Abbi and Martin were fantastic house and pet sitters . They are very experienced at house sitting and their confidence showed through . They were reliable, organised , good communicators both before the sit and during . It was helpful to meet them both in person just before we departed for a weeks’ holiday . They were both very warm towards us and more importantly our 2 dogs and we left without a moments hesitation about leaving them in our home with our boys . It was evident from the pictures we received and how the dogs were upon our return that they had been well looked after and had lots of fuss, snuggles and walks . The house was also immaculate. Experienced dog owners looking to meet new furry friends
After getting let down at the 11th hour by a confirmed sitter, I reached out to Ian and Tracey who had saved my sit previously to see if they could help. Tracey responded very quickly and following a call the next day, we were able to confirm that she would do the sit alone. Tracey was extremely organised and communicative throughout and arrived first thing in the morning to ensure that the cats were not on their own for too long. She sent regular updates about the cats and the fact that they were more focused on getting in the garden when we returned home rather than having a fuss was a sign that they were very relaxed. We arrived back to a spotless house and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea after our journey. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Tracey on this occasion however I hope in the future that she and Ian can be tempted to sit for us again. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to look after your home and pets.

Annette and Dave were absolutely great! Extremely easy to communicate with at every stage of the process - planning ahead and asking all the relevant questions. They were in constant touch throughout the stay with lovely photos of Fergus and Oreo - always reassuring when you’re away from your precious furry friends. Recently had the delightful Audrey complete a 2.5 week housesit in our home to keep our two cats company. Audrey kept us updated throughout her visit with regular e-mails. Cung was a wonderful cat sitter and housesitter and we would happily invite him back again. He was excellent with our cats and sent plenty of photos, and also left the house impeccably clean. We had to come back a day early and so we got to spend some time with him which we enjoyed as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Sharon and Milton are two of the nicest people I've met in my life. This is my first time having a sitter fly in from out of state and it was so simple, stress-free, and didn't affect any part of me getting ready for my trip, leaving for my trip or returning from my trip. Sharon was very communicative before, during and after I returned. It just couldn't have been more wonderful! If you're considering applicants stop looking and choose Sharon and Milton. They are just delightfully wonderful wonderful people!! They go above and beyond just housesitting and pet sitting! Tidy, clean, respectful down to earth and the most kind and loving people. I do believe Milton really is a cat whisper!! They slept with my sweet babies, and even followed silly grooming instruction on one of my cats. Would have them sit for me absolutely anytime.

Catherine was wonderful! She took care of my cat and house while I was out of town and left and Jack the Cat very and calm and the house in perfect shape which I so appreciate. I could return home and attend to other things rather than cleaning house. I would recommend her as a sitter to anyone. Kathryn was such nice and kind sitter that both of my boyfriend and me were grateful to have, including my cats!! My cats seemed having great time with her, being around her, chilling on couch with her, or even sitting on her. I got several photos of my cats from her with whort updates. I’m thankful that she let me do facetimes with her when I missed my cats. The house was clean and tidy when we came back. I definately will ask her again to sit my cats and house when I need. Danny and Jo did a great job caring for our 3 cats and fish AND lots of plants (and home of course) while we were out of town for 3 weeks. We came back to a very clean house, sheets, and towels all clean and folded and fresh sheets on the bed they were using. The plants were all alive too, which is a first for us (again, we have a lot of plants!). The cats were happy to see us and they were all accounted for (a past sitter lost a cat for a week - they escaped outside as a non-outside cat). Everything was in its place and looked great. We received regular updates (via text) with photos of the cats lounging about which was important for us. Danny asked good questions when they visited us before the sit, and when reviewing our pet/house sitting instructions. The only thing we noticed that was different was that our 2 young cats were a little lighter (not necessarily a bad thing) but we understand that being gone for that length of time can be stressful on our furry family, which almost always affects their eating habits. All in all, we would definitely have them again!

Heidi was an outstanding cat sitter for my Luna! She was very communicable via calls or texts. She followed all my guidelines for feeding and care of Luna. Luna was very content when I arrived home thanks to Heidi! My home was immaculate when I arrived and she did some snow shoveling. We couldn't have asked for better sitters than Pares and Mark. Since our initial contact, it was straightforward to communicate with Pares. We were lucky enough to get a chance to meet Pares with our dog Luna, and Luna got along with her immediately. During our time away from home, she kept us informed about how both our dog and cat were doing, and they were both cuddling with her since the first day. We got a lot of pictures and knew that they were safe and happy. The apartment was exactly as we had left it when we came back. Pares and Mark even ran the dishwasher and the washing machine for us. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter, and it made our trip very easy knowing they were taken care of so well. We'd have Pares and Mark back to our home without any hesitation.

I have never used anybody else and would always recommend AJ and Lynette to look after my 4 cats in our own home. Lynette and AJ were wonderful - just what I needed when I lost my lovely boy, Sox! They were so friendly, kind and understanding when picking him up and then returning him to me after cremation. Not having to deal with all of that was such a relief at that time. I would certainly recommend Animals at Home based upon my experience with Lynette and AJ!!!
As lockdown arrived again I was due to collect my new kitten 135 miles from where I live, so I took the opportunity to use Lynnets service with Animals at home, and what an amazing service from start to finish, she made me feel very reassured that my new bundle of fluff would be transported with the upmost of care, she also kept the seller and myself fully informed of times collection and handing him over was a delight. A professional, friendly and caring pet service. Used for day-care for my beloved Boxer girl and also for home boarding for her for a week. I have never left her with anyone but family or Sharon so that says it all really.
Left my lhasa here last week for 2 nights, 2nd visit. Sharon collected him from us and even brought him home late in the evening as we were arriving home late. Would definitely use again, was not worried about him at all while we were away!

Chris and Norfolk Home Dog Boarding provided excellent care and attention for our elderly Clumber Spaniel, Hazel. The boarding is home from home and Chris provided super care and attention for Hazel's medical needs. We were so pleased to find NHDB and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Hazel enjoyed her 'holidays' with Chris and Ruth over the summer of 2022 but has now sadly left us. Thanks again for all you did for Hazel.
Absolutely fantastic! Loki loves ‘going on holiday’ with Chris! And I love knowing that my boy is in good hands, has fantastic walks to lots of different locations, get regular updates whilst I’m away and generally have a very happy (and sleepy) hound to come back to! Chris at Home Dog Boarding is quite literally a life savor! My relatives in Kings Lynn have 2 standard poodles who they love more than life itself. When they had to go to the hospital with an emergency, I googled and found and cold called Chris at 6am from the US to ask if he could possibly watch their dogs for a few hours or days (TBD). Not only did he say yes, but he made it to their house within 30 minutes of my call, brought the dogs to his home, made 2 visits to their veterinarian to pick up meds and get instructions (one of their pups has seizures), and is keeping them for 5 days! His stepping up in the clutch enabled my family to prioritize their health without worrying about their beloved dogs, and prevented the dogs from any harm from being left alone. Chris is a gem, I’ve spoken to him several times and he has been beyond responsive, compassionate, responsible, and kind. I honestly can’t find the words to thank him right now! ( incidentally, we live in the United States and I have two dogs ourselves, whom we leave in the care of others when we travel. It’s very difficult to find trustworthy, dependable, compassionate folls who will love and take care of your dogs as you do. Chris is a gem to be treasured by any who need assistance with their dogs in the Kings Lynn area.
Would never take my Labrador any where else. Chris is a top man who contantly reassures you and keeps you up to date when you leave your pet with him. My lab is always happy to stay and always looks happy when I pick him up.
Charlie my labrador, loves his time here and I am really grateful to Chris for looking after him so well for over 5 years now. When I am away I can totally relax knowing Charlie is happy and in safe hands.
