After getting let down at the 11th hour by a confirmed sitter, I reached out to Ian and Tracey who had saved my sit previously to see if they could help. Tracey responded very quickly and following a call the next day, we were able to confirm that she would do the sit alone. Tracey was extremely organised and communicative throughout and arrived first thing in the morning to ensure that the cats were not on their own for too long. She sent regular updates about the cats and the fact that they were more focused on getting in the garden when we returned home rather than having a fuss was a sign that they were very relaxed. We arrived back to a spotless house and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea after our journey. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Tracey on this occasion however I hope in the future that she and Ian can be tempted to sit for us again. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to look after your home and pets.

Eleanor was just the best sitter and the loveliest person! A very interesting and intelligent woman, I would have happily chatted with her all night! (I’m quite a shy, solitary person so that says a lot about her warmth) It was all very last minute as Peggy was due to go and stay with a friend but she had an accident and had to have an operation so I thought it was better she stayed at home. Eleanor looked after her beautifully, followed all instructions diligently including giving medication. Peggy was very taken with her, Fiesta too who apparently brought her a delightful present of a mouse! (A good sign whether you like it or not!) Eleanor is the perfect balance of sensible, practical, caring and affectionate with the animals. She even comforted them both during a storm. The house was spotless and all the laundry done. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly. Eleanor I so enjoyed meeting you and I hope you’ll come again. Thank you from all of us x

We really feel like we landed on our feet having Kimberley and Dean look after our ‘little boy’ Huw. We were newbies to having a house/pet sitter, but Kimberley really held our hand taking the initiative to set up an early meeting and responding quickly to messages. Meeting early really set our minds to rest. At handover we agreed every other day updates on progress which included a photo and a couple of sentences and this really helped us to feel much more comfortable that Huw was being well looked after. It was clear throughout that Kimberley and Dean had considered our profile details, taking Huw to some of his favourite places and also on some new adventures too … including introducing him to a Hollywood star! Their experience with animals, but especially dogs, shows and this helped hugely in understanding Huw’s personality leading to him having a great time - when they left it was clear that he was upset that his new friends were heading off. Kimberley and Dean took great care of our house which was left immaculately clean. Thank you both so much for befriending and looking after Huw.

Andrew and Jennifer are delightful and love our home and our dogs (very nearly) as much as we do! I would have no hesitation in recommending them, except for the fact that, like all best kept secrets, I don't want to share them too widely!!

Isabell took wonderful care of Venus. She was quite attentive, and won Venus over quite quickly which is always a good sign. We got updates almost daily show a very happy and content kitty. Isabelle was easy to connect with, happily joining an initial video chat, and very responsive with texts. We felt confident in her ability to care for Venus and apartment- regardless of what happened. We would gladly welcome her back again.

We recently had Charles to take care of Rudy, charles Communication was excellent throughout, with prompt updates and even a few pictures while we are away. We had the pleasure of having Steve as our dog sitter for two weeks while we were on our belated honeymoon, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Steve was absolutely fantastic. He cared for our three dogs—a Cockerpoo and two Great Danes—with incredible patience and dedication. One of our dogs took a little while to settle in, but Steve handled the situation with endless patience, ensuring that all our pets were comfortable and happy. He walked the dogs twice daily, which was no small feat given their size and energy levels, but he managed it all with ease and professionalism. Not only did Steve take exceptional care of our dogs, but he also left our house in immaculate condition. We were consistently updated throughout our time away, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip knowing our dogs were in safe hands. Steve is a genuinely nice guy, and we would not hesitate to use his services again. Thanks to him, our honeymoon was even more memorable, as we didn't have to worry about anything back home.
