My dog, Rudi, absolutely loves his time with Charlotte and gets so excited when he sees her at the door. The group walks are the highlight of his week—he comes back happy and well-exercised every time! It's clear she genuinely loves dogs, and I feel confident knowing Rudi is in good hands. Charlotte has made such an incredible difference to Rebel, our retired greyhound. When we first adopted him he was distracted by pretty much everything on walks and found other dogs very confusing and a bit scary. It was our goal to eventually build his confidence up to be able to go on group walks. Within just a few months of solo walks with Charlotte Rebs is like a different dog, so confident and friendly with other people and dogs! He now loves his weekly group walks and we're so grateful!

Charlotte does a fantastic job with our lab Lyra. Lyra is a bundle of energy, so it really helps to have Charlotte give her weekly group walks to get that energy out of her system! Charlotte is always kind and friendly, and was so gentle with Lyra even when Lyra was apprehensive the first few times. Lyra absolutely loves Charlotte and the other dogs in the group, and obviously has a wonderful time every walk. Thanks so much for all your care of my gorgeous pup! After an unhappy experience with our previous dog walker Amanda has regained both our confidence in his walks away from home. She has instilled a calmness and a trust in him which we hadn't experienced before. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for an experienced, professional dog walker.

Amanda did four home puppy training sessions with my puppy and I. She taught us the basic command the we would practice on our own before the next session. I’d tried YouTube videos etc with not much luck before Amanda but the way she trains is fantastic. Exactly at the right pace for the dog and you can see she absolutely loves what she does. Ralph the Cockapoo went from pulling on the lead to walking perfectly in one session and some home practice!!! Would definitely recommend 👍🏽

Amanda provided pet sitting for my 12 yr old dog for 2 days in my home whilst I was away. The service was absolutely superb and couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after Holly. Amanda visited beforehand to spend some time with Holly and really tailored to her particular needs as an elderly dog. I received regular updates and pics, and I knew Holly was in trusted hands. Amanda was just absolutely brilliant. Holly never had a pet sitter before so it was a complete new experience to us both but Amanda made me feel very reassured and Holly was a happy pooch in her hands. Amanda looked after my cocker spaniel puppy just for one night, it was the first time I'd left her so I was quite nervous but Amanda is very calm and relaxed and really knows dogs so my pup was quite happy, Amanda sent lots of pictures which I found reassuring and she came home very relaxed herself (which is totally out of character!). Amanda is very thorough with finding out every important detail about your dog, their likes and dislikes and I'll have no hesitation asking her to look after my pup again. Highly recommend!

I couldn't recommend Amanda more. She is an animal lover and passionate about her job. She is dedicate and professional. She looked after my dog in my house for 10 days, walking him regularly and taking him for evenings out, making my boy feeling like mum was with him. She is trustful and caring. Very knowledgeable re dogs in general but also dogs training and dog behaviour. My dog and I are so happy we found her and will always count on her in future.

Amanda looked after our dog in our home for 3 nights and she was brilliant! We were in regular contact throughout our break away and received some lovely photos of our very relaxed dog. We already have her booked for various other dates this year!

We did an overnight trial for our golden retriever and Amanda was great with him and brilliant at keeping us updated. You could see when we picked him up that he'd had a fab time and lived being there. The only shame for us is that our big lad isn't a fan of the dog walking van which means Amanda would struggle to take him during the week, otherwise I'd love for her to be able to look after him for longer stays.

Amanda takes our dog for a walk twice or three times a week. She always sends photos so we know what fun our dog has had! Amanda is extremely reliable and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to other pet owners.

My Puppy Tilly went for a trial day today before her holiday in November. The staff were so lovely and welcoming to both of us. I collected her and she looked really happy, in fact didn’t want to get in the car but wanted to go back through the gate to see them all! Thank you

Today we picked up our Jack Russell's Billy and Lola after their 8 day stay at Westfield Farm. They were happy and well cared for ... Thank you!

A really poor experience. We placed our cats into the cattery for 11 days. Went to collect our cats just before the afternoon and one of our cats was not well. The person at the cattery advised he had been like this since the morning, but it was probably a hairball. An hour after collecting the cats, we had to rush the cat "with the hairball" to the vets where we were advised his lungs were full of fluid and had gone into heart failure. We were advised by the vet to expect the worst. The vet advised the cattery should have taken the cat to the vets, or called a vet as soon as symptoms appeared. Absolutely appalled at the lack of care and due diligence from a business that apparently takes care of your pets.

I have given 4 stars because our pets have always been treated well by the staff. A negative I want to share is my general experience with one lady in particular. She seems very abrupt in general (which I can just about stomach) but I feel like she's itching to say something negative at any given time and gives off a "what are you doing here" vibe. The last 2 occasions I've picked or dropped the dogs off I seem to have done something wrong, one of these occasions was ringing her 5 mins before pick up time to see if I could come earlier, she said yes and then when went through the gate she told me off!!! Very weird as I was happy to sit in the car if they weren't ready yet. I want to make this clear, I am a very polite and happy individual and even this doesn't appease her. The final straw was today when I picked my dogs up, and was absolutely roasted for opening the inner gate to help her get the dogs out (the outer gate had been locked). The dogs , eager to see myself and my son ran straight to us for cuddles, but she would not let it drop, and was actually screaming frantically. It was embarrassing for everyone there including my 15 year old son. I had to promise her I wouldn't do it ever again to stop her complaining at me (I am not joking). For this reason I can't see us returning as I just don't want the experience of reuniting with my pets to be a negative one. I was excited to see them today and it was tarnished by her explosion.

I always bring my cat to this cattery. Lovely people that run it and she always returns happy. Everything is provided by the cattery and the prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a cattery look no further

I have always been expected and well greeted by the owners and staff here, and our cat appears happy and well every time. I was recently recommended to bring her in time before lights out so the girls could play with her for a bit and help get her settled, which I was very pleased to hear.

First time leaving my Frenchie at Westfield Farm kennels for 2 nights. Great experience and already booked more stays. Absolutely fantastic kennels for our previous and present dog for the last 10 years. Staff are like family...so caring and accommodating. He comes out well fed and exercised and like he's had a holiday juts like we have.

Helen has been fantastic with Ozzy! He’s a young, strong dog - currently in training! And she’s taken him on and been brilliant with him! Taking the time to build a bond, continue training and giving us great updates which we look forward to receiving! It’s very hard to find a dog walker you trust and who wants to do the best for the dog, and certainly the one we had before Helen, used to let Ozzy off and run riot - no structure! Fantastic 5 star service. First time using Helen and first time leaving dogs and cat at home for a week. Helen was very professional and sent me daily updates and photos of all the pets even when one of them refused to go for a walk however my other dog was very happy with the attention she had having a private walk without the other dog. She went above and beyond with one of my dogs having an upset tummy and washed my carpet where my poor dog messed and gave her a good wash and clean. She kept the house in order bringing in mail. Overall very highly recommend.

My cats were looked after by Helen for the first time this weekend and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. It was lovely to see and hear how relaxed they were. For cats who are generally quite nervous, Helen definitely won them round. It was lovely to have that piece of mind whilst we were away. Thank you.

Paws, Purrs & More have been amazing, both kind with my elderly mother and brilliant with her lively young dog, who is really loving his walks. Couldnt recommend highly enough!

Jemma has been an absolutely fantastic dog walker. She was really good at getting our puppy settled with her when he started and he is now so excited for his walks with her! He really does love her and you can tell that his walks with her are the highlight of his week! I honestly don't know what Toby would do without her!! My favourite thing is that she always sends us pictures of the dogs enjoying their walk. It's so lovely to see when I'm at work missing him!

Five stars. I'm the 1st to admit my dogs a handful but Jemma has no problems and the joyous greeting my dog gives her tells me everything I need to know. If I do want to know more I can as jemma sends great reviews of each walk along with pictures. Wharedale paws are so much more than a dogwalking services they are partners in your fogs development.

Jemma is really good with our little dog Molly, she’s always been very nervous around other dogs but Jemma matches her up so well with her other dogs and Molly is now so much more confident and happily plays with other dogs when we take her out. Can’t recommend Jemma highly enough!

Jemma has been brilliant with our anxious rescue dog Libby, not just helping her with her behaviour and socialising her with other dogs but also having fun with her - Jemma is knowledgeable and really cares for the dogs in her charge. Recommended!

I have been using Jemma at Wharfedale paws for nearly a year now and can honestly say she has been brilliant. She is a very professional and experienced animal cater and has never let us down. My dogs love her coming to stay with them and now that I’ve sadly lost one of them, Fly has her all to himself! I would highly recommend Jemma 👍

Our dog absolutely adores Jemma. He has somehow worked out which days she is coming and sits whining at the door until she arrives, at which point he almost explodes with excitement. She takes such good care of all the dogs she walks, gives them tasty homemade healthy treats on the walks, makes sure they have water and is always conscious of their well-being (e.g. checking the dogs when it is hot to make sure that they aren't overheating). I don't know what we would do without her and I think our dog would be absolutely heartbroken if he couldn't see her anymore! 10/10 best dog walker.

Diesel was nervous of kennels after a bad experience, but he has been here twice and has come hone Happy and relaxed both times. Lovely people.

Only a short stay for Katie but pleasant and professional by everyone we met. Nice location not far from the A65.

Would not recommend this boarding kennels as this is the second year running that I have booked our dog in. Last year when rang up they said no booking but found a place, just rung up to check with the kennels booked about six months ago but again not booked in. So have had to find another kennels at the last minute.

My cat went to Sunnymead Kennels for the first time this July and they did a brilliant job of looking after him. All the pens have an outside space so they can watch the wildlife. They dealt with his medication really well too. He had never been in a Kennels before but was so chilled when he came home, I couldn't have ask for anymore.

This is only the second time I used these kennels as I needed to board my dog (rottie ) the first time was in June and was the first time my dog had been in on his own to boarding my other dog had passed away recently and always went to kennels together so this was a big thing for him going into the kennels on his own. I personally went over to the office and spoke with them and explained that this is the first time in kennels on his own ect and also he isn’t very good with males after having trauma as a puppy he preferred females and they said that’s no issue at all , dropped him off in June for 2 weeks no issue what so ever on pick up When we booked to go on holiday again in October I. Booked I’m in for one week again no issues on booking Came to drop him off at 8.30 the same day as I was flying and was greeted by an elderly gentleman who really didn’t look like he enjoyed his job what so ever went through the details. There was 2 ladies outside with springer dogs so I left mine In car while I booked him in , he had been really stressed with the car journey. As it’s a 45 min journey and he was really figerty in the car and knowing he was going to kennels didn’t help he walked with me to get him out of the car. Wasn’t keen it was a man as they knew he doesn’t like males. Got him out of the boot went to say hello and stroke him next minute he says my dog has nipped him and walked away I never saw this at all. I was just gobsmacked so I put my dog back in the car gobsmacked at what has just happened and he went to the office and come out 5 mins later and said sorry I ain’t having him he’s bit me. There was no marks visible on his hand and I don’t believe this happened and I don’t say that lightly I think it was an excuse as he didn’t want him there I was stunned by this as it’s a big accusation to say a dog has bit you ! But he said the owner is clamping down and they have had 3 dog bites in past new months .mmmm I totally understand there point but I really feel like this was an excuse. They don’t like big dogs or dogs that are hard work and given he was a rottie didn’t help and he even came out with the excuse it’s isn’t because he’s a Rottweiler .I felt like this was a get out not to have my dog. I explained I was going on. Holiday. That morning and had no one to look after my dog I was nearly in tears and will have to cancel my holiday and he just shrugged his shoulders and said not my problem . I’m so glad I didn’t leave my dog there is long run if dogs are nipping people maybe there’s a reason for it 🤔 and no it didn’t ruin my holiday my neighbour stepped in and looked after him and I gladly paid her instead and there was no issues what so ever . Small dogs good breeds are prob fine here. Dogs with bad reps. I wouldn't put them here Sorry 😞

Used this kennel for the first time for a two week stay for two dogs while we were on holiday. Quite a few issues: 1. The payment taken when picking up the dogs was higher than what was quoted initially. No receipt was given. 2. Didn't return biscuit box we brought our dogs treats in. 3. It looks like the dogs weren't walked enough, because they stink of wee and both of their beds we provided are wet. So is the blanket. Harnesses stink as well .The dogs are 6 years old and are well trained. We didn't have any accidents when they would do their toilet inside. We didn't expect the dogs to be washed during their stay, but at least if the beds and blankets get soiled, they should be washed. Now on top of the stay payment we need to spend money on laundrette, as they are too big for regular household washing machine. Thankfully other than being stinky, the dogs are fine and lively.

Checked reviews for here as first time leaving my fur baby. Spoke to friendly lady and my husband was allowed to look at the Kennels which he was more than happy with. However when we collected our dog he had dirty paws and ear's and was nothing like he was when we left him. He had a scratch on his nose and it has taken him over a week to get back to his happy fun self. When the man who handed him back was asked how the dog had been he just said he didn't know. Upset that the service we got was not what we had expected. Don't like to write negative reviews but really not happy.

We've started bringing our dog here after finding she was terribly anxious, losing weight and sleep and in poor condition after recent stays at our previous kennels. She can be an anxious dog in general and hates kennels, so we were very pleasantly surprised to find that she neither protested at her last drop-off nor dragged us out on pick up as if she couldn't wait to be away. She's come home like her usual self and we won't hesitate to leave her here again. Thanks so much.

The website says open till 6, so I set off just after 5 to go get my cat, only takes 15 mins so I knew I would make it in time before they shut. My mum rings ahead to let them know I was coming and she tells my mum that they were shut. I then ring her myself and explain that their website says open till 6 and that they should update it as this was not true. I had to pick my cat up a day early due to not having a car which is why I needed to pick my cat up tonight. The woman was rude on the phone and told me that I had to come tomorrow instead but I was already on my way so therefore I wasn’t about to turn around as I was getting a lift there. She argued with me on the phone when I got there as I accidentally went to the wrong car park, when I got there she charged me £80 even though it should’ve been £70 as I picked my cat up a day earlier. Also, when I arrived there she wasn’t even ready with my cat but had the audacity to complain to me on the phone about coming too late. She then told me to check this was my cat as she has another cat with the same name, this shows me that she was very unorganised and not professional at all! I then opened my cats carrier to check that it was actually my cat and as my cat stuck his head out she pushed him back in and called him a “fatty”. I was not happy with her calling my cat that at all, nor do I think anybody would be happy with that! 0/10 I would NOT recommend at all! Also, my cat stunk! I rated this place 1 star but in reality it shouldn’t even get a rating! Horrible horrible horrible place and woman! Not happy at all and neither was my cat!

Have been coming here for over 7 years with my dog and for the past 3 years with my additional Spanish rescue dog who they are amazing with too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, such lovely people wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else x

Wonderful people our dog came back from his stay a happy boy and they must have used a magician to clip his nails as we find it a nearly impossible task well done whoever did it :) will definitely use again :)

I love my dog My dog loves Claire I worry my dog loves Claire more than me and my partner That aside Claire provides an incredibly flexible service. She’s great at communicating with my partner and she’s competitive in her rates. What’s more is my dog was a puppy when she first went to Claire and she was patient and supportive when another local dog walker basically kicked her out after one walk and caused me a lot of pressure to find someone short notice. I genuinely cannot compliment her enough. She obviously doesn’t need a google review as word of mouth I assume keeps her busy but the time the dog legged it in esholt woods to say hello to her and completely ignored me tells you enough about how she is loved by her actual customers. Amazing service 😁

We can not recommend Claire, Lee & the kids for their excellent care of OtD (Oskar the Dog). He’s nearly 4 now & has been going for 3 & a half years week on week off for daily care & the occasional stopover. Rest assured, we are comfortable knowing he’s cared for, and making himself at home. After being surprised with a birthday trip away I only had two days to sort out pet care for my very first set of kittens. I’ve never had a cat sitter before and didn’t know what to expect or how to go about it. Looking on the internet there was a lot of random advertisements just with a name and mobile number that I wasn’t too sure about. I came across pedigree pet care Leeds which looked professional and I sent a text message at 8am desperate and not too hopeful that I would get somebody on such short notice. Sharon called me straight back, she was lovely, informative and reassuring. She organised to meet me that day after my home to discuss my needs and meet my furry babies. Sharon showed me all her professional paper work, dbs, pet life saving skills you name it she had it. Personalised a care plan with me and completely put me at ease. I was away for three days and every day I got messages and photos of the boys having a great time. Not only did she feed them but took them to the garden, played with them, cleaned the litter trays, took out the bin. My kittens like to spray their kitty litter everywhere when they have a dig so I expected a mess when I got back but everything was absolutely spotless and amazing. I can’t thank Sharon enough or recommend her more highly. I will not hesitate to use her services again. Thank you!!

Keith, my anxious spaniel, boards with Sharon if/when we go away. She keeps me up to date with messages and short videos and photos if it's a longer visit. I love that I'm sending my 4 legged friend to a home from home environment, and he still gets loads of fuss attention and excersise. My kids asked me "Mum, do you think Keith is missing us?" My answer was "probably not", and THAT is why Sharon is awesome.

Sarah is brilliant! We've been with her every week for nearly a year now and she is so kind and treating my boy fabulous. I feel save leaving him with her and she is always super accommodating! If you look for somewhere: You found it!

Sarah was very accommodating for my little dog, Kamikaze. She had a good set up with a big crate and baby gates all over! We booked it quite late for her to take care of kamikaze while we were out for the day. I came back and she'd even walked him which was beyond what I was expecting. I would definitely recommend Sarah for doggy daycare and if I ever need to use her services again, I won't hesitate.

We have left our puppy with Sarah several times now and she's come back well looked after and a happy pup each time. Sarah is professional and makes a real effort to help our puppy settle. She loves going to see her friends. It has completely taken away any anxiety we had about leaving Tilly when away with work or holiday. I can't recommend Sarah highly enough.

Sarah has been looking after my young puppy Peanut for a few months now and he absolutely loves it. He’s a working cocker and she is a miracle worker and actually tires him out! Sarah looked after Basil for the weekend whilst we were away and it was an excellent choice. Her own dogs are lovely, friendly and welcoming and appeared to keep Basil very happy playing with him and looking after him on their walks (I know this because Sarah kept in touch and even sent a little video of them playing!). Sarah was great - clear re instructions and also flexible re my own timings for pick up and drop off. Basil came back happy and - here’s a good bit - nicely tired. I will certainly use Sarah’s service again. David.

100% recommend - would not use anywhere else. My dog LOVES going… to the point he sulks on the way home. Feel very lucky to have found Sarah and family - a home from home for Wilson. He’d move in if he could!

Sarah looks after my little cocker spaniel in doggy day care and boarding when we go on holiday. He loves it there and can't wait to get out of the car and go see his friends. Sarah is brilliant. Always helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Sarah
