I don’t have words for Monika’s sit at my home!! So I’ll ramble a bit.. Monika is the most thoughtful human in the universe. She completely vibed with my doggo and took her to a chillax concert in the park and to visit her dad. Of course she checked in first to see that Aris would be ok in the car and at the event, and I got to see pics. It was kind of like seeing pics of your kids at summer camp having the times of their life and NOT missing mom! Heart warming to say the least. Monika and Aris spent hours in the yard soaking in the sun and hanging out- I got videos and pics all along the way which I LOVED. I also received so many pics of the cats…I could see that Simba approved immediately of the new human, and I was so happy to see Zazu warmed up pretty fast too. (Zazu is a weirdo but he knows good people- Monika is good people). I also cannot believe Monika’s attention to my yard and garden. I mean ..I knew she had the interest and experience, and I gave her free reign because I definitely have a jungle to work with…but I was pleasantly surprised a few times with little videos of things she recommended to make certain plants or trees grow better and reports on bits of trimming she did. It was my first year with a veggie garden- so I learned a few things there too. I got a redecorated set of window boxes in my pool shed, a new wreath for the fall, and a bouquet from my garden when I returned home - all stuff from mu jungle yard - who knew my jungle could become so beautiful♥️ Overall, 5 stars is not enough and I would be more than happy to have Monika back. Aris, Zazu and Simba all thank you for a wonderful week Monika!! PS I already gave that baby blue more sun... I want her to grow faster too!

Companion Animal Couple
James and Darla arrived the evening before their sit, as we always do this with our sitters. We went out for a meal and had a lovely evening getting to know them both. They are a charming, intelligent and caring couple who could converse with anyone, about anything!!! Their care for our pups was immediately obvious, as they spent time interacting with all 3, to get to know them a little before we left on our trip the next morning. We received pupdates, videos and photos daily, to reassure us, and to give us our required "fix"! The house was spotless on our return and we came home to 3 very zenned out Ds, what a fabulous couple! We have no hesitation in recommending James and Darla, they are gentle, caring, dedicated and more than competent. We very much hope they will visit with us again, whether sitting or as guests, they would be most welcome!!!

Retired and loving it!
I don’t know how Amy could have been more accommodating to us and nice to Molly. She is a superstar and we have already invited her back to sit for us in January in Orlando! Amy is thoughtful, insightful, intelligent, caring, and very attentive to Molly. I think that Molly was very disappointed when we came home having been treated so well for so long by Amy. Molly is a west highland terrier and we were away for 10 days. we have tons of experience with TH, having had over 20 sitters for us, and Amy is one of the wonderful sitters that we have had. She made us a meal when we came home, she sent us pictures on a daily basis, she clearly asked About Molly‘s care and meaningful ways before we left and gave all of her attention to her. We had the pleasure of meeting her mom, Betty who is a hoot and would be welcome in any house! Our house with spotless when we came home. Everything we asked of Amy she did for us and we so appreciated her loving care for Molly. thank you so much to Amy and we will always remember the wonderful care that you gave to our Molly. If you ever have a chance to ask Amy to come for a sit, you should jump at the chance. Friends for life!!

Lisa and Dan were incredible pet and house sitters! We had great communication from the very beginning, and while away, we got daily updates and sweet pictures of our girls enjoying many adventures. Mikhal and Nitzan were wonderful!! They made our 5 week vacation a breeze, as well as our transition home after being away for such a long period of time. From the start (video call), we could tell that Mikhal and Nitzan had a love of cats and would take great care of Ugi. Not to mention all the amazing 5 star reviews they already had on zeewoi. On the day of our departure they came a few hours early for a tour of the apartment and we had a chance to enjoy their company over lunch. They always asked great questions about Ugi and the apartment. During our vacation, communication was easy and we could tell that Ugi was well taken care of and having a great time from the photos and videos we received. They even brought some of their own toys for Ugi to enjoy. Plus, anything relevant that came up during the trip Mikhal messaged us about so we were in the loop. Upon returning home, Mikhal and Nitzan waited for our flight to land before they left to ensure we returned to the country on time so that Ugi would have continuous care. We arrived to a clean home and a happy cat who was her usual self (it didn't seem like we had ever been away). Would definitely have Mikhal and Nitzan stay at our home again :) I'm certain that Ugi would instantly remember them :)

Toby and Chloe were amazing pet sitters. It wasn’t the easiest sit - a nervous dog and 3 cats with various ailments and medication to have, but they took it all in their stride and cared for them so well without any issues. Our nervous dog Zelda warmed to them in just 2 days which is a record for house sitters so far! I also really enjoyed getting to know them over dinner the night before I left, they’re very easygoing and positive people. They also left the house spotless for when I came back. I would love to have them sit for us again. You can rest assured your house and animals are in safe hands with this lovely pair!

Florence and Robert were outstanding sitters. We asked them to arrive a day early as our guests to learn the routine on our farm. In getting to know them we found them to be good hearted, down to earth people with a love of animals and diligent in learning our routines to care for our poultry, cats and dog as well as our garden and orchard. Not a typical or easy sit. We travelled with ease knowing our critters were being well taken care of. Arriving home, the house was very clean and looked well cared for. The animals were healthy as were the garden and orchard. Out pets missed them when they left – our dog stared down the driveway after them until their car was out of sight. It is nice to find sitters we would like to hang out with and we look forward to having them sit for us again.

She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. After seeing the numerous positive reviews, I knew Cung would be an easygoing and professional cat sitter and house guest, and he was :-) Easy communication, prompt updates and clear concern for Boz & Artie's wellbeing, and pictures of cozying up on the couch together all made our time away secure and stress free. Upon returning home, the cats were chill and the apt was left spotless, as though he hadn't even been there.

Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.

Kristine was wonderful again as our local sitter from just down the street. The boys take to her like she is their best friend whenever she comes to sit with them. She sent us photos of them playing, relaxing, drinking water and eating so we knew they were well taken care of. The house and the cats were in excellent shape and excellent hands while we were away. Rick and Sally are marvelous cat sitters and we would gladly have them back anytime. We highly recommend them to any and all pet owners. They arrived when they said they would and were ready to go when we returned, making sure our cats were present before departing. Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!
