They even gave us some great tips, like moving Olu's water fountain to a different location to encourage him to drink more. We really appreciated their attentiveness and care for Olu. We would highly recommend Marius and Eunice to anyone looking for reliable and responsible house sitters!

Inco and Martha were amazing pet sitters for our young cat! They asked all the right questions at our video call prior to the sit and were very well prepared and experienced. They kept us updated during the sit and took great care of our cat and our home. They figured out our cat loves chasing a laser pointer, which tells us they were very aware of the wants and needs of our cat. Would definitely welcome them back for a future sit!

Aniek & Mark are the perfect sitters. They look after our house and Marvin so well I wish I could book them for every time we go away. Understandably they get booked up with other stays as they really are brilliant. In terms of the house it is so well looked after. It’s probably cleaner when we get home than it was before we left. In terms of their pet care they are amazing. We have a stricht routine and commands for Marvin and they stick to them perfectly. They spend more time going for long walks with him than we have the opportunity to do sometimes. Also at home he gets so much care and attention. I am sure he thinks it’s a holiday for himself too when we get ready to leave and Aniek and Mark arrive. We have only had them sit for us one time before, last May, but Marvin recognised them instantly and was so excited to see them this time when they returned. They are also so good at staying in touch and sending us cute videos of their time in our home and with Marvin. They are both so relaxed, easy to talk to and flexible. Their attention to detail is remarkable as they also remembered my daughter’s birthday. I really hope I get to see them both again soon.

A great first experience for us with Zeewoi and Renee (and Bert). A great couple with lots of experience sitting houses and watching pets. Love animals
Els was wonderful! She really had her hands full with our young Boxer, Cosmo (the breed can hard work, particularly young ones) but she seemed to take it all in her stride. She definitely knows how to handle big dogs and Cosmo exhibited nothing but respect and affection towards her, i’m sure because of her very calm and assuring nature. She left our house super clean and tidy and even washed all the sheets/towels etc. that were used during her stay. And to top it all off, she left us some fabulous drawings of our Cosmo that 100% capture his Cosmo-ness completely. Thanks again Els, we really appreciate it!

Laura and Bernd looked after our house and animals for a two weeks period. Unfortunately, we had to hand over a sick cat that needed medication and special nutrition: The two took it easy and mastered the situation just as well. The communication and coordination of the handover worked easily. Laura and Bernd took their tasks very seriously and looked after the house and the animals better than one might expect. They even took care of another "pet" and fed our sourdough. On our return we were welcomed with a "Swiss Zopf" baked especially for us and a shining clean house (which they treated with great care). We always had the highest trust and were able to enjoy our holidays carefree. In a few words: We can warmly recommend Laura and Bernd to look after your house and animals and award 5 stars at the MInimum.

Anja was brilliant - she was very conscientious in caring for our slightly temperamental cat, and she kept the house and garden in lovely shape - she even made some improvements to our wayward garden, which we really appreciated. She was very good at keeping us informed about how she and Sooty were doing, and was not fazed by a few small problems with the house, which she addressed very capably after consulting with us. We came back to a happy cat, a lovely clean house and tidy garden and we would be very happy if she was able to cat-sit for us again one day, Thanks so much, Anja!

Julia was an amazing sitter and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From our first contact to when we arrived home after our trip, communication was excellent and we were able to enjoy our time away with complete peace of mind that our pets and our home were in good hands. We particularly appreciated how clean and tidy everything was when we got home with the linens and towels all washed and dried! Our cats clearly didn't miss us a bit - they were relaxed, their coats brushed and were giving us side-eye "oh, so, back to normal then? " looks as we unpacked. Thanks for everything Julia!

We are thoroughly pleased with and impressed by Daniel's kind, generous, and careful care of our cat and our house. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. He is an excellent communicator, and he kept us regularly up to date on our cat's well being--sending us texts and photos at least once/week as we requested. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. We highly recommend Daniel, and we ourselves would be thrilled to engage him again when the need arises.

Susan and Miranda are amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with many sitters and they are truly exceptional. They were great at keeping in touch, sent lots of updates, asked good questions, really bonded with the cats, clearly very experienced working with animals and understanding their needs, and generally lovely to deal with. They were really patient putting up with a whole bunch of deliveries and even assembled a spare bed! They also left the place spotless with clean sheets on the bed. I'm pretty sure the cats loved Susan and Miranda more than us by the end of their stay! I'd highly recommend them to anyone and would love to have them stay again any time.

Quinn was an amazing sitter for my cat Moon! Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.

Kathryn was such nice and kind sitter that both of my boyfriend and me were grateful to have, including my cats!! My cats seemed having great time with her, being around her, chilling on couch with her, or even sitting on her. I got several photos of my cats from her with whort updates. I’m thankful that she let me do facetimes with her when I missed my cats. The house was clean and tidy when we came back. I definately will ask her again to sit my cats and house when I need. Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!
