And to our happiness, they followed through on their promises and every day we received an update (with photo) regarding how Zorro is doing. Whenever there was anything to discuss they either solved it directly or asked us for guidance, giving us a peace of mind that everything is fine. All through active, ongoing communication between us. In addition, they left the house in pretty much exactly the condition they received it in, so overall we are very pleased to have partnered with them. Overall, we would like to thank Emily and Francis for a good first experience and would be happy to see them again!

Elke and Johannes were fantastic house guests. They looked after Fergie and Stripes so well. They sent regular updates and were very responsive throughout the housesit. Cathy's pet sitting with our two dogs was excellent. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience. Cathy was interested in the dogs' routine and was also very willing to do her best to ensure the dogs were well looked after. She was very gentle and gentle with our dogs and took them on many walks. While we were away she also sent us regular photos of them and updates on their behaviour. We also had the chance to get to know her a little and had some interesting discussions. Cathy is not only a good pet sitter but also a wonderful person with lots of stories and an open mind. Our door is always open to her. We can recommend her to anyone without a doubt.

Allison and Josh were fabulous house sitters and gave such good care to our two cats. They were really friendly, organised and responsive throughout and asked all the right kind of questions when they arrived to make sure they knew what the cats needed. Most important thing for me is that we came home to two very happy and settled cats! This hasn't ever happened after a 2+ week time away before, Tig especially has always been really unsettled when we came home but she was relaxed, affectionate and happy this time - which makes me SO happy! Tash was happy and calm as well, they just seemed like we'd only stepped away for a day. Wow - I'm so grateful for this! Allison sent lots of great videos and updates while we were away so we could see they were getting along really well. The house felt great on arriving home. All in all a really positive experience and I can't recommend Allison and Josh highly enough for house and cat sitting. They really know cats and go the extra mile to make friends and put them at their ease. Thank you so much!

Kendra was a great cat sitter to Genepi and she truly is a cat whisperer. Genepi usually takes 4 days to make friends with a new person but she came out and made friends with Kendra Day 1! Kendra regularly sent wonderful videos and pics of Genepi purring happily. The apartment was neat when we returned and our garden was blossoming. Would absolutely ask Kendra to sit again and highly recommend her. Thanks Kendra!!

Toby and Chloe were amazing pet sitters. It wasn’t the easiest sit - a nervous dog and 3 cats with various ailments and medication to have, but they took it all in their stride and cared for them so well without any issues. Our nervous dog Zelda warmed to them in just 2 days which is a record for house sitters so far! I also really enjoyed getting to know them over dinner the night before I left, they’re very easygoing and positive people. They also left the house spotless for when I came back. I would love to have them sit for us again. You can rest assured your house and animals are in safe hands with this lovely pair!

There are not enough words in the English language to express my deepest gratitude to Teresa and all the amazing love and care she showed my sweet cat Milo. From the moment she met Milo, I knew there was going to be a very special bond. He instantly relaxed when he first met and already looked so happy and at peace with her. The bond between the two of them only seemed to get stronger and stronger with every day that I was away. This two-week trip was so important for me as it was the first real "vacation" I had taken in a few years. I was in desperate need of a mental and physical break and knew that in order to have a true "time off', I needed to feel completely at peace with Milo being well-taken care of. Well my prayers were answered as Teresa was the "cat whisperer" I was hoping for. I could not have asked for a better, more compassionate, self-reliant, and intuitive sitter ! Teresa was also so diligent in sending me her daily picture and video updates of my cat. With every picture and video I saw, I knew that Milo was so happy being with her and I never worried for one minute while I was away. What a gift ! Teresa was also a serious life-saver for me as literally an hour before I was leaving for my trip, I found out my cat's tracker app was not working and after a few emails and phone calls, we found out the tracker's server was down. Teresa took the initiative to follow up with getting the tracker to work again which was a HUGE stress-relief for me . She is not only wonderfully savvy with animals but also with technology as well ! I feel so fortunate to have Teresa in my life now, not only as an amazing sitter for Milo but also as a wonderful friend for life! Thank you, Teresa for everything.... Milo and I so appreciate you .....

We were so pleased to meet John and Trisha! We had them come in a day before we left and enjoyed a nice meal with them and they got to meet Delilah (even if she didn’t seem interested) but she soon warmed up to them - except for the Cat Videos - she wasn’t very interested 🤣 When we returned our home was so clean (probably cleaner than we left it)! We got frequent pics and updates on our Princess! They also left us with a Progress Report with Delilah’s activities and what they did at the house before they left. She was willing to come a day early to help acclimate herself with the animals, and this was exceedingly helpful in making sure the cats would be comfortable with her during our absence. Paige, David, and family were WONDERFUL sitters for my crew! They were so pleasant and personable, and the pets warmed up to them very quickly. Even my rescue cat who tends to stray away from men loved David. I received regular updates and communication (before and during the sit). I truly did not have any concerns while I was away knowing that everyone had such great care and attention given to them. (I know the dogs had a good time because when I came home there was no commotion over my return.) I was away on NYE and Paige had no issues keeping an eye on one of the dogs who has anxiety surrounding loud noises. The family cleaned up after themselves and may have left the house cleaner than when I left! Truly such a great family who I would welcome back any time!

Florence was a great sitter for my cat Lily. I booked her a bit last minute, as a previous sitter had to cancel, but was very happy to have her. She was reliable, prompt to respond, and sent picture updates daily at my request. Judging by the pics, Lily warmed up to her nicely and they spent some lounging time together - which is high praise from a cat! Would recommend Florence for your next sit.

Jinnie was an excellent house sitter for me and my cat Felix. Completely responsible and reliable and helpfully flexible. She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.
