Melissa and Shane were the perfect cat and house sitters. Our furry Maine Coone, Flint was really well looked after whilst we were away. I received lots of updates and photos of him chilling with them. The house was left clean and tidy. They even picked some raspberries from the garden and froze them for me! I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and hope that they would like to sit for us again.

Tanya and Marc were great, from the moment we spoke to them on Zoom. We had to a virtual handover due to an early morning flight. They kept us up to date with cat updates, they were really understanding that Yeti didn’t want to come and say hi and made sure he was comfortable outside by putting food out for him everyday. Tali loved the extra attention and I was so happy to come home to a clean house with their sheets and towels clean. Would highly recommend them and would happily have them back.

Mature, experienced and trustworthy...and crazy about dogs!!
Caroline and Rob are the best the house sitters you could wish for. They were very flexible with our arrival and departure times due to our flights and nothing was any trouble. We did not worry about Teddie for a second as we knew he was in great hands and was being spoiled rotten. Caroline and Rob sent daily video's and photos of their various walks, tea shops and walks to our local pub. It was such a joy to know that they were enjoying their stay and Teddie was as happy as larry! Caroline and Rob are fabulous and very caring and 5 stars are not enough! When we returned home the house was immaculate, and Teddie was beautifully groomed and very happy. We cannot thank Caroline and Rob aka Auntie C and Uncle B enough for their care, patience and the genuine affection to our Teddster. We are all looking forward to seeing you in March. Sharon and Jeff were great house sitters. Arriving early after we changed the times they came straight in and met the dogs. Mutual love at first sight. We returned to a clean and tidy house and happy, groomed dogs that have been sulking since they left. We went off confident that they could copy with everything which is just what you need when leaving for 2 weeks. Hopefully they will sit for us again with better weather !!

Andy was a great sitter! Our other cat recently died and this was the first time we had left Little overnight so we were a bit anxious even though she is very friendly. Andy sent lots of photos and it was clear that Little was having a great time with lots of fuss, love and cuddles. Great communication and he was really flexible. The place was also left tidy. Cynthia was a perfect pet sitter for our little kitty. We knew from her extensive experience with cats that Nala was in good hands. She was extremely responsive via texts when we were away, ensuring us that the 2 of them were having a great time. She went absolutely above and beyond by scrubbing our bath and toilets to remove our mineral deposit rings that we haven't been able to get rid of! She even left the name of the product she used so we can get more in the future. The house was cleaner than when we left. We'll have her back anytime!

The best cat sitters ever! They loved our cats and spent so much time playing with them and making sure they were happy! We had photos and videos every day with funny little messages and we came home to two very happy, healthy cats. The house was spotless and they even washed the linen and towels! They left us some cute Easter presents and breakfast shopping in the fridge, as we were returning after a long flight. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies and your house while you're away, Daniel is your guy! I had discovered zeewoi just a couple of weeks before I was to leave on vacation and I was not only apprehensive if the website was too good to be true, but also under a real time crunch. I reached out to over 100 local sitters and several possibilities fell through. I was confident I would find the right sitter and when Daniel applied for the sit and I started to text and converse with him, I knew I had found the perfect sitter for my two cats! Daniel was upbeat and positive, articulate and personable, warm and caring, and he asked all the right questions about Lilly and Eli (I hadn't had the time to complete my Welcome Guide, yet!?!). I shared that I had an easy cat and problem cat -- Lilly, who is sweet, social and eats dry food, and Eli who is skittish, was periodically pooping outside the kitty litter box and was eating prescription canned food twice a day mixed with a probiotic and stool firmer. I asked if he thought he was up for the job and he happily said he was. Since he flew all the was from Chicago, I thought the least my husband and I could do was pick him up at the airport. When he arrived, he pulled out his notebook. He patiently walked with me as I reviewed kitty care, showed him around the house, and where he would be sleeping. He immediately picked up Lilly who was excited about meeting her new friend and Eli bugged out and down the stairs to the basement (his favorite hiding place!). We got Daniel connected to the internet, set him up at our dining room table and headed off to airport, leaving our house and kitties in the best of hands. Daniel wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and assured while we were away. He made sure to text with me every other day (he had asked my preference earlier), sent photos of Lilly being her cute self while Eli hid during the day although he gave me assurances that he was eating his food and using the litter box (there were a few accidents, but Daniel never complained about these additional duties). When we returned from our vacation, the house was also spotless and well cared for and Daniel had even washed the sheets for me! It is with utter happiness and complete confidence that I recommend Daniel as a fantastic Sitter. He is trustworthy, responsible, caring, and competent, and you can rest assured that both your house and sweet pets will be watched over and treated with TLC -- and will truly be in the best of hands while you are away!

Lindsey watched our cat and dog for a long weekend when we went out of town. She was a very communicative sitter sending frequent pictures and voice notes with updates. She did a great job of following their schedules and giving them attention. The animals seemed to be happy and relaxed when we returned home and I believe Lindsey enjoyed getting to discover all of the eateries our town has to offer. A win-win for everyone!

I whole-heartedly recommend Carly and her partner Fanny to sit for you! They were fabulous and reliable house sitters from start to finish. Carly was timely and thoughtful in all of her communications and let us know the state of affairs in our apartment with our cat and plant babies while we were away. Charlotte has made such an incredible difference to Rebel, our retired greyhound. When we first adopted him he was distracted by pretty much everything on walks and found other dogs very confusing and a bit scary. It was our goal to eventually build his confidence up to be able to go on group walks. Within just a few months of solo walks with Charlotte Rebs is like a different dog, so confident and friendly with other people and dogs! He now loves his weekly group walks and we're so grateful!
Charlotte does a fantastic job with our lab Lyra. Lyra is a bundle of energy, so it really helps to have Charlotte give her weekly group walks to get that energy out of her system! Charlotte is always kind and friendly, and was so gentle with Lyra even when Lyra was apprehensive the first few times. Lyra absolutely loves Charlotte and the other dogs in the group, and obviously has a wonderful time every walk. Thanks so much for all your care of my gorgeous pup! She and I both appreciate it so much 🥰

Our dog loves it here. Always comes back with the biggest grin on his face and runs up to their front door in a morning when I drop him off. We know he's very loved and cared for at Linton Springs. Joanna also looks after our chickens too when we go away and makes it so easy to relax knowing the pets are in safe hands.
Joanna was excellent with our 8 month Labrador who stayed at Linton Springs for 12 nights. Our puppy had previously stayed elsewhere as a trial but was not settled at all. Joanna was not phased by this and was extremely willing to help me at such short notice, promising she would be able to comfort him, and indeed she did. Our puppy has come on leaps and bounds during his stay and from the face book posts it was evident that he was enjoying his varied walks and seemed very settled. I cannot thank Joanna enough for coming to our rescue and giving our puppy the time and patience for what turned into his own holiday.

Thanks a lot to the hosts for the top service for our pug and cat!! We left them at the Waterwheel boarding kennels a few times before and both our pets and we were very happy after their stay. The place is very tidy especially compared to other kennels&catteries we had visited in search of a place for our pets. Highly recommended home for your pets!

Shocking service. Phoned the kennels to book my dog in for a few nights. The man on the phone was just about to confirm the booking and everything was OK - until he learnt that my dog was a British bulldog! He said they don't take any bulldogs. I politely asked why, and he said that he's "been bitten by one in the past" and that they "don't want anything to do with them!". He then hung up the phone. My dog is very gentle and loving and has never bit anyone. Absolutely disgusting service and snobbish judgimental attitude. I would not trust any pet with a person with such cruel opinions about any dog. We will reschedule our holiday for when our usual trusted kennels have availability.

Booked a 4 day stay a month in advance. Turned up on the day with our two collies, literally on our way to our holiday. They had no record of our booking and we were told they were full. When I produced my record, they agreed to take our two dogs. Upon return we were told both dogs had just been fed and toileted, however were absolutely desperate for the loo (both are very well trained so being desperate is stressful for them) and one continued to make a mess in the car on the way home which is unheard of for my dog. Both dogs were smelly, had urine in their coats and very hungry and the youngest (who is very lean and fit) was visibly thinner. Fast forward a few days and both are now showing kennel cough, despite being vaccinated. So some dogs are obviously going in unvaccinated. Have used many kennels over the years and will never use this one again.
Our border collie stayed here for his holidays and was his happy self throughout his stay. We always choose the Waterwheel for its friendly owners, clean kennels and time taken to give him his daily exercise, hugs and strokes. Many thanks for giving us peace of mind when we were away.
We have now had 2 dogs that were looked after whilst we were away at Waterwheel Boarding and we cannot praise them enough. Our current dog is a Lhasa apso and she loves it here she goes there with tail wagging and comes back to us exactly the same. The dogs get regular walks and exercise and the kennels are very clean and warm so the dogs are very comfortable here. We wouldn't take our Millie anywhere else. Very highly recommended.
It was the first time that our two black labs had been in kennels. We were very anxious owners but we should not have worried as they were well looked by Lorraine and Ron. We received photos and messages while we were out of the country. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them without any hesitation.
