Cat Sitting in Mael Carhaix

Greg and Amandine were the perfect housesitters. They were absolutely brilliant in not only looking after our dogs but our house too. They were communicative throught sharing photos of daily walks and lovely messages with us! They had constant correspondence with us whilst we were in Australia (on the other side of the world) and when we asked for information at home, they were so quick at responding with care and precision. Once we arrived back the house was incredibly tidy (they even emptied the bins, did laundry and left soup for us.) The BEST housesitters ever. Would have them back in a heartbeat. Sylvie and Olivier looked after our two cats for 2 weeks. They took excellent care of the cats and of the house, going well beyond what we expected. We came back to a spotless home, two happy cats, and a fridge with delicious food in it. On top of that, we got to meet them and have a meal and really enjoyed their company and their stories. I have no hesitation in recommending them as pet/housesitters. Sylvie et Olivier sont formidables. Ils ont bien pris soin de nos chats, des plantes, de la piscine et de toute la maison. Olivier nous a même fait des petites réparation et ils nous ont laissé la maison très très propre. Je vous recommande ces gardiens qui je l’espère resteront des amis. Nos chats s’ennuient déjà des gentilles attentions de Sylvie et Olivier.

Absolutely couldn’t say enough compliments for Phillipa and Allan’s care for Poppit. So happy with all aspects of the sit. Marine jumped to our rescue when our booked sitter was admitted to hospital halfway through the sit. As we were away, Marine calmly sorted out everything for herself and put our minds at rest, allowing to enjoy the rest of our break knowing our puppy was in excellent hands. We are very grateful to her!! The house was fabulous when we got home and our puppy was relaxed and happy after a tumultuous stressful few days before Marine arrived.

We have been thankful to welcome many excellent sitters since discovering zeewoi and Rowenna along with her son Brewen were no exception. Rowenna’s knowledge of German and perfect English proved a real asset. We were well informed throughout our holiday and Sama was well cared for. Sama is paralyzed from the waist down, but a lovely active cat and she is adventurous, so she needs watching. Her care was never in doubt. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet up on our return however the house was clean and tidy, notes written on certain items and a nice jar of homemade jam and French biscuits as a gift.

Samantha and her boyfriend were excellent zeewoi! Our flight was a 6:00 am so I offered to have Samantha come that morning or the night before. They opted to come the previous day which was so helpful. I was able to show them the particulars of our house and our pets. Plus, they got to meet and bond with our animals before we left. Our dog immediately fell in love with them! You can tell they are animal lovers. We truly enjoyed getting to know them before we left. Sam kept in touch with us with videos and photos of dog walks and kitty naps. They drove our dog to dog parks and nature trails to run and play. One time, our dog rolled in something dirty and they bathed her! They administered our cat’s meds as well. Not an easy task! Our house was very clean and tidy when we returned. Sam and her boyfriend are a great team! I highly recommend them as zeewoi!

Helen and Roger were the perfect sitters. A really friendly and interesting couple, we're sure we'd be friends if they weren't living on the other side of the world. They were brilliant with the animals, the house was spotless when we got back, and we got regular updates and photos. What more could you ask? Thank you so much to you both.

Andrea looks after our cat when we went away for New Year's and our Tigs was extremely well looked after. It was lovely to receive the daily photos and videos and she gave us updates on how he was feeding and any worries she had about him. Our apartment was really clean when we arrived home - she even sent all the bed sheets and towels she had used to the laundry ready for us AND left us cupcakes in the fridge! Thankyou Andrea!!!!

Peter was the perfect sitter during our recent trip abroad. Excellent communications, the house was left in perfect condition and the cat was very happy. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Katherine is a pleasant and chatty person. We had long chats before she came for a pre sit visit. She came for 2 pre sit visits and couldn't remember most of the things we had discussed on the first visit. She wrote copious notes but had problems remembering instructions, people, dog walking arrangements and where things were kept. She was not confident with my dogs and didn't take them for walks outside the property boundary. Unfortunately, Kate hurt her shoulder and asked to be relieved of her duties. I. was happy to relieve her to enable her to go and see her doctor and get some help and support. I hope all goes well for Kate in the future.
