Janet was a wonderful guest! She arrived two nights early from another sit in the area which was great because she had time to settle in and get to know the dogs and their routine before we left. She was a great communicator and we saw lots of pictures of the dogs enjoying their time with her. They were definitely spoiled with love from Janet. Ellie has stopped at the guest bedroom door the past two mornings looking for her ❤️ We look forward to the opportunity to have Janet stay here again!

Magdalena and Michal are a charming couple, very experienced sitters with a real fondness for cats. They live not far from my home in Uppsala and kindly agreed to visit before the sit to pick up the keys and meet my pets. Tibby and Chico quickly overcame their timidity and made clear their approval. Everything went smoothly in the week they were here. Magdalena sent entertaining messages and beautiful photos, and introduced the cats to new toys and flavours of Dreamies. I came back to an orderly flat and two happy felines. You'll be glad too if you're fortunate enough to have M&M as sitters!

Zoe is an amazing, caring and trusting house/pet sitter I am so glad she chose to spend a few days in Zug with my furball. She and Luna became great friends from the second they met and Zoe kept me updated daily. Zoe maintained constant communication and Oscar managed to join a day also to give the dog some love and attention. Luna was happy to have me home but upset when Zoe left. I highly recommend Zoe and will definitely have her come and spend time with Luna again in the future.

Christine was wonderful. This was the longest we have ever been away from our dog and she made the whole experience smoother. She provided consistent updates and photos. We were so unbelievably lucky to have such a great sitter that provided above and beyond care! Upon our return our dog was so relaxed and happy, and our apartment so tidy! Christine when the extra mile to ensure we had fresh sheets and towels waiting for us too. She truly was the best!!

We felt so luck having Soňa for 3 weeks in total at home! We had the chance to meet before the sit few times: she met and got used to Nioki before the sit, we had a nice home tour and this in a very friendly way. We left with full confidence and this has been reassured during the sit (with reporting and pictures) and after the sit, seeing Nioki super happy and the apartment in super good condition. Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

Luna was very content when I arrived home thanks to Heidi! My home was immaculate when I arrived and she did some snow shoveling. Pennee and Bill were the BEST pet sitters and guests ever! I really wanted them to stay forever ! Our cat, Miss Kitty bonded so much to them, that she really wasn’t that happy to see me when I got home .Our cat is a finicky eater and they tried all different types of food and treats for her. They sent me regular photos of miss kitty and I knew everything was great when most of the pics had miss kitty on their lap. Our cat doesn’t take to many people but she immediately fell in love with them. Pennee sent us our mail and prescription meds on a regular basis , and went out of her way to take care of any issues . They fell in love with the neighbors and community and just made our lives so easy . We experienced the Covid 19 virus outbreak quarantine during this time and Pennee and Bill agreed to stay a month longer at our home . They were extremely flexible with their travel plans so that everyone would be safe. Upon our arrival home, we were greeted with a bouquet of flowers , beautiful hanging basket of flowers for outdoors and a beautiful bottle of wine . And our house had never been cleaner ! Bill and Pennee are a pet owners dream couple !I felt extremely lucky to have found such a great petsitter and new friend . We will be visiting each other in the future .

Kristine was wonderful again as our local sitter from just down the street. The boys take to her like she is their best friend whenever she comes to sit with them. She sent us photos of them playing, relaxing, drinking water and eating so we knew they were well taken care of. The house and the cats were in excellent shape and excellent hands while we were away. Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!
