Alex contacted us early about travel plans and house questions because she wanted everything to go smoothly for us all, and her communication was great before and during the sit. We were so glad to meet her in person before and after the sit, as she is warm and friendly and we felt totally confident at once that she would be a super sitter. She went above and beyond in preparing the house for our return, even leaving food and wine for us, which was not at all expected and was so kind. Riley enjoyed having her here, and we would welcome her back any time. We totally recommend her as a sitter on all levels.

Theresa and Jon were perfect house-sitters. We came back to a spotless house, very happy pets and a delicious meal. They are a very active, friendly couple who also made the most of what our village has to offer and were a big hit with the neighbours, too. I have no hesitation in recommending them most highly. Ginny & Ron are lovely people who understood what it meant to look after indoor cats with experience of sitting before. They were patience with us while we were getting ready to go on the Sunday morning with two small children to coordinate and when we accidentally left some perishables in the fridge in the rush to get out of the door. Generally everything was okay; we would have liked a bit more of a regular update with more photos but we knew the cats were okay which was the main thing. Our house was generally left clean, helped by our cleaner coming in each week but we would have appreciated them taking all the bins out in the diary schedule.

Shaina was a great sitter for my cat Lionel. She was great with communicating before the sit and was willing to come meet me in person before the sit. She also kept me updated throughout the sit, with photos and little notes. When I returned home the flat was tidy and Lionel seemed happy!

Seàn was an amazing pet and house sitter! He was super communicative and took amazing care of my dog Nala and cat Bruce. They were happy and loved while I was away- I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for the two little fur babies! He sent great pictures and checked in every day so I had nothing to worry about. On top of all that, he also kept my place immaculately clean and left my place in wonderful shape. We can’t wait to have him back to sit and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a sitter!

Nathalie and John were great! They were great house sitters to watch our two dogs, 2 geckos, our old cat and bull frog. Their two girls took good care of the animals as well. The house was exactly how we left it. We really appreciated their help!

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Ruthee was a fabulous pet sitter for our three cats while we were gone for a month. Prior to the sit, she was consistent and communicative; she even came over early for a meet and greet to learn the routine. During the sit, she took great care of our three cats by playing with them (she made a fun cat toy!), scooping litter, feeding and watering them, and sent us text updates and pictures. We came home to happy fur babies and a clean home. She left the place very tidy which was greatly appreciated! We are so thankful for Ruthee and would recommend her should the opportunity arise. Kristine was wonderful again as our local sitter from just down the street. The boys take to her like she is their best friend whenever she comes to sit with them. She sent us photos of them playing, relaxing, drinking water and eating so we knew they were well taken care of. The house and the cats were in excellent shape and excellent hands while we were away.
