If I could give Sloppy Kisses a sloppy kiss I would. These wonderful people took care of my golden retriever while I was in town for work. They would come pick him up from my hotel and drop him off at the end of the day. The entire time I would get pictures, videos, and updates on how he’s doing. I am a new customer of Paw Sitters and its been really great!! They are a family company and I love the professionalism that both the Father and Daughter (Niky) have given me. Paw Sitters is really great with keeping communication of their arrival and to any questions I have. Niky has been great with my dog Loki and I can see I will be a long term customer plus the prices of their services are reasonable too!!! I am thinking about trying out their boarding services the next time I go on vacation. If that goes well like the dog walking Paw Sitters won't be able to get rid of me and Loki.

The owners are easy to contact and responsive. I needed to leave my dog for the thanksgiving weekend and was fortunate to find that Paws Sitters had an opening. They do a great job sending you pics and short vids to show you how your dog is doing. They are very upfront about pricing, if the dog will be appropriate to leave at their location, and letting you know what to expect from them. I would not hesitate to leave my dog with them again. My wife and I were vacationing in FL with our dog and we wanted to visit the National parks. As we all know, dogs are not allowed in any of the NPs. We found William's contact on the web and reached out. He could take in Rudy for the next day immediately. He understood all of Rudy's needs, his personality and could make arrangements for him to stay comfortable. William sent us many photos and videos of our dog on several walks throughout the day and our dog seemed very happy when we met him in the evening. Tessa is theeee best human ever! I have so much to share and to attempt to fit it all here briefly will be difficulty. I met Tessa four years ago when I took my mother to pick up her shihpoo from grooming. It was a pleasant meet and I knew that if my mother (who'd never had a dog until in her 60s) trusted Tessa, so would I. I learned later that two sisters and a friend also had their dogs groomed (and two boarded) with Tessa. Fast forward a few months and I indeed used Tessa's services for boarding my (then) 85 pound rottweiler, Merlot while I went on a four day trip. It was an immediate connection! Merlot loved Tessa and Tessa loved my baby! Although the trip was short, she communicated with me throughout while informing about Merlot. Fast forward again to when I had to move out of the country. For what was supposed to be a couple months, turned out to be three years that my baby and I were separated. As we are all aware, 2020 was nobody’s friend! Merlot’s international travels to get to me turned out to be a near mission impossible — from no travels due to Covid restrictions for an entire year, to unable to travel because the summer months too hot for travel, to a new policy of having to purchase a special made ($850) crate for large breeds (airlines wouldn’t accept anything different), to a vet no longer in business and having to get all immunizations re-administered, to a misunderstanding that “21 days travel before” is not the same as “within 21 days of travel” to a failed heart worm exam, to a missed flight and having to wait a week longer, to sitting in customs for four hours, and to receive an international health certificate — you’d think she was two exotic tigers being shipped! I could not have gone through any of this had it not been for Tessa (and of course, my husband’s encouragement)! She let me virtually cry on her shoulders because missing my furbaby oftentimes was unbearable. In our texts we often spoke about life, the pandemic lockdown, homeschooling her boy, what adjusting to island life was like for me. She always always sent me pictures of my girl’s antics. She even gave birth to her own baby. For months, I pined at the thought of Merlot not remembering me but three years later, when she finally made that flight and only after sitting in Customs for hours, were we reunited! She did not skip a beat! It’s been three months now and Merlot is living her best life here in the Sint Maarten — a promise I made her when I had to leave her.. For Tessa, boarding and grooming dogs is much more than just a job for her. She loves what she does and she’s the best in the business. She’s the real deal! Her place is clean. She has plenty toys and treats for the dogs. Many of the dogs (those who are well socialized) get along with the others. Dogs cannot wait to return to her place. I would not hesitate in requesting her services. You will never be disappointed! My hope is that Tessa will be able to open a doggy spa/hotel in the near future! My Little Olivia has been going to "Aunt" Tessa for almost 2 years now, anytime I need help with her. The love she receives is so obvious! She gets spoiled. Tessa also provides grooming if needed. It is done with gentleness and care. Mini pigs are emotional animals. They tend to get upset with their owners if they feel neglected. Olivia ALWAYS returns super happy and is very happy to visit when we drop her off. Tessa caters to the need if your pet baby and you know this due to your pets response. I'm ecstatic I discovered her and leave my baby with her with complete trust. Thank you for all you do to make us all comfortable. FYI, this was difficult for us to do initially. Olivia is my son's emotional support animal and our time apart is due to my physical disabilities. That's why I reiterate how comfortable Tessa has made this for us.

This review is late, but it's not from lack of care. Jaxson had the most amazing time here. He did not want to leave. I could tell he had been well cared for during his stay. I received pictures during his stay and was reassured he was doing well. Frenchies are interesting breeds, but she knew just how to take care of him. I am so happy to have found Tessa's care!!

I'm incredibly neurotic about my dog and this was the best experience I've ever had putting her in someone else's care. This was also the first place she ever stayed besides home that she didn't want to leave. Pawtopia is affordable, and most importantly, you get regular updates about your pup! I'll be coming back.

I’ve used Pawtopia Boarding for several years. I started using Tessa and Pawtopia the day after I picked up my puppy. He went everyday for doggy daycare while I was at work. When I would turn down the street he would start spinning in circles in the car from excitement. He was over-the-top excited everyday. Tessa treats each dog as if her own. There is plenty of free play in the yard and plenty of water and shade. Sacha was there for daycare for more than two years until my retirement and move from Florida. Upon a recent trip overseas we considered many local boarding facilities in NC, but never found a facility that came close to Pawtopia. We chose to book our flights through Miami so that Sacha could stay at Pawtopia. Upon getting within a mile of Pawtopia, and after more than a year of not being there, he got very excited, tail wagging and barking in the car. Upon arrival,, he bolted toward the door and practically jumped in Tessa’s arms. Mind you, Sacha is a 90 pound male Belgian Malinois. As long as Tessa and Pawtopia are available, I will not take my beloved Sacha anywhere else! I am so grateful!

My two dogs (12 year old Weimaraner and 8 year old Terrier-mutt) have been boarded with Pawtopia many times over the past 5 years. They've been boarded from a few days, up to a week and I feel very confident and secure leaving my dogs knowing they'll be cared for. My dogs get excited when being dropped-off and upon seeing they'll be at Pawtopia :) Texts and updates are provided, and the pricing can't be beat!!!

I am so grateful to have been recommended Tessa's boarding services! She was extremely communicative and patient and caring. I had never left my puppy with someone I didn't know and she immediately made me feel at ease. She frequently sent me pictures and videos and I could tell Linguini (my 4 year old doxen) was in heaven with all the attention he was getting from Tessa and her family. We had a great experience boarding our dog with Tessa. She treated our pet with the best care imaginable. With photos and constant updates, we were at ease knowing that our dog was safe and happy. Tessa certainly has an affinity for animals that translates into her service. I highly recommend using Tessa for any of the services she offers.

They charge for a mandatory exit bath, but my dog smelled like urine and feces at his paws. He is fully trained, and doesn't urinate ever in a crate, so unsure where he was placed after the bath, and how clean they maintain their kennels and crates. He's a beagle, and his tail was docked (stumped over) which is a clear indication that he was left in a crate too small, and for too many hours. That really upsets me because I was told he'd be roaming around regularly, so no reason his tail should be docked over. Hopefully it heals in the next few days. Lastly, I called at 10 am asking if I could pick him up on his day of pick up, and THEY requested I pick him up at 4-4:30pm. (I'm guessing it had to do with their bath schedule) HOWEVER, was charged a $25 afternoon pick up fee?! Because I picked him up in the afternoon! I was told by their staff to pick him up at that time, plus, if I paid for his boarding, why am I being charged to pick him up? To make matters worse, my dog was extremely thirsty at pick up, he drank 3 full bowls of water, as if he hadn't drank in over a day or so. Honestly, really let down by this place and don't think I will return.

We are absolutely thrilled that we found this boarding facility to care for our dog Bella while we are out of town. The owner and staff are very friendly and truly care about animals. The location is great and always clean. I highly recommend them to anyone needing boarding and grooming services. Looking forward to using them from now on. We recently boarded our dog here (July 2019), it was our first boarding experience ever. We were super nervous, but after meeting Christy, we were sure we had found a home away from home for our boy! Everything from scheduling to pick up was fast, efficient & easy! Our 7 month old puppy came home full of excitement & well cared for. This will be our choice for future kenneling needs!

This place is awesome! I rather leave my dogs here for daycare or boarding, then any other place! They really care about all the dogs here , how they eat, how the dogs feel emotionally and everything in general .

This company is all about making money. There does not seem to be an y true intent to help individuals who can not take care of they pet for some time being. Here are some examples: 1. "Pickups after 12pm will be charged an additional daycare rate ($20)." 2. "Un-neutered males are accepted but will incur extra charge and not engage in social group play." 3. "Reservation cancellation policy a minimum of 48 hours notice." I am in shock that they are still in business. It's really unfair to make everything about money, that unneutered dogs will basically have no social time with other dogs when we pay you for that. And nobody knows 48 hours in advance their schedule, make it 24 hours at least. I would rather go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Best daycare and boarding facility in all Miami! My dog loves and looks forward to come here everyday to play with his friends. I 100% recommend this place to anyone!

My dog Lilo had a blast at doggy daycare. I had a last minute class and Karol was able to fit me in as soon as possible!! I felt comfortable leaving my dog with Karol and her family! Used in the past. Never liked her personality but needed a sitter, but then I would come home and the dogs have peed in the house. They never do this so either she was not letting them out or not enough. I needed her in a pinch because of a Hospital stay and was unresponsive. Go to someone else your pets pick up on bad energy

Rosa, is great with our pets and always keeps us updated on our two Frenchies. We've been using her for the last two years, and she is very reasonably priced. There is plenty of space for your pets to run and there is enough shade where they can relax when they need to. Additionally, the space is very clean and well taken care of.

Really sweet, took care of my German shepherd really well, along with sending pictures and videos every few hours. Place is very clean, and the dogs seem to genuinely enjoy staying there, and just overall a great place for your dog to stay at while you’re away.

We had to travel last minute for a funeral and after looking at reviews I found JR dog sitting. Thank God. Rosa and her husband took such good care of our Golden Retriever. She would send me pics and videos and I saw he was happy. From the moment he got there you could tell they love dogs and I felt completely at ease leaving him there for the time needed. My frenchie had a really fun time here. The backyard was spacious and had lots of shade. They were super loving with my pup and stuck to his routine. The prices are great and they are super flexible. I highly recommend them to take care of your dog.

I boarded my pet Milo with Paw Care Miami for 5 days. I would say, it was more like a vacation for my pet rather than boarding. Angela was very caring and prompt in updating everyday and I was overwhelmed with the over all experience... if anyone owns a dog, Angela and her family are the go-to place for caring them. Angela is simply amazing, her dedication to her business and love of animals is uncanny. Our dog, Alaska, is completely in love with the location, the people and the other dogs. Alaska does not want to leave Paw Care and we don’t blame her, because we wouldn’t want to leave either. I rarely write reviews but was so delighted with Paw Care Miami’s dog boarding service, I want to praise and applaud Angela! My sister and I left our border collies with Angela when we went on a cruise out of Miami. Angela carefully listened to our instructions when we dropped our puppies off and took great care to give them the very best care while we were away. I know this of my own personal knowledge because Angela sent numerous photos and videos of their activities throughout their stay. We had two of our family’s dogs cared for by Angela and we had a great experience. It was our first time trying Paw Care and will definitely leave our dogs with Angela again. Happy tails is awesome!! Joanna and her staff are great. My dog Bruno is very shy and nervous and he loves it there. He enjoys being able to run and play. It truly is a Happy resort and I highly recommend it.

For a company that continues to post on Facebook and are apparently still in business, they do not seem interested in taking on new clients. I have messaged through their website, emailed, and texted with no response. When I called, they answered and hung up and then sent me directly to voicemail, also with no response.

We boarded our senior Maltese with health issues and she did an amazing job giving him his meds and getting him to eat his food, which it’s difficult to get him to eat, and her property is wonderful!! She also groomed him as well and did a great job! I highly recommend this facility for boarding and grooming!!

Great place to leave your dog. Jo Ann and her staff were great to our dog , blacky. They were able to accommodate him in a set that help him feel more at home. He came back home very happy. We Will defenetly come back! Thank you

Jo-Ann at Happy Tails has been "spoiling" my dogs for the past 5 years!! Prior to Jo-Ann, we would leave our pooches at other Kennels. Every time we returned from vacation they were, sick; had ticks/fleas; depressed; under weight; kennel cough, etc. Our four dogs ADORE Jo-Ann. When I arrive at her house, they jump out of the car as if they were the ones going on vacation! She has an incredible gift in dealing with animals; wether it is dogs, horses, pigs, tortoise and even wolves. Best of all, she posts pictures on Facebook, so we can see our babies from any place in the world!! Words can't express how amazing she is, you have to see it for yourself!!

We just dropped our baby off for boarding for the first time. The ladies were so nurturing and welcoming. The dogs have a paradise to play in.

Best experience ever!!!! We have two large dogs who love to play fetch and swim and this was the best place for them for when we go out of town. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to board your dog. My pet is always happy with space to run around, interaction with other pets and a doggie swimming pool.

Beauregard has been a loyal member of the Pet Squire pack for years. He rides on Cesar’s doggy bus, he helps keep calm and order among the pups, and he even celebrated his 5th birthday at the facility. I work long crazy hours and can rest assured that my boy is in the best care. I receive multiple pictures and videos throughout his day - whenever Cesar arrives to pick him up or I drop him off - he is as happy as a clam knowing he’s in for a fantastic day! Thank you Pet Squire for loving my boy.

My furry nephew, Beauregard absolutely LOVES everyone at Pet Squire, but he especially Loves Cesar who always goes above and beyond and is an exceptional representation of Pet Squire and their care with our Babies. During Puppy Bus pick-up & drop-off, sending pictures updates throughout the day and accommodating grooming needs or special deliveries. Did I mention they host Puppy Birthday Parties?! Per Squire THANK YOU for always taking such great care of Beau!

I 100% recommend Pet Squire. My dog Simba always has a great time and I love how I get multiply pictures sent, daily, of how he is doing. Great communication, care and love for the pets!

I don’t have enough compliments for the amazing place and the people who take care of my boy. They are caring , attentive , wonderful. Me and hank love them. Been years with them and my boy loves it there. I work hard so my dog can have everything. Grateful for them all. They are angels. If you have a dog you need to have this place on speed dial.

I frequently board my cat at Pet Squire. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loved cats. The facilities are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It's not easy to feel safe and sound leaving your pups to stay with anyone, but pet squire makes it so easy to do so. Our two dogs absolutely adore them! The staff at pet squire also seems to love our dogs, Monty and Stormy. They always come back super happy, whenever we need to do grooming they always do a great job, and the pups smell great after too! Would recommend them every time, thank you staff for always treating the puppies so well.

Pet Squire has been amazing to work with. My dog moved down to Florida with me from PA and they were very patient with her gaining back her confidence while she is adjusting/acclimating to the move. They set her up with the most perfect trainer and send picture and video updates throughout day care and training sessions. The staff is very responsive and welcoming. I 10/10 recommend this place for any of your animals needs!

Pet squire is second home for my dog! My dog is very sweet and enjoys being around people so I am always anxious to leave him... However, the pet squire staff is so loving with him and take such good care of his wellbeing that I feel he is safe and happy with them. Also the prices are reasonable and the team provide great service as far as scheduling which is important to me that I have a tight agenda. I have been trusting pet squire for years now and they have always provided me with consistent and reliable service. Overall in my experience pet squire is a great place to stay for any sweet pet ❤️

This place is awesome! The dogs get to free roam all day, not locked up like typical boarding facilities. They are very clean and organized. When you walk in it doesn’t smell like a pound. They definitely ensure your baby is comfortable and safe. They go out of their way to accommodate your babies needs. The staff is also very friendly!

Our mini schnauzer stayed with Pet Squire for 3 days. Marisel took great care of our pup, including her special dietary needs. We opted for the private suite (pup is older, and a little antisocial) and she loved it! We loved getting all the updates through WhatsApp and the attention to detail. Our pup came back happy and healthy (different than our experience with other pet hotels). Would definitely recommend!
