Lena and Aviram were great pet sitters and I would not hesitate to have them back again. Communication was clear and easy before the sit. We met in person at the start of the sit and they were friendly, respectful and clearly love animals. One of my cats was sit healing from surgery and they took great care of him and administered his medication everyday. They also were understanding of his refusal to eat any food not in the center of his bowl (I have overly spoilt him!). Communication while I was away was friendly and easy. They kept me updated with pictures of my fur babies as requested and my cats clearly had a lovely time with them. My cats love human interaction and I came home to 2 very happy kitties. The house was definitely cleaner than when I left it so they did an excellent job keeping the place clean and tidy. And they gave me a clear point by point breakdown on where everything stood. Excellent pet sitters, your fur babies will be in good hands with them!

Raissa was a very self-sufficient soul. She adored our dogs, and loved the locality of Teddington, having only spent the previous week in East London, on her first ever visit to the UK. She had a few issues with the transport system (who doesn’t) at the beginning, but settled in well, asking many questions about how to care for the dogs. I always endeavour to spend the first night with our sitters - this has worked well for us every time. Raissa is widely travelled and resilient, so did not have any problems following our usual routine, and the dogs were entirely comfortable in her company. The frequent pics and videos were very reassuring, and they always looked happy in familiar surroundings, especially Bushy Park, their favourite place! The house was clean and tidy and well organised on our return, which is always very welcomed! Thank you Raissa for taking such good care of our two boys - I genuinely think she would have taken them home with her if she could have!

We were so fortunate to have had Chris and Heidi return for a weekend sit with our babies. We felt completely at ease leaving them in their very capable hands. They looked after them like their own and kept us up to date with lots of photos and videos. It was evident that the animals were all very happy to see them again!! Our home was well cared for and left spotlessly clean. I sincerely hope we have the pleasure to welcome the lovely Chris and Heidi again, wonderful pet sitters :)

This is the second time that Karla, Fabi and their little son looked after our furry friends and home. The previous time they were here for two months and we could have not been more happy with them as sitters. Annika took great care of Minerva and Alice and I have no doubt they had a great time together! When I came back, everything was in perfect order, both cats happy and healthy (and also the plants :) ). I'm delighted to have found Lisa as a sitter and hope to have her back again! She was detail oriented and clearly cared about my cats' well being. She asked good questions about the cats' routines and needs and about the house to be sure she'd meet my expectations and have a comfortable and successful sit. She communicated very well before and throughout the sit and even though I was unreachable for much of the time I was confident everyone was in good hands. Lisa left the house in immaculate condition and the cats were relaxed and happy when I got home. What a delight!

Chris and Julia were our very first sitters and are the most perfect house/pet sitters anyone would ever want!!! Julia sent video/pictures of our fur babies everyday and we noticed early on that our animals were very relaxed and happy!! This made our trip so enjoyable and stress free knowing that our animals were safe and being spoiled and loved the whole time. They even trained our dog to sit while her leash was being attached and was able to pet and hold our cat that is somewhat nervous around strange people he doesn't know. When I got back from the trip, the house was very clean along with Julia/Chris had washed the bed sheets, bath towels, vacuumed, dusted etc., and even washed the pet bedding. They also left some SE Asia treats for us to try which so sweet of them. Definitely the perfect house sitters!!!

Amber is as good a sitter as you will find anywhere! She treated our cats with such love and care, as if they were her own. She left our house in perfect tiptop tidy shape, and made sure to wash all the towels and linens before she left. She even cleaned out our coffee maker and took up our weekly trash without us even mentioning it! Amber is super kind and personable and we welcome her back to sit for us anytime! If you are looking for a sitter, you should definitely accept her application!

We can not exaggerate the care and love Juliet and Laurent gave to our cat, Piero, during his the last few weeks of life. While we left for our trip thinking he merely had a bladder infection, his symptoms turned for the worse a weeks into their sit and later revealed he had cancer. No one would wish their sitter to need to hospice their cat but Juliet and Laurent showed such compassion for Piero and volunteered to be with him when we made the decision to put him down. It was an emotional time for all of us and we will be forever grateful to our two caring cat and house sitters. We have had many fantastic housesitters through zeewoi but Juliet and Laurent top the list. Their professionalism, constant communication and compassion were exceptional. Should you have the opportunity to have them in your home, do not hesitate to book them, you will have no regrets. We do, however, regret that they had such a short time with Piero and had to experience such a painful event.
