Helene is the ideal pet sitter. She is experienced, reliable and capable. She engaged with my 5 animal family members in a caring and confident way and immediately became firm friends with Lucky the pet sheep taking her walking each day. In addition Helen carefully followed the summer watering schedule so that my plants were in good health on my return. Our communication was good before and throughout the sit. Helen left the house clean and tidy with some little treats in the fridge. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive and worry free pet sit or a more welcoming return to my home. Excellent caregiver! He had the patience to help us for two weeks with our large 13-year-old dog, who is very weak, while also taking care of my other dog and cat. He left the apartment super clean and came home to happy and well-cared-for animals.

Mathilde recently came to watch our baby, Pompòm while we were on a trip for nearly 2 weeks. She was great and our baby was in good spirits when we returned. She was good with keeping us posted and sent us pictures and updates during the trip. On top of that, our place was super clean when we got home, which we appreciated. She was a great sitter to have for both our baby and our apartment.

Martina and Christian took care of Fiete for two weeks and looked after him very well. Fiete was very relaxed when we returned from our vacation. Susan and Miranda are amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with many sitters and they are truly exceptional. They were great at keeping in touch, sent lots of updates, asked good questions, really bonded with the cats, clearly very experienced working with animals and understanding their needs, and generally lovely to deal with. They were really patient putting up with a whole bunch of deliveries and even assembled a spare bed! They also left the place spotless with clean sheets on the bed. I'm pretty sure the cats loved Susan and Miranda more than us by the end of their stay! I'd highly recommend them to anyone and would love to have them stay again any time.

Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!
