Caro and Reggie are a lovely couple who did an amazing job looking after our House and Pets. During the visit they constantly kept us up-to-date and shared many photos of our Dog's on their daily walks to the River. When we returned from our trip the house and garden was in perfect condition and our dogs were totally relaxed and very happy. We have no hesitation on recommending them as house and pet sitters and look forward to welcoming to our home again in the future!

Maryvonne took care of our dog Nola with the utmost care. Our dog is very nervous with new people but immediately felt at ease with Maryvonne due to her calm nature. Maryvonne left our house super clean and tidy and honestly aside from the fact that Nola was really well cared for, we wouldn't know she had been there! Sylvie and Olivier looked after our two cats for 2 weeks. They took excellent care of the cats and of the house, going well beyond what we expected. We came back to a spotless home, two happy cats, and a fridge with delicious food in it. On top of that, we got to meet them and have a meal and really enjoyed their company and their stories. I have no hesitation in recommending them as pet/housesitters. Sylvie et Olivier sont formidables. Ils ont bien pris soin de nos chats, des plantes, de la piscine et de toute la maison. Olivier nous a même fait des petites réparation et ils nous ont laissé la maison très très propre. Je vous recommande ces gardiens qui je l’espère resteront des amis. Nos chats s’ennuient déjà des gentilles attentions de Sylvie et Olivier.

READY WHEN YOU ARE
Katherine is a pleasant and chatty person. We had long chats before she came for a pre sit visit. She came for 2 pre sit visits and couldn't remember most of the things we had discussed on the first visit. She wrote copious notes but had problems remembering instructions, people, dog walking arrangements and where things were kept. She was not confident with my dogs and didn't take them for walks outside the property boundary. Unfortunately, Kate hurt her shoulder and asked to be relieved of her duties. I. was happy to relieve her to enable her to go and see her doctor and get some help and support. I hope all goes well for Kate in the future.

Seàn was an amazing pet and house sitter! He was super communicative and took amazing care of my dog Nala and cat Bruce. They were happy and loved while I was away- I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for the two little fur babies! He sent great pictures and checked in every day so I had nothing to worry about. On top of all that, he also kept my place immaculately clean and left my place in wonderful shape. We can’t wait to have him back to sit and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a sitter!

Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

Susan and Miranda are amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with many sitters and they are truly exceptional. They were great at keeping in touch, sent lots of updates, asked good questions, really bonded with the cats, clearly very experienced working with animals and understanding their needs, and generally lovely to deal with. They were really patient putting up with a whole bunch of deliveries and even assembled a spare bed! They also left the place spotless with clean sheets on the bed. I'm pretty sure the cats loved Susan and Miranda more than us by the end of their stay! I'd highly recommend them to anyone and would love to have them stay again any time.

Joi did a wonderful job caring for my two cats and two guinea pigs, as well as caring for my home! She is coming back in November for a long sit while I am out of the country and we all can’t wait. Joi had experience with rabbits and jumped right in with guinea pig care. She is so calm around them that they were sitting on her lap day one! She spent time preparing their vegetables and kept their enclosure and room clean, which requires daily effort. She even washed the floor mats in their room so it was fresh when I returned home. She went above and beyond sending me daily photos and videos so I could see that everyone was healthy and happy. It was apparent to me that she spent a lot of time with my pets, which is very important so they don’t become stressed and lonely when I am away. Joi also took excellent care of my two cats. They receive daily wet food with some medication and she ensured that they received it on time. My cats barely noticed when I returned because they got so much attention from Joi. She took excellent care of my front garden flowers and my tomato and herb hydroponic gardens. These take some daily attention and time in the summer, and I returned home to them looking great! Joi is a very caring, clean, and thoughtful sitter and I hope she comes back many more times!

Quinn was an amazing sitter for my cat Moon! She regularly checked in with updates on moon while we were away on a two week vacation, and seemed to give her plenty of attention, play with her, etc. Communication was easy and she left our apartment spotless after departing. Highly recommend her as a pet sitter!

Florence is everything you want in a cat sitter! We have two cats that need a lot of human attention. One takes multiple medications twice a day and they both are used to eating on their own schedule and having people around so it is always very important to us to find a pet sitter that will be spending a lot of time in the apartment and that doesn't mind being very attentive. We were able to meet Florence before our trip and felt 100% confident that she would take great care of our cats. Florence is comfortable giving medication, she sent us photos and updates and left our apartment spotless. We were so happy that we had her come back the following week when we went away again for a short trip! We will definitely contact Florence again whenever we travel and hope that she is available!

Danny and Jo did a great job caring for our 3 cats and fish AND lots of plants (and home of course) while we were out of town for 3 weeks. We came back to a very clean house, sheets, and towels all clean and folded and fresh sheets on the bed they were using. The plants were all alive too, which is a first for us (again, we have a lot of plants!). The cats were happy to see us and they were all accounted for (a past sitter lost a cat for a week - they escaped outside as a non-outside cat). Everything was in its place and looked great. We received regular updates (via text) with photos of the cats lounging about which was important for us. Danny asked good questions when they visited us before the sit, and when reviewing our pet/house sitting instructions. The only thing we noticed that was different was that our 2 young cats were a little lighter (not necessarily a bad thing) but we understand that being gone for that length of time can be stressful on our furry family, which almost always affects their eating habits. All in all, we would definitely have them again!

I whole-heartedly recommend Carly and her partner Fanny to sit for you! They were fabulous and reliable house sitters from start to finish. Carly was timely and thoughtful in all of her communications and let us know the state of affairs in our apartment with our cat and plant babies while we were away. They followed our directions to a 'T.' We came home to find a happy cat, thriving plants, a spotless apartment and laundered linens. Sandy has looked after my cat on several occasions since the beginning of 2021. She has always respected the specific instructions for my cat (asthmatic + diet) and I must say that she is always very responsive, having needed her services more than once very quickly.
This person simply “failed” us for our 3 cats barely 1 month before our departure. I asked him for a registered letter in order to cancel our contract. She refuses. (Screenshot of messages). It is simply to be avoided! I understand the comments better. I can send you these messages privately....
