I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. Cung was a wonderful cat sitter and housesitter and we would happily invite him back again. He was excellent with our cats and sent plenty of photos, and also left the house impeccably clean. We had to come back a day early and so we got to spend some time with him which we enjoyed as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I am struggling with naming our top adjective to describe Michael and Jeanne. "Conscientious" will likely be it but then again, "personable," "reliable," "organised," and "animal-loving" are top contenders. If you are reading this review and contemplating inviting this couple to watch your pets, then look no further. We have had a number of excellent house sitters but this pair was next level in terms of the love they showed our cats, Maxx and Nala. When we came back, we could our animals already missed them. These cats, who have never slept with anyone other than us, were getting in bed with them each night -- and that meant climbing stairs! The day before our trip, Nala got an ear infection and had to be put on steroids for asthma. Michael and Jeanne did not sign up for that when the sit was booked but they took it in stride. In the last-minute rush, I relayed that Nala needed her oral steroids morning and night. Michael read the RX label, indicating one dose a day, and contacted the vet to clarify. So you can see why "conscientious" is right up there. They saved Nala from an overdose! We were gone three weeks and they sent us just the right amount of pictures and videos. They bought cat toys (I forgot to put ours out!) and actively engaged with them, including 20-minute massages for Maxx. I truly believed them when they said they fell in love with our fur babies. The house was spotless (which was not important to me but truly appreciated) but I smiled when all six water stations in our yard were filled. They took seriously my love for and the needs of the wildlife in our yard. Our plants were all in good condition as well. Sensing they were "next level" when I met them, I predicted they would want to leave a meal for us upon our return. I asked them not to but they found another way to bow out with class. They made a donation to a nonprofit I work with instead. This I learned from the lovely thank you note they left. I hope they will consider Charles and I friends because we certainly feel that way about them now. What special people. If you book them, treat them well because they are going to do that for you for sure.

Kathy and Ron have sat for us several times in the past and have always been excellent. They are our "go-to" pet and house sitters and we always check their availability before we post a sit. They are trustworthy, organized, communicate very well, and take great care of our cats and our house. We hope they will continue pet sitting for many years to come!

Joi did a wonderful job caring for my two cats and two guinea pigs, as well as caring for my home! She is coming back in November for a long sit while I am out of the country and we all can’t wait. Joi had experience with rabbits and jumped right in with guinea pig care. She is so calm around them that they were sitting on her lap day one! She spent time preparing their vegetables and kept their enclosure and room clean, which requires daily effort. She even washed the floor mats in their room so it was fresh when I returned home. She went above and beyond sending me daily photos and videos so I could see that everyone was healthy and happy. It was apparent to me that she spent a lot of time with my pets, which is very important so they don’t become stressed and lonely when I am away. Joi also took excellent care of my two cats. They receive daily wet food with some medication and she ensured that they received it on time. My cats barely noticed when I returned because they got so much attention from Joi. She took excellent care of my front garden flowers and my tomato and herb hydroponic gardens. These take some daily attention and time in the summer, and I returned home to them looking great! Joi is a very caring, clean, and thoughtful sitter and I hope she comes back many more times!

Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.

If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies and your house while you're away, Daniel is your guy! I had discovered zeewoi just a couple of weeks before I was to leave on vacation and I was not only apprehensive if the website was too good to be true, but also under a real time crunch. I reached out to over 100 local sitters and several possibilities fell through. I was confident I would find the right sitter and when Daniel applied for the sit and I started to text and converse with him, I knew I had found the perfect sitter for my two cats! Daniel was upbeat and positive, articulate and personable, warm and caring, and he asked all the right questions about Lilly and Eli (I hadn't had the time to complete my Welcome Guide, yet!?!). I shared that I had an easy cat and problem cat -- Lilly, who is sweet, social and eats dry food, and Eli who is skittish, was periodically pooping outside the kitty litter box and was eating prescription canned food twice a day mixed with a probiotic and stool firmer. I asked if he thought he was up for the job and he happily said he was. Since he flew all the was from Chicago, I thought the least my husband and I could do was pick him up at the airport. When he arrived, he pulled out his notebook. He patiently walked with me as I reviewed kitty care, showed him around the house, and where he would be sleeping. He immediately picked up Lilly who was excited about meeting her new friend and Eli bugged out and down the stairs to the basement (his favorite hiding place!). We got Daniel connected to the internet, set him up at our dining room table and headed off to airport, leaving our house and kitties in the best of hands. Daniel wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and assured while we were away. He made sure to text with me every other day (he had asked my preference earlier), sent photos of Lilly being her cute self while Eli hid during the day although he gave me assurances that he was eating his food and using the litter box (there were a few accidents, but Daniel never complained about these additional duties). When we returned from our vacation, the house was also spotless and well cared for and Daniel had even washed the sheets for me! It is with utter happiness and complete confidence that I recommend Daniel as a fantastic Sitter. He is trustworthy, responsible, caring, and competent, and you can rest assured that both your house and sweet pets will be watched over and treated with TLC -- and will truly be in the best of hands while you are away!

Heidi was an outstanding cat sitter for my Luna! She was very communicable via calls or texts. She followed all my guidelines for feeding and care of Luna. Luna was very content when I arrived home thanks to Heidi! My home was immaculate when I arrived and she did some snow shoveling. Ann Marie was an excellent house sitter who went above and beyond. She flew in a day early and stayed at a local hotel so we she could meet my cat and get the keys before my early flight the next morning. When I returned, she and Tryke were best friends and the house was immaculate. She even washed the sheets and towels, and remade the bed. I strongly recommend Ann Marie for any future sits!

What a great place to take your dogs, my two absolutely love it. Always come home shattered and happy, what more can you ask for. Great team and a fab backup for days when my two need to let off some steam. Would be lost without it.
Lucy has been going to daycare since September last year with East Point Paws and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff are so welcoming and know each of the dogs to a high level. Since joining Lucy has become a completely different dog she is now confident and happy in the company of other dogs no matter the size. She enjoys it so much that she knows the route and will get very excited in the car. After every session photos are released on facebook so you can see what your dog has been up to (with the themed weeks being our favourite!). I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of lucy while we are at work now as we always know she will be happy and sleepy after a day of fun when we go pick her up
Rupert adores going to “school” and looks forward to it every week. He knows exactly where he is going!! He has being going since he was around 6 months old and has learnt so much from the fantastic team there. They are a genuine amazing humans who look and care after all of the dogs wonderfully. We trust them explicitly with our baby. We love the theme days they do, they make a fuss of each dog on their birthday too. I had a couple of free tester sessions for my dog, Miss Daisy, to see how she would adapt to doggy day care, a service which shows how much they care about dogs and not just money. This place Donna and all the Staff are amazing. My dog Lili has been going since she was about 14 weeks old. She absolutely loves interacting with all the other dogs and this helped her from an early age how to socialise. She goes when I have work or places that dogs are not permitted. I now don't have to worry leaving her as doggy daycare are so accommodating at short notice. I would highlyrecommend this place for anyone who juggles work or needs to go out for the day. Your dog will come home shattered.
As you can see from my reviews I don’t often write bad ones as I don’t feel good effecting someone’s business. However I feel in my heart it is the right thing to do to warn other dog parents. My 8 month puppy had been here a couple times on shorter sessions, I had told the staff please let me know straight away if anything happens as I only live round the corner - I was a little apprehensive about leaving him and should have listened to my gut. I called an hour after dropping him off to check in, the manager told me she was just doing the register and was going to call me. She said my dog had been bitten and they’ve just stopped the bleeding and placed him in a puppy pen alone. I asked will the dog be banned who bit him, she confirmed no because he’s never done it before. I don’t know why they didn’t call me straight away but the thought of my puppy alone in a puppy pen, whilst the other dog stayed is heartbreaking. I have no idea how long he was there. When I got there my dog was very shaken up, when I got home he had two bites in different areas, they were deep puncture wounds, I wasn’t told about the bite on his head. No one called me to check how my dog was after I got home, in fact I still haven’t had a call or been contacted. The lack of care is astonishing considering it’s a place to care for dogs. My mum called them to ask for the owners details of the dog that bit incase the vet bill was high. We were refused any details. I wasn’t asked for my dogs vaccination records so have no idea if the dog that bit mine is vaccinated. I then write it on instagram to warn other people, as I’m very worried something worse is going to happen to another dog. A few people contacted me to say they have bad experiences there too. I am writing this to warn owners, please think very carefully before leaving your dog with a large mix of other dogs that don’t know one another very well. They are mixing tiny puppies with big adult dogs.. They don’t have enough staff per dog to deal with incidents properly, and they don’t ban dogs that bite! Totally negligent. I’m still awaiting contact from them, so disappointed and feel terrible I made the mistake of leaving him there in the first place.

Excellent service my German Shepherd Lady Lulu has separation anxiety, however loves going here and enjoys the company of other dogs and great staff that interact and play with all the dogs stimulating all their senses with all kinds of toys, games and fun theme days. Would highly recommend to any dog owner. Give it a go
Tilly went to doggy daycare whilst we were on holiday. We were extremely impressed with East Point Paws they took great care of Tilly. The staff and premises are fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jake has been wonderful at pairing me and my Golden Retriever puppy with the right members of his team. Nothing is ever too much trouble, everything is explained and the team are so reliable and trustworthy. The updates provided on each visit are brilliant and allow me to see how my pup has been getting on each day. I love seeing how much she enjoys being visited by Deni, Tanye and Jake. Deni in particular has been visiting Sophie now for a few months and it's evident she loves my pup just as much as I do. Even better; Sophie loves her too. I had my Labrador cross Mastiff (very big and strong but very friendly) walked daily while away on holiday. He can be a handful, however Kim and Samm delivered a very professional, fun and enriching experience everyday for him and arranged play dates with other dogs he had previously met, so he could have a real play and plenty exercise to wear him out. I received photos daily to show him having fun and really took the worry of leaving him away so I could enjoy my much needed holiday without having to worry. I wouldn’t think twice about using We Love Pets again, and I’m sure Albert would love to see the amazing team again. Thankyou so much!
The service from We Love Pets has been fabulous! Jake recently looked after our little dog Teddie while we were away for a few days, and for the first time ever we didn't worry about him! The care and attention before we left Teddie was superb - a visit to our home, a social walk, followed by a trial night, meant we were all comfortable with the arrangements. Whilst we were away Jake kept us up to date with photos and videos of Teddie hanging out with his new doggie buddies. He was clearly having a great time and very happy. Jake also dropped us off and collected us from the station, as well as collecting and dropping off Teddie, making the whole process as stress free and easy as possible. Cannot rate Jake and his team - Taryn in particular - highly enough. They went above and beyond when we needed someone to care for our Gloria, Winifred and her puppies while we were away. They made sure to visit prior to our trip to cover all details, discuss care and meet our girls. They kept in contact throughout our time away and sent lots of updates. When we needed extra support, Jake stepped in for an additional visit also…highly recommended to everyone I have spoken to and we couldn’t be happier! For various health reasons I wasn’t able to walk my Patterdale Terriers Bella and Skye. Whilst my daughter stepped in I needed more help. A friend recommended I contact Jake at We Love Pets ‘East’ and I am thrilled I did so and so are Bella and Skye. Jake introduced us to the amazing Paula who walks the ‘girls’ regularly and is brilliant! Can’t even begin to describe in words how thankful we are for Jake. He brought our 2 CRAZY spaniels to our wedding day for us as well as boarding them at his home for the entire weekend whilst we had the time of our lives. Our three cats were beautifully looked after by Tayne and Deni at We Love Pets East Coast while we were on holiday! We received twice daily updates and great pictures so we could see how they were getting on. After my initial enquiry Jake came to visit and explained the options available to us and how they would work and the process to set up what we wanted was really straightforward. Thoroughly recommend if you want to make sure your pets are really well cared for while you’re away 😀
Absolutely amazing animal lovers. I contacted Jake in a panic as we had just moved house and my dog wasn't settling when we were leaving for work. Jake called me instantly and we chatted over the phone, he was calm, patient and professional. We set up a plan and it's been golden ever since. Lou and Paula walk our dog when needed, he's explored half of Norfolk in the last month! They send updates via WhatsApp to let us know what they've been up to, he adores them and they him. It's been an absolute life saver and completely puts our minds at rest so we can concentrate at work.
Outstanding service from Jake & the team. Initial contact, to home visit to meet our dog, to clear & efficient communication weekly. Jake said that they are there to make our lives easier & he couldn't be anymore bang on. It was a big change to leave our dog during the day but we couldn't have picked better people to walk her while we're out. We get daily videos/pictures and updates on her walk. We would not only use Jake & the team for dog walking but will always keep them in mind for boarding also. Everything is so straight forward, very reasonable pricing, and little to no risk that your dog won't be walked that day since they introduce more than one dog walker to cover. Overall, couldn't be happier with the service and the care for our dog. Jake paid special attention to our dogs needs and obviously tailors each service to the owners and the pets. 10/10. Stan and Fifi had a short 3 night 4 day stay and I couldn’t be more complimentary about the whole place!! Fifi has her issues and can be defensive after being attacked but they dealt with her perfectly!! The girls we dealt with were brilliant and so caring!! They came home in great shape!! Many thanks for a happy dog family! We won’t be using any other kennels from now on that’s for sure!
I’ve used both Noosabay and Bondi for my dog, we tend to use Bondi more because it’s closer to our home, but have had the same experience at their sister site. When we get close to Bondi my dog gets excited and practically drags me across the carpark for hand over. He loves it there! I worry a lot because my dog is quite hyper and whilst he is very friendly he can be a bit much, and I don’t want him to be a pain, and whilst I’m sure the lovely ladies at Bondi do find him hard work, they have never said so, and are always really reassuring and kind about Frank. I’ve even come home with his bed freshly washed! So thank you very much everyone at Bondi, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, and it’s so lovely to be able to go away knowing that my dog is so happy to go to the kennels.
Took my Dozer here for a 1 night stay as a trial. These ladies are fantastic. It’s really like letting go of your child for a night but they reassured me and unsurprisingly he was absolutely fine when I picked him up the next day. I now know I can book him in again and be happy that he’s happy! Quick to answer the phone and to reply to emails. Website for online booking is easy to navigate and easy to book & pay online.
Once again our boys have been well looked after and where happy to be at Bondi. Great to know their safe and happy when we are away
We left our dog at Bondi for 1 night and he was traumatised when we collected him. Stiff rigid not eating or sleeping and very upset. I tried to call to see if everything had been okay but as usual there was no one to speak to. We paid for him to have an extra walk but not sure if he got that. We won't be leaving him there again sadly
Having just moved to this area found it so hard to find kennels available for my dog Archie - Bondi took him for me and he lived it there. Such a great place, so clean and the staff love the pets. We will be taking Archie back.
We were given the option when putting the booking form through of PM pickup for Sunday- booking was confirmed and no one queried the pickup or thought to get in touch to say that they do not actually offer Sunday pm pickup, until I had paid and then on email receipt it says Sunday opening of an hour early morning. As this was last minute and a stressful time I missed this on the email (my mistake here as it did clearly say) we only realised when we dropped off the dog that there wasn’t an option to pick up Sunday pm- unless we agreed to pay £80! We managed to book the dog in somewhere else, with one to one care for two days for £20 less than the proposed fee! Promised a call from the manager to discuss as we would like to at least partially refunded as we feel this is a joint mistake- ours for missing the info, but also Bondi for accepting the booking where it clearly shows PM pickup, without asking questions. Very quick to take money. My decision to remove the dog from the kennels and find an alternative was also made easier as whilst in the car working out what to do I witnessed a staff member trap our dog in the gate as they went to the back, easy to do when carrying lots of stuff, but seeing her then yank the dog through in what appeared to be frustration was not nice to see.
Just wanting to say Than you to all the staff who looked after Lou for the last 8 years when we went on holiday, they showed great care for Lou for all those years but sadly Lou passed away on Friday 26th May, he will be deeply missed.
Excellent staff. Lovely welcome. Clean facility. Will book again. Have always used Noosa Bay. This is a great addition to the business. Well done guys!
The team here took great care of Teddy when he stayed, would definitely recommend..no hesitation to book him here again when we go awayv

I am an NHS worker and was looking for someone to walk my beloved Mini Labradoodle, Bernie, when my shift pattern changed. I was initially sceptical about having a dog walker, whether I would trust them with Bernie/ in my home, but I honestly can’t recommend Jane’s Dog Walking Services enough! From day one everything has been plain sailing; we met each other and discussed what kind of service I was after. It’s always been easy to let Jane know what days Bernie needed to be walked & has always been accommodating of short notice shift changes. She’s never let me down! When Jane first started visiting, around a year ago, I have to admit I would glance at my Ring doorbell and make sure that Bernie had been out, but now I never check as I don’t question Jane’s commitment at all. She is trustworthy, honest, reliable and Bernie loves her!! We had an awkward moment a few weeks ago when I bumped into Jane and a few other dogs at the park on my day off & Bernie didn’t want to leave her side! For me it’s a bonus that Jane has also seen my house in the midst of a new kitchen being fitted and hasn’t passed any judgment on this. I had been worried at times what Bernie has been like with other dogs whilst out with Jane as he can be a bit grumpy towards the young, energetic ones at times but my family and friends have commented recently that he seems a bit more patient, which I always put down to these sociable walks. We’re looking at moving from Lowestoft in the upcoming months and both me & Bernie are going to be so sad to not see Jane anymore! But hopefully this will mean another happy dog & owner will be able to experience her brilliant service. You won’t regret it. Thank you Jane!
Jane has been my dog sitter for two years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My boy is a complicated pup and Jane has so much patience with him. She communicates everything with me, including any worries and plenty of photos, and my dog loves her to pieces. I would recommend her services to any of my friends and family.
