was instantly relaxed with Milla and was very sad to see her go. She kept us up to date with regular photos and was very easy to communicate with.

Pares is an experienced and quality sitter and we knew our cat Juniper (and a few plants) was well cared for. We received regular updates and photos which was really nice to have during our travels. While we missed Juniper, we could see that she enjoyed receiving cuddles and attention from Pares. Upon returning home, our flat was clean and tidy, and Juniper was very happy! It was the first time we had left both our dog and our cat with a TH sitter and Kristi went above and beyond. Kerry and Megan were wonderful sitters and took great care of our two cats while we were on vacation for two weeks. They were responsive, gave us regular updates, and seemed to really care about Tumba and Cappa. When Tumba was more timid toward the beginning of our trip and not eating her meals fully, Kerry was sure to ask for additional suggestions from us on how to coax her to eat more. Kerry and Megan also left the house just as we'd left it for them. We really appreciated them going the extra mile to ask about additional cleaning products so they could clean our bathrooms. It felt great to come home and just relax without needing to remake the bed. Thanks for everything, Kerry and Megan! We would certainly entrust our home and kitties to you again in the future.

We were so pleased to meet John and Trisha! We had them come in a day before we left and enjoyed a nice meal with them and they got to meet Delilah (even if she didn’t seem interested) but she soon warmed up to them - except for the Cat Videos - she wasn’t very interested 🤣 When we returned our home was so clean (probably cleaner than we left it)! We got frequent pics and updates on our Princess! They also left us with a Progress Report with Delilah’s activities and what they did at the house before they left. If Macie and Roman ever apply to your post for a house or pet sit, I strongly encourage you to jump at the. offer. You will not be disappointed. They are among the top (if not the top) sitter I've ever had and I've been on this site for years. Primarily, they are very organized. In the weeks and days leading up to the sit, Macie and Roman kept me abreast of their plans and status. I felt very comfortable in the days leading up to the sit because I knew the plan we made to exchange the keys and walk them through the instructions would work as planned. Second, Macie and Roman really care. When they got to my apartment after a very long morning of traveling, I explained the care instructions and they were very attentive and cared about the details - asking very specific questions on how to care for my cat and apartment. I had some pretty specific rules about how to feed my cat and take care of him and Macie and Roman followed those exactly. Third, Macie and Roman make you feel comfortable while you are away. I got daily or twice daily updates about my cat. I got pictures which made me feel like my cat was having a good time. My cat came out of hiding very quickly and was snuggling with them and letting them hold him. It was so nice to see the pictures of them all bonding! Macie and Roman have a calming energy towards animals for sure! Macie and Roman were also very responsive when I reached out first - replying within 30 minutes. I really appreciated that. Fourth, Roman and Macie will take good care of your apartment/house. I came back to a SPOTLESS apartment. The towels were washed. The apartment had been vacuumed. The kitchen was clean. The dishwasher had been run. Everything was in its place when I returned. Honestly, cleaner than when I left it which is difficult since I am a very clean person. Macie and Roman also respects your property. We had a room we asked them not to enter and they respected that. In short, Macie and Roman are amazing. I would have them back in a heartbeat.
