Brianna and Aaron were wonderful. Their knowledge of /passion for cats is impressive and the warmth & caring they expressed toward our two elderly cats was deeply appreciated. They even brought a feeding system with them for us to try as a possible solution to the problem we have of one of our cats being a grazer and walking away from her food while the other cat hovers nearby, waiting to gobble it down. We really enjoyed having them stay and hope there will be an opportunity for them to sit for us again in the future.

Lauren did an amazing job caring for our pets and our home! She has a ton of experience with dogs, including training agility dogs, and our dogs fell in love with her the minute they met her. She was prompt, communicative, left our house spotless, and even did a little training work with our dogs while we were away to help tune up some of their commands. Rachaell was a great communicator, and responsive to my inquiries. She took lots of photos, so I know the dogs were well cared for. And the house was cleaner than when we left. Due to her tight schedule we were not able to meet in advance, but I felt very comfortable with her based on our initial phone conversation, and I was not disappointed.

I never met Joi because due to her work, she arrived after I left and was gone before I returned home. This wasn't a problem at all. She was very self-sufficient and seemed to find all that she needed in my house. The house looked exactly like I left it and my cat seemed very content when I returned. Apparently they had a nightly routine of Luna getting brushed. Joi is a very experienced sitter and it shows.

Becca was fantastic - we cannot say enough about how great she is as a pet and house sitter and as a human being! Becca committed to the sit 8 months in advance and was great with her responsiveness in communication during the long lead up to the sit. She arrived early and got the low downs on the animals and house stuff prior to us leaving. She woke up crazy early to help us get to the airport and picked us up when we returned, which made the traveling so much easier on our end. She left the house spot-less (and this is no exaggeration), with the linens cleaned, and a wonderful meal waiting for us upon our return. She is an absolute gem of a person with a great sense of humor and a kind and compassionate nature, and she really enjoys the animals in her care. Our dog and cat were very well cared for and totally at ease upon our return. If you are lucky enough to have Becca sit for you, you will be very pleased at how well she does the job!

We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Angel was absolutely the best house sitter we could have hoped for. She is a very warm, open and diligent person and our two cats adored her. She looked after our house and garden with really conscientious care. She won over our very timid cat, Billie, and sent regular photos of both cats looking supremely content which gave us perfect peace of mind. The house was completely spotless on our return and the garden was fabulous... no mean feat since there was a heatwave while we were away and she kept everything watered and in great condition. We would have Angel back at the drop of a hat and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I felt very comfortable in the days leading up to the sit because I knew the plan we made to exchange the keys and walk them through the instructions would work as planned. Second, Macie and Roman really care. When they got to my apartment after a very long morning of traveling, I explained the care instructions and they were very attentive and cared about the details - asking very specific questions on how to care for my cat and apartment. I had some pretty specific rules about how to feed my cat and take care of him and Macie and Roman followed those exactly. Third, Macie and Roman make you feel comfortable while you are away. I got daily or twice daily updates about my cat. I got pictures which made me feel like my cat was having a good time. My cat came out of hiding very quickly and was snuggling with them and letting them hold him. It was so nice to see the pictures of them all bonding! Macie and Roman have a calming energy towards animals for sure! Macie and Roman were also very responsive when I reached out first - replying within 30 minutes. I really appreciated that. Fourth, Roman and Macie will take good care of your apartment/house. I came back to a SPOTLESS apartment. The towels were washed. The apartment had been vacuumed. The kitchen was clean. The dishwasher had been run. Everything was in its place when I returned. Honestly, cleaner than when I left it which is difficult since I am a very clean person. Macie and Roman also respects your property. We had a room we asked them not to enter and they respected that. In short, Macie and Roman are amazing. I would have them back in a heartbeat. Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!

I have an extensive computer setup that he used for work and he was very respectful of that equipment. He asked if he could use it beforehand, which was incredibly polite since he could have used it and I wouldn’t have known. In sum. You need to jump at the opportunity if Cung offers to sit for you. I came home to a very happy cat. Hope he will sit for me again sometime!

Steven was a great sitter for our black lab Souris and cat Pinot. They were well looked after and really liked Steven. Our house was in good order when we got back and Steven was kind enough to give us a lift to and from the airport. He was very flexible, arriving day early so we could show him around.

Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!

My pup, Opal, is a pretty skiddish, shy girl and is very attached to me. I had to travel for the holidays and we tried a few different daycare/boarding facilities beforehand to see where she’d be most comfortable for multiple days while I was gone. The staff at Lone Pine were amazing- so kind, understanding, and reassuring. Opal did better at Lone Pine for a day and an overnight stay than at other places, so I decided to board her there for my 7- day trip. I called every day while I was gone to check in on how she was doing and the staff was again, so kind and reassuring. My flight plans also changed and I called to let them know and they were easily accommodating. I picked her up and she was her happy, normal self! Typically after being boarded she’s often shaky, shedding like crazy from being stressed, doesn’t eat much while she’s there, etc. At Lone Pine she did amazingly! She ate her food, didn’t stress shed, & was her happy self after we got home. I cannot recommend Lone Pine enough!!

Highly recommend this place. My dogs are super happy every time they go and are happy when I pick them up if you’re looking for a boarding facility this is the place I want to go we drive 45 minutes just a board them at this location
The staff was nice when dropped my dogs off. The guy I picked him up from was kind of short and could tell was in a rush to leave. I was a little blindsided by them adding $25 extra for picking my dog up at 5:30pm. I called and talked about doing this multiple times with different people and was never told this. Overall I didn’t mind because my dog needed this. I am questioning the amount of exercise and attention he got though. Which was the whole point of taking him here, I had the option to leaving him home. I just wished they would have communicated the price better so I could have budgeted and not felt cheap when asking to clarify. I am not sure if I will be back sadly and we were kind of excited about this place. My trust just wasn’t earned and that’s important in this industry.
We've boarded our dogs here several times over the last few years. They always come back safe and in good condition. Kennel facilities are air conditioned to keep your pet comfortable in the summer.
We kept our dogs here for about 10 days. The price was very reasonable and they took such good care of them! The staff here is very sweet and explained everything to us, our dogs really seemed to love the staff members and to me that's a great sign! Will be using them again in the future!
This is the only place we will take our dog, Opie! He's been going here since he was 6 weeks old, he's almost 4 years old now. They truly know how to make you feel like family. I've used Schreiber tails for boarding, training, and doggy day care. The care my dogs have received is stellar! The facilities are clean, secure, and the booking process is extremely convenient. Staff is knowledgeable and great with my enthusiastic large breed rescue. I don't trust my pets with many people but absolutely enjoy having such a great service in Winston!
We took our puppy to the puppy training classes. The trainer, Lauren Schreiber, did a great job. The classes were structured and timely. She provided examples by using the puppies in the class and provided written handouts detailing all of the training exercises to practice at home. All of the commands were covered along with other useful tips. There was puppy playtime in each class to help with socialization. I would highly recommend this class for everyone!
We love Schreiber Tails! I took my puppy there for 2 rounds of training classes which were very helpful. Then I hurt my ankle and we signed her up for daycare- what an amazing service. It was affordable and extremely helpful getting her energy out and continuing socializing her. Plus I loved getting the report cards of my pup having fun while I was at work :) Lauren and her staff are all friendly and great to work with. Highly recommended!
Our pup has such a great time at doggy daycare. She comes home so happy and exhausted from playing. The staff are all so nice and take great care of our dog. They send report cards with photos showing how much fun she's having. : )

Wonderful place to take your pups! Finally we have an indoor area to take dogs that's safe to play. The owners are so nice and smart too. They do more than just indoor play. Training, boarding, daycare and just provide a warm welcoming environment.

When I chose my first fur baby as an adult, I quickly realized I was in over my head. My pup and I attended puppy classes in which we both learned a lot. Barkley attends daycare at least once a week and has been boarded while out of town. I recommend Schreiber Tails to everyone!
Our first time away from our little four-month-old kitten Max and when we returned home he was great! Everything about our experience was professional, I felt like Max was their family too. Having the option for an in-home visit was amazing, a good option for cat owners, and we will absolutely be using Schreiber Tails again!
I am so glad I found this daycare for my then 3 month old Jack Russell. She has been going here for two months now and loves it. The owners are great and really know what they’re doing. I have her in obedience class there too and she is already doing better. She seems to like going there because she gets excited when I bring her in the door. Being an only dog at home she gets to meet other dogs. And they are really reasonably priced. Great place!!!

Another trip out of town (December, 2018) - 5 days again. I've used Laura double-digit times now over the past couple years, and it's always a 5-star experience. Once again my Lab-Rottie mix "Coral" - this time with her new 'little sister', the 4-pound Papillon "Jazzie" - became part of Laura's home. Coral loves Laura, and went into the house eagerly. And when I returned, both were happy as clams and completely at home - and in love with Laura! As I've written before, Laura doesn't have a 9-5 job so she's home to do THIS job. And she does it like an owner would want it. Coral loves it, and I appreciate it!
Beyond pleased working with Jennifer A. She took such incredible care of our three Guinea pigs. I have very high standards when it comes to cage cleanliness and when I got back from a week long vacation, their cage was in better shape than when I’m the one cleaning it. She took exceptional note of all the little details, and on top of everything - when my flight was delayed, she confirmed that she could be there for them an extra day not 10 minutes after I messaged. I will absolutely be using muddy paws, and hopefully specifically Jennifer, for all my pet sitting needs in the future. Their app is seamless as was communication, and I got detailed updates and pictures every visit. 6/5 stars!
Laura is completely professional and trustworthy. She has taken care of my pups for years before moving to Eugene (I live in Austin) and was always 100% reliable. My pups were always calm and peaceful upon my return so I know they were given lots of Loving Care and Attention.

Well I called twice to get a time to watch my pup, i was gonna be in oregon at thend of werk and over the weekend, left a message and guess they did not want my business. So will not bother with them next time I am in the city there.
Laura and the wonderful pet sitters she works with are INCREDIBLE. She loves and values my dog, and I can see the care she has for all the pets she watches... she appreciates each of their individual personalities and preferences. She makes sure the animals that interact get along well with one another (doesn't allow aggressive or sick animals). She keeps them safe, feeds them according to their schedules, exercises them thoroughly. My dog always comes back from Muddy Paws tired and happy and safe, and I myself appreciate how responsive and helpful Laura is to me as well. I cannot recommend her and her group enough, for daycare and boarding and in-home care.

I recently and somewhat unexpectedly adopted a puppy from a local humane society and needed someone to spend time with her while I was at work. Emma Jaramillo graciously and enthusiastically accepted the job and she was amazing! She worked with me to make sure Hazel was happy, less stressed and successfully transitioned from the humane society into my home. Emma was patient (mostly with me) and loving as she took care of Hazel. I can't say enough good things about her and Muddy Paws.

Kendra is amazing. I work long odd hours and she had been able to work with my schedule to help keep my to jack Russells from going crazy. My babies have a few special needs and she has been so great about keeping me updated on how they are when I'm at work. They love waking with her. I have and do recommend her services. She was a vet tech previously so I feel very confident with her knowledge and skill. She's been very friendly but also personal with her intake.

Every time we leave our Tucker, he comes home very happy and content. The staff listen to our specific needs and limited/alternate playtime requests. Tucker is always so excited to go back and loves the ladies attention! We will continue to use them because we want to have peace at mind when we are out of town that our fury family member is the happiest he can be.
We just boarded our three precious kiddos (2 cats and one dog) at Camp Kodah Bed & Biscuit and they couldn't have been more amazing! Throughout the time that we were gone, we were texted pictures or videos of our sweet fur babies to let us know they were doing fine which helped us enjoy our vacation more. Our animals were treated with love and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to board their pet. This will definitely be out go to place from now on.
Boarded our senior kitty, Abby, for 3 days. The room was clean and the staff were exceptionally tentative, especially given that our kitty needs medications twice a day. They let me plug in her warming bed to ensure her comfort. I am extremely grateful I have a place to bring Abby so that I can occassionally leave knowing she is in good hands. I loved this place until I ended up having to bring my dog to have an emergency surgery for a foxtail she inhaled at their location. I feel they shouldn’t have such dangerous weeds in a place dogs have access to.
Love this place! My Lab fur-baby was dropped off this morning. The facilities are super clean, & the staff are wonderful, caring people. The only place I trust with my Abby-girl. 💘 🐾 And, they're totally affordable 5 STARS across the board. Thanks!
I cannot say enough about this place. This is as the first time my pets have ever been away for me in 11 years. As you can imagine I had huge anxiety is about leaving them. Canine Country Club staff put my mind at ease and have taken such good care of them. They have a spacious area for them to get plenty of exercise. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for dog boarding or daycare.
We came in out of town for a wedding. I was able to book over the phone very easily with polite and friendly staff. The property is high on a hill with a lot of happy dogs. Check in was a breeze (make sure you have your paperwork) and facility was clean. Our dog only stayed one night but when we picked her up she was happy, clean, and a tired pup from playing. Thanks for taking great care of our dog.

These ladies take such good care of both my cat and dog when I am out of town. They have a separate area for kitties stocked with scratchers, and it's nice that the cats get to socialize and are not locked in a cage all day. My animals are always ready and excited when we arrive at the Country Club. I always recommend it to my fellow animal lovers.
Not one dog there looked sad. My pup enjoyed his stay there so much, it'll be a go to vacation for him, or even for some day camp. He had a blast so much that when I got my pup back he has been sleeping the whole time. The staff is so friendly, and excited to see your pets when you walk through the door. That in itself speaks volumes for the care they provide for your pet. Any staff you talk to know exactly which pet you are picking up by name! Which I'm sure if you visited more frequently they would know you by face. I just adore this place and how they took such exellent care of Lukas. Thank you guys so much!!

They take good care of our Artemis. She is a 4.6 pound dog and they keep her in a cat kennel. We love the care they give her. They do not seem bothered by us asking how she is doing everyday she is there. She is so spoiled by Douglas County Pet Lodge. We have had her there several times over the last few years. If we could give them more than five stars we would.
They have met my expectations and more when it comes to taking care of our dogs Boba and Bojack for a week. It was my first time bringing the pups to a boarding place and I was a little nervous but they were able to make the experience easier on me by sending me pictures of them almost daily. Can’t appreciate the Douglas County Pet Lodge enough ❤️
This was the first time we had Bandit stay at the Pet Lodge. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. We were sent videos of Bandit playing which showed him having a good time with other dogs. We will be taking him back in a few more weeks. I would give more that 5 stars if i could. Highly recommend.
Friendly and helpful staff. I had a change of plans last minute and they were able to accommodate my older dogs. I’m new to the area so finding a reliable place is such a relief. I’ll be back with my dogs!
We have used the boarding and daycare services at Douglas County Pet Lodge. My Pup is always happy when dropped off and enjoys her time at the Lodge. The staff obviously cares about the animals in their care and are happy to send updates while we can't be with our fur baby.
Our little dog loves the Douglas County Pet Lodge. He comes home after a kennel stay happy and not as ‘clingy’ as when he stays at other places. Andrea is friendly to the four legged guests and their people! The grounds are clean and there are plenty of furry friends every time we’ve been.
The Douglas County Pet Lodge took care of our 10 mo. Puppy for a week while we were out of town. They shared videos of her with us periodically while we were away and took such great care of her. She had no anxiety or transition problems. Just a happy puppy getting to play with new friends. I can’t recommend them enough.they’re absolutely fantastic!

Dropped my dogs off for the first time for a 2 day stay. Everyone was so nice and reassuring about their care. When I picked them up my dogs were happy and healthy, they had obviously received great care.
We have taken our 8 month old Chocolate Lab Sugar . To Douglas County Pet Lodge 3 times. And they are friendly, professional,honest,courteous,And very reasonably priced . It is a family owned business . And they take there jobs seriously. Due to a love for animals. Make no mistake . Douglas County Pet Lodge is the place to go.If you want your kids to be tended to properly while you are on vacation.

PAWS is an amazing resource for Douglas county pet owners. They provide top quality, in-home care at extremely reasonable prices. My dog has to pretend to be sad when I pull up. His tail is held down but it starts wagging when we turn up the drive! Highly recommend this place
Ran by a family and started by an inspirational girl who just loves animals and helping out. If you are looking for a place to keep your dogs for the night or even just the day I can't recommend this business enough.
Juniper does a great job taking care of our doggie. It's great to have a local option when we leave him..

Linda is super polite and welcoming. The setup is impressive, organized, and clean. I felt really at ease leaving my kitty here. He stayed for 12 days. They have an entire room to themselves and you have the option to have an available catio for ur kitty as well. I would definitely use Linda's services again and absolutely recommend taking your fur baby here for boarding. Seriously though, you won't regret it. 🥰
Linda and Shawn took really good care of our cat! They were very friendly and so accommodating even though I had scheduling issues. Inn is clean and the cats have their own indoor and outdoor spaces! My worries were at ease knowing that our cat is in good hands with them. Highly recommend them!
Absolutely love Linda's. Each cat has its own cat run with different level perches outside and lots more inside. Every one has a window for bad weather days. It's the only place I take my cat when I need to board him.
Very nice. Cat did well and they have catios for the cats. Kinda is a very sweet kind lady. It’s out in the country but close to north Eugene and very peaceful for the kitties with birds to watch.
Linda took wonderful care of our cats, and her love for animals shows. The facilities were spacious, with lots of safe and controlled access to the outdoors. Will gladly board our buddies here again in the future.
This place is awesome! Linda is a sweetheart and their set up is great for cats! It’s super affordable compared to other pet inns and super convenient since its close to the airport as well! Been there 4 x and will continue to !
