I brought my 9 month old puppy Brodie to get groomed today and I was super nervous cause it was his first full groom and I’ve heard horror stories with grooms. And I’m nervous leaving him with people but Aubrie was great with Brodie and did a fabulous job with his groom. He turned out perfect. He is such a handsome boy!!! Thanks so much.

We have been bringing our dogs to Ruffledale's for boarding or daycare for several years off and on. The employees and facility is wonderful. They are always kind, willing to answer questions, and loving towards our dogs. The facility is clean, and always well maintained. Having used other daycares that are quick to place blame on the owners, Ruffledale's is the exact opposite. They are ALWAYS trying to make things right. We have been told several times--"we are doing this free of charge" when they definitely could have charged us (our dogs are not the easiest). They are not out to nickel and dime the customer like other local dog facilities. That means something. That is why we keep going back. Highly recommend.

I'm a little late to post this but my pup had a stay with Ruffle Dale in April. My husband and I were visiting from out of town and on a road trip and I was nervous about boarding my dog somewhere new. I got great reviews from a friend who brings their dog here so we booked a stay for our pup. The staff was amazing and their communication is top notch. I booked a groom for my pup and Ruth did an amazing job. I could tell my pup had a great stay. The staff sent her home with a report card and treats for the road. I would absolutely board my pup here again if I find myself in the area. Thank you to all the staff for taking such amazing care of Ello <3

Ruffledale did amazing with taking care of our dog for a week while we were on vacation!! They sent us update pictures and texts every single day as to how she was doing and looked! Our dog has separation anxiety and we didn't know how well she would do but she did great and fit right in.

We have taken our dogs here for daycare, boarding, and grooming many times. They always come home tired and happy from so much play time. You can tell that the employees love the dogs and enjoy playing and cuddling with them. I always trust that our pups are being well cared for and the team there is so communicative and professional.

My dogs love going to daycare and boarding here. They get so excited and it is a great home away from home. I never worry about them when I leave them here. The staff is super friendly and love on my dogs like their own. I also use their grooming services and am never disappointed. My dogs come home tired and happy and we won’t go anywhere else. I have tried other daycares in the area and have not liked the play areas or have not like the way they manage the dogs. I trust Ruffledale to provide quality care.

Hugo loves his daycare! We recently moved to Layton, and switched to Ruffledale for my dog’s daycare. Hugo comes home so exhausted and worn out from playing that he sleeps for a couple of days. I call it his doggy hangover. The staff know him by name and are always so welcoming. Going to try the grooming side next!

If you're getting your dog groomed, ask for Aubrie. She has always groomed my dog and does an excellent job, treats the animals well, and works with me if she problems are found

Ruffledale and the ladies that work there are amazing! We were three days into a 12 day trip and got a call that Ollie was limping, they wanted to let us know. The next day we got another call that he seems to be getting worse. They sent us a video so we could see how bad he was limping 🙁 They let us know that they could take him to the vet for us. They called the vet and scheduled an appointment and took him to the vet in our absence! They called us after the vet to let us know how it went; torn ACL. This is what you should expect when you leave your dog while on vacation, a place that treats your dog as if he was their own! Thanks so much for taking care of Ollie ❤️🐶

I wanted to love this place so badly. It's close to my home and seemed convenient. In March, I took my 3-month-old Boxer puppy here and was super nervous. I asked them if they normally had puppies in the doggy daycare and if he would be okay, they reassured me that everything would be fine. I called an hour after dropping him off to check on him, and they let me know that everything was great. I picked him up 4 hours after dropping him off and when I walked him to the car, I noticed that he was disoriented and not acting like himself. I immediately took him to the emergency vet down the street to discover that he had a concussion. I called Ruffledale the next day to ask if he hit his head on anything or fell, they had no idea and didn't even offer up an apology; this was upsetting, but I chalked it up to be a one-off situation and that my clumsy pup must have hit his head on something while he was playing there. 2 months later, I decided to give them another try. I told the girl that was checking me in that I was super hesitant to drop him off since he got hurt last time he was there, she told me everything would be fine and they would keep a "super close eye on him". I picked him up 2 hours later and while I was in the lobby behind a gate picking him up, a small dog gets my dog on his back and bites him in the face and on the neck. The workers were in no hurry to pull the dog off of my dog and acted like it was a pretty normal occurrence; back to the emergency vet, we went. Where they tell me that dogs come into the emergency vet from Ruffledale “all the time”. Go figure. Here I was the second time from the same place. I honestly never even write negative reviews... but I would have liked to see how they really treat animals when I was choosing a place to take my pup. This place is the worst.

Megan was so incredible and took such great care of our dog while we were away! I think our dog is going to be disappointed we’re home since he had so much fun while we were gone.

We just got home from today. In the past, we have managed our dogs in various ways...sometimes Lauryn has taken Harli and Bear, but she and Brad were not an option this year. BUT...she did, thru one of her friends, connect us with Megan Smock and Happy Hearts Home and Pet Sitting. Megan has been awesome. Hazel and Harli have been able to stay home where they are comfortable and happy. Megan has been coming to walk, play and spend time (60 minutes) twice during the day and then spending the night. They stayed on their regular schedule in their space. When we got home today they were certainly glad to see us but they were not stressed or crazy like they have been in the past with the many different options we have tried. Megan, Happy Hearts Home and Pet Sitting certainly gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from Harli, Hazel and the rest of the Tometich family!

Would 100 percent recommend! Megan visited our cat twice a day. She was very communicative and kept us updated on how our cat was doing. We got pictures and videos throughout the time we were gone. She blew our expectations out of the water! Thank you to the team at Happy Hearts pet care!

Megan was great with our pets who can be suspicious of new people. They warmed up to her (and the treats) very quickly. She was also very professional in sticking to the schedule we requested. I was very pleased with the service!

Megan watched my 3 babies for a week while we were out of town. She did an amazing job as I know puppies can be difficult. Every visit and sleepover she would send a picture of each of my pets along with an update on how everyone is doing. My senior dog got sick and Megan did such a great job cleaning up her accidents, I wouldn’t have even known they had happened if she didn’t tell me about it. I 5/5 recommend this amazing, professional business to watch and take care of your pets while you’re gone. I will forever be a loyal customer of Megan’s.

Megan is amazing! I recently moved back to Utah and needed a pet sitter for Thanksgiving on short notice for my two cats and hamster. I was gone for 4 days and Megan came to meet me and the animals prior to me leaving. She was great with their feeding/cleaning instructions and gave me updates of her visit with them through the app. I’m so glad I found her and she allowed me to have a relaxing worry-free trip. Highly recommend!

Megan watched our 3 kitties while we were out of town and she did a great job of playing with them and making sure they have everything they need!

We had a boarding place lined up for our Great Danes, but one of them went into heat three days before we were supposed to leave on vacation, so had to make other arrangements. Super last minute, Megan was able to fit us in! She met the dogs before even, and sent us updates after ever visit she made. The dogs loved her, and them being able to stay in their own house while we were gone was the best. And to boot, she charges less for our two dogs than the boarding place does. 10/10 recommend her, and will definitely be using her again in the future!

When I needed help taking care of my puppy, after returning to work, Megan came highly recommended, and she didn't disappoint! Such an amazing person with a positive attitude and a great work ethic. She loves animals, and my dog just loves her. Megan was ALWAYS on-time and would send me an update and a picture of her time with Jax. I would recommend Megan to anyone that loves their pet.

MJ is the best! She always takes excellent care of my dogs and sends tons of cute photos. She also is very responsive and has helped last minute due to my job call-outs. My dogs love her and are always happy to see her. I went out of town a few months ago and got stuck at an airport and MJ made sure my dogs were cared for while I was gone - even though I didn’t know when I’d be able to get back. I would recommend her to anyone.

Such a awesome and dedicated person to the pets. We were on family vacation and had a emergency pop up and I had to fly home real quick was gone for 4 days and she watched my dog the whole time. I don't know what I would have done. I swear my dog didn't want to leave. We are in the area quite frequently and she always has us covered. Hands down would recommend this lady for all your pets needs. Very professional with me and good ole Rufus just adores her.

I would not recommend this “business” to anyone who has animals. I spoke to MJ who replied to a post my husband posted on Facebook asking if anyone could do a last minute dog sitting as our dog sitter cancelled due to family emergency. The post stated we needed someone starting on Friday and on for nine days and we had a budget of $300. MJ responded to the post saying she was available. I privately messaged her over Facebook explaining everything and again stating we needed someone for nine days with a $300 budget before tip. MJ proceeded to be extreme rude and gaslighting with every sentence. I’ve never met a “professional businesswoman” act so childish and rude. She has lost a potential client and probably more with the attitude problem she does have. As a pet sitter myself I would never treat a family like this. Please go somewhere else if your needing a pet sitter, rover has better more qualified sitters who are cheaper and much nicer! Don’t waste your time!

MJ is the best at taking care of our pup!

We have been using a lady that comes to our home and spends 24 hours with our fur kids, but she has limited clientele and is hard to schedule unless we do so a year in advance. We needed someone recently and when I asked around MJ was one of two that were recommended. At our first meet and greet our three older dogs we’re very relaxed around her. That is not normal with strangers. I myself liked MJ right away and felt that she is someone who cares about animals and seemed very trustworthy. My only concern was that she would not be here 24 hours a day. However we worked out arrangements where she was here all night and then had a couple of check ups through the day. We were really worried because we had two of my grandpuppies here who had never been alone for extended periods so she was actually watching five dogs for us. Our three and the two grand puppies. So we were quite nervous leaving but once we started receiving all the pictures and reports from MJ and could see that our dogs were playing and very relaxed we stopped worrying and enjoyed our vacation . I would highly recommend MJ to anyone whether it be just for an overnight or for drop-ins during the day to check on your dogs. She uses a website that is very user-friendly and very professional. We just had a very good experience with her and will definitely use her in the future.

I found MJs site by chance and so glad I did! I was new to the area so I had no one to watch my little pup during my out of town trips. She's super professional and makes setting up appointments easy. She's quick to respond and I love the updates she sends from visits. My little pup absolutely loves her and will continue to use her services in the foreseeable future.

MJ was absolutely phenomenal! I love that she offers a free meet and greet. My Gracie girl loved her and that is saying a lot as my old German Shepherd can be pretty picky. I love the app she uses, as it makes it very easy to communicate. She also sends report cards and photos through the app too, which put my mind at peace while we were away. Thank you MJ for taking amazing care of our Gracie girl and making it so easy.

What can I say about MJ, she is amazing. Very reliable, she goes to see our dogs when she says she will. She spends time with them and give them some love. She always sends us pictures to show us how our dogs are doing. We have a terrier that had a rough start in life and does not trust most people but he can sense that MJ is good people, so he is slowly warming up to her. When we leave on vacation I don't have to wonder if my dogs will be OK anymore, MJ makes sure they are in perfect shape.

MJ is a life saver. She took care of our kitty on a couple of occasions, and we will definitely hire her again. She is caring, kind and very responsible. We got regular updates with pics. She was in constant communication. Our cat loves her. The rates are decent and on par with market. We absolutely recommend MJ’s services!

I’ve used Mj whenever I go out of town and she has been nothing but utterly amazing. My dog loves her and she’s always communicating and knowledgeable and caring. I’ve never run into any problems when I use her and I don’t think I’d use anyone else!

We boarded our English Bulldog at Bayview in Layton over pioneer days while on vacation . We drove up and what a beautiful faculty. This place is awesome. Everything about it was beautiful, clean and peaceful. The staff was great . We come back to Utah every year and we will be returning with our Bulldog . My older dog loves Bayview Boarding. He is 9 years only and a miniture goldendoodle. He has some anxiety but after a bit he warms up. I really like how clean and well maintained it is. Thanks!

Scheduling here is a joke. I called to make an appointment for my dog for a haircut, and arrived only to be told the appointment was last month. I had triple checked on the phone, and they had all my contact information to let me know that they had given me the wrong appointment over the phone. Highly disappointed and will probably just start learning how to give my dog a haircut instead of dealing with another grooming service that doesn’t know what they’re doing. Update: They texted me canceling my upcoming appointment because of this review. I’m glad to know your phones work. However I will not be bringing my dog here or recommending this place to anyone. This was highly unprofessional. I never once abused your staff as I know that it is not their fault your systems do not work, as I was very polite to the people at the front desk when they explained the error even after I took time off to get my dog’s hair cut. All I asked in my review was that you would fix your systems or let customers know if there was scheduling issues, and even though I will never return, I still wish you would fix this for your future customers.

We love them. We know our dog is well cared for when he is boarding there. They are easy to schedule. They also do an amazing job with the grooming.

Great experience at this new boarding facility. Took my baby Millie there, for boarding and grooming services. Every time they take great care of her, she loves going there to see the groomers and owner. They are clean, professional, they go out of there way to get to know my dog baby!

The last time we were there, we paid for our dog’s nails to be ground down. They were still sharp so we went back the next day and because it was a different groomer, she charged us again for the same service we’d paid for the day before. The location is great for us, so we gave them another chance. I scheduled an appt 10 weeks ago and they told me to bring both our dogs the same day at the same time. I couldn’t get in any sooner, they said. So I waited until today and took an hour off work to come home to take them, only to find out whoever took my call didn’t put the appts in the books. We were not on the schedule, and there was no offer to reschedule. Extremely frustrating experience! I can’t recommend them to anyone now.

I take my Golden Doodle to Bayview for his grooming as well as boarding. Their staff is always friendly and professional. I want to give a special shout out to, Shy, who did an amazing job! My dog, Leo, has never looked so handsome! He came out sporting a necktie and was happy as ever. Thank you, Shy and the Bayview team!

Watched our dogs for 9 days. We have actually boarded our dogs here a few times. Very pleased how they were treated. No hesitation with boarding them there. Peace of mind is worth every penny.

Dropped our dogs off yesterday for the first time and the Owner Ashley was so sweet she was very gentle with our dogs. I felt very good about leaving them there. It smells so fresh and clean and when we came in to take a tour it was the same and everything was clean and nice. I believe my dogs will have a great experience!

Our girls get excited to go there to see the crew. Makayla does a great job and the girls love her.

I was shocked at how amazing this place is priced and how dog friendly they actually really are! They have great and reasonable prices for my husky and they did an AMAZING job with him. He had a bath, ferminator brush out, nails and teeth done. They did GREAT!! The staff is VERY friendly and great with my dog and I. Their set up is super cute! They have dog couches and other cute decor specific to the comfort of your pet. My dog came out super happy and seemed to like the place when he was done! I watched his demeanor to see if he was happy and treated right and he seemed very happy coming out. Great job and thank you!

I have had the opportunity to use them every other month over the last few years. They always work hard to schedule my big dogs for baths and trims so it works well for me. Andy is amazing! They were careful with our 13 year old overweight black lab and she was always glad to go with Andy. I appreciate the great and affordable services they offer! Thanks!

If you have a disabled person who works for this place, please do not bring your pets are in. Do not let your kids work there. They just fired me over something stupid that was not my fault. They have really bad communication with people.

I was not satisfied with the service that I received. My dog was not treated very well. She had diarrhea for two days afterwards. Her paws were not clipped well, so I had to trim her feet when I got home. They cut her in several places. And I had specifically asked them to be kind to her because she was old and overweight! I don’t believe they got a bath either. However, my other dog was clipped somewhat satisfactory. I will not return to that business CH.

We've brought two of our dogs here and have nothing but good things to say. They were super gentle with our elderly dog before he passed and their prices are incredibly reasonable.

I have now taken my two dogs here multiple times for boarding. It is so nice that they have a section for dogs who do not want go be in daycare with others. They have great pricing and my dogs always drag me to go inside. I have worked in animal welfare for over a decade and you can always tell when a dog is uncomfortable so I feel more relaxed that my dogs get excited! My aussie is OBSESSED with Andy. She is fully prepared to abandon me when she seems him!! The only note is that it seems a bit unorganized. I have lost a few items between the boarding such as a leash and toys. My dogs have plenty of stuff so it's not a bother to me. Just a note to label everything and don't bring too many things!

Our petsitter of 15 years recently retired and we were faced with the daunting task of finding a new one. As you can imagine, finding someone new that you trust to care for your "furry and feathered friends" is pretty tough. We read the reviews, had Lauralee over for a Meet and Greet and decided she would be a great fit. She was prompt, a great communicator, well organized in our introductory meeting, during her visits and during her follow-ups. She provided a detailed recap of how the days went and really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable being out of town. (She even cleared up some downed limbs in our yard from the recent storm and got introduced to the eat, chase/race and barf routine of our cats - sorry about that!) Highly recommend!

Lauralee was great. We had a meet and greet at our house where she asked all the right questions. The dogs loved her immediately. While we were gone she texted us updates and even sent pictures of our fur babies. It was so nice knowing they were being cared for we while we were away and getting playtime in the yard with her every day. We opted for 2 visits a day and she showed up each time as expected. We will definitely be calling her each time we leave the house for more than a day. Thanks Lauralee for giving us peace of mind.

Lauralee looked after our pets for two weeks and did a wonderful job. She is kind, dependable and followed all my care instructions. The regular updates and photos were much appreciated. The house looked great upon our return, and the pets were happy and well taken care of during our absence. We will definitely use her services again.

When I travel, it’s important to me that my dogs get the same level of exercise, outdoor time and care as they do when we are home. Lauralee took our two dogs for multiple daily hour long walks on their favorite trail - she is clearly very good with them. We came home to happy, healthy pups (and cat). She shared pictures as well!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is not a legitimate business. They lack both the emergency funds and insurance necessary to cover any unforeseen medical expenses for your pet—expenses that arose directly from their gross neglect. Nu and Emily made it clear to me that this is “just a hobby” for them, and that they have other career options. If you care about your pet's well-being, save yourself the time, frustration, and risk—go elsewhere. My dog has epilepsy, which has affected his cognitive abilities. Nu and Emily were given detailed instructions on how to care for him, including the need for close supervision, kenneling when left unattended, and that he will eat anything he shouldn’t. These instructions were clearly outlined in the booking notes, via text, and reiterated verbally at drop-off. Despite this, Nu and Emily failed to follow the guidelines. As a result of their negligence, my dog was neither kenneled nor closely monitored. During this time, he consumed 20 plastic balls from a ball pit, which led to him requiring emergency surgery. They tell me “It’s not my fault your dog eats everything,” as though I hadn’t already provided ample warnings. I even offered to have my family pick my dog up if they were feeling overwhelmed, but they assured me that everything would be fine. Clearly, it was not. My dog almost died, and they had the nerve to tell me that I needed to “train my dog better.” When I notified them of my dog’s emergency medical situation, they took full responsibility for their actions, but they had no way to follow through with any compensation. I offered them a payment plan for the $5200 medical bill, which they failed to meet. Instead, they told me they would pay—but only at their discretion, which is completely unacceptable. (that is not how animal hospitals work) This is not a real business. They have no financial means to cover the damage they’ve caused, not to mention the potential harm to your pet. I strongly urge you to avoid entrusting your pet to these individuals.

Fuzz guardians is the best! They took my sweet boy in very last minute for boarding. They’ve been so flexible with drop off and have sent the cutest update photos. I felt completely at ease leaving my pup with them.

Emily and Nu are amazing! Had a last minute emergency and couldn’t travel with my dog so reached out to them and they even gave me a discount for a first time costumer! Even got my dog a haircut so he could come back to NYC nice and fresh 😎 …

Emily and her husband run a tight ship here and are a joy to work with. They took great care of my two pups and were very attentive. I would recommend their services!!

Emily is great! She is very reliable and sends daily updates. We have taken our corgis to her multiple times now and will definitely rely on her again. She didn’t shy away from caring for a corgi with diabetes requiring special meal plans and insulin injections.

We have had great experiences with Pawtown Oasis. They have watched our dog for us 3 times now and are always very attentive and loving. I like that we can setup individual playtime and that takes some of the stress out of having to be away from the family. I love the pictures they send. Our Bella is a sweet girl but she is a big dog trapped in a small to medium size body. I really appreciate the time and effort the staff has put in to find the right play group for her. They clearly care about our Dog and want to make her experience as positive as possible. Thankyou!!

The best around. We are very picky with who we leave our lab with . Pawtown always exceeds our expectations. Charlie has been boarded there multiple times and loves daycare. We love that they have add- ons at boarding and Charlie always gets the cheese cubes ! He always comes home happy from boarding and is eager to go we say “wanna go to daycare!” The staff is amazing and treat him so well.

We’ve had our mini golden doodle groomed there twice and they do a phenomenal job! We have tried 5-6 different places and this is our go to. The app is so convenient to schedule, and the groomers are great! I would highly recommend them for grooming.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Pawtown for daycare every week for almost a year and he loves it! The staff are always friendly and they plan fun activities for the daycare pups every day. Wallace loves getting to play with his friends, and I love the picture updates throughout the day and knowing he is being well cared for. He’s also been boarded at Pawtown several times and we’ve never had any problems. I love the photo updates!

This place is FANTASTIC!!! Your pets will be hanging out in style here! We have used the grooming services multiple times, and just recently used the boarding for our two huskies. I LOVE how they take pictures and they get uploaded to your account through their app; and you are able to see and know your pets are doing well while you are gone! Prices are affordable, staff are so kind and caring. HIGHLY recommend!

I took my 3 dogs to Pawtown for 5 days. I was pretty stressed about leaving them but the staff took excellent care of my babies while I was gone. I would definitely use them again. They took pictures of them every day which eased my mind and let me know they were all well cared for and having fun with other dogs.

We recently started taking our dog to doggy daycare at the suggestion of the dog trainer. She was timid the first day but now loves going to play with friends. They have different activities each day and she always has a blast. The staff is friendly and loves animals. Definitely recommend.

I prepaid for an hour use of their pool, only AFTER speaking with the person on the phone about my concerns. We have a golden retriever puppy and I called to inquire about a good time to maybe bring her in and have her start getting used to the water. The lady said you should bring her in asap, even though shes only 10 weeks old and has only had one set of shots, she assured me it would be a good idea. So nothing more was said, no further instructions were given. I assumed that if you are paying for this hour that everything would be provided. However, when we get there they are saying they dont think they have a life vest small enough for the puppy, nor any water type toys for her. It took 15 min of our time just for them to find a vest that was still too big for her. Additionally, unlike other dog pools we have been to, nobody gets in the water with your dog. Our 10 week old puppy was just expected to jump in the water by herself with a vest that didnt fit and no water toys. The lady helping us just kept saying "just throw her in!" No thanks! We ended up telling them that this wasnt working and maybe we could try again when she was older. We were only there about 25-30 min. I asked if we could get a credit for the other 30 min to be used toward grooming or boarding or anything and they refused. The people working there are untrained and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

We have 3 dogs who all are big shedders. Our friends recommended us pawtown (they use them for boarding and daycare) We have now taken all 3 and will be taking them back in the future to keep up with their coats. I was very happy when our groomer came out to ask about notes on one of our dogs who has had Hotspot issues in the past. She was very mindful to watch out for any possible irritation. Our oldest is almost blind and deaf and even tho he wasn't the easiest of clients they still did an amazing job on him.

Uptown Bark did a wonderful job boarding my dogs! The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and it’s clear the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of the animals. The owners are fantastic people—warm, attentive, and highly professional. My dogs were well taken care of, and I felt at ease knowing they were in great hands. I highly recommend Uptown Bark to anyone looking for a top-notch boarding experience. I’ll definitely be using their services again!

Soo thankful for Uptown! My dog ate some food I had left on the counter and was not feeling well because of it. It was the day before we were flying out of town and our other boarding place rejected him because they didn’t want to deal with a sick dog. I went into Uptown to see if they’d be willing to take him in last minute and help him get better, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to assure me he was in good hands, and we picked up a very happy and healthy pup after our trip. We will absolutely be boarding here again.

This was our first time grooming our puppy and Uptown Bark did not disappoint! The minute we walked in we knew our sweet girl would be loved and taken care of. Daylia gave us a detailed report card, and our puppy came home fresh, clean, and happy as can be. We will be back!

I took my dog, for the first time, to Uptown bark for a groom a week or so ago. The groomer Savvy was amazing! She asked me a few questions and I told her what I wanted and my dog got the best groom he has ever had. Everything that we discussed was perfect and she did not cut it so that I need to bring my dog back in 3 weeks. She cut it right to the length I asked. Next, I'm going to try the doggy daycare. I just picked up my puppy from this establishment: here’s the good and the not so good. They were able to get me in one day after I called which was nice. When I arrived, they were very gentle and helped him adjust to the environment. The time expectation was about 2-3 hours. The young man reviewed my instructions (same as the last visit) with me before I left the building. At three hours, I decided to call and check on him. I was told that they had sent me a text message 30 minutes before to inform me that he was ready but that text never arrived. (No problem on my end.) The gentleman used the standard excuse that the system was ‘having problem today’…. Upon receiving my canine, I noticed that they had disregarded the instruction “Don’t touch his tail” as his tail fur had been chopped. These details are important to us. Overall, the groom was well done. I will probably continue as a customer (as it’s hard to find a good groomer) but will be more specific and follow up earlier next time.

These people are great!! We have been coming here for a while now…this last time we got Daylia for our groomer…this girl is AMAZING!! She did such a great job with Zuess!! She left us a report card and told us everything she did!!! He has a lot of anxiety….but she did a great job and seems to get him calmed down for the groom!! We love supporting local and these people are great!! Highly recommend!!

Stardust loves coming to Uptown Bark. She’s made good friends with the owners Dog and she always comes back home with a wagging tail. The groomers always make sure she gets an amazing bath and deshedding treatment .

Great find in Layton for pet grooming! It’s a must for my golden retriever when he needs a full head to paw spa day. He enjoys it and I’m happy with the results.

We love Uptown Bark and the new owners! We bring our two dogs and long haired cat to get groomed and they always come back looking amazing! Daylia gives us the sweetest report cards for them, it shows just how much they love our animals. They have also done some amazing upgrades in the building, super impressed!
