After getting let down at the 11th hour by a confirmed sitter, I reached out to Ian and Tracey who had saved my sit previously to see if they could help. Tracey responded very quickly and following a call the next day, we were able to confirm that she would do the sit alone. Tracey was extremely organised and communicative throughout and arrived first thing in the morning to ensure that the cats were not on their own for too long. She sent regular updates about the cats and the fact that they were more focused on getting in the garden when we returned home rather than having a fuss was a sign that they were very relaxed. We arrived back to a spotless house and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea after our journey. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Tracey on this occasion however I hope in the future that she and Ian can be tempted to sit for us again. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to look after your home and pets.

Eleanor was just the best sitter and the loveliest person! A very interesting and intelligent woman, I would have happily chatted with her all night! (I’m quite a shy, solitary person so that says a lot about her warmth) It was all very last minute as Peggy was due to go and stay with a friend but she had an accident and had to have an operation so I thought it was better she stayed at home. Eleanor looked after her beautifully, followed all instructions diligently including giving medication. Peggy was very taken with her, Fiesta too who apparently brought her a delightful present of a mouse! (A good sign whether you like it or not!) Eleanor is the perfect balance of sensible, practical, caring and affectionate with the animals. She even comforted them both during a storm. The house was spotless and all the laundry done. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly. Eleanor I so enjoyed meeting you and I hope you’ll come again. Thank you from all of us x

Francesca and Jonathan were fantastic! Given their proximity they came to visit us and the cats before we went away to ensure the cats were comfortable around them. This allowed us an opportunity to walk them through the house and routine which amazing and a first for us. The house was immaculate when we returned home and the cats were so relaxed. Toby and Chloe were amazing pet sitters. It wasn’t the easiest sit - a nervous dog and 3 cats with various ailments and medication to have, but they took it all in their stride and cared for them so well without any issues. Our nervous dog Zelda warmed to them in just 2 days which is a record for house sitters so far! I also really enjoyed getting to know them over dinner the night before I left, they’re very easygoing and positive people. They also left the house spotless for when I came back. I would love to have them sit for us again. You can rest assured your house and animals are in safe hands with this lovely pair!

Kerry and Megan were wonderful sitters and took great care of our two cats while we were on vacation for two weeks. They were responsive, gave us regular updates, and seemed to really care about Tumba and Cappa. When Tumba was more timid toward the beginning of our trip and not eating her meals fully, Kerry was sure to ask for additional suggestions from us on how to coax her to eat more. Kerry and Megan also left the house just as we'd left it for them. We really appreciated them going the extra mile to ask about additional cleaning products so they could clean our bathrooms. I chose Kira because of her reviews, ability to sit during the dates I needed and willingness to communicate with my daughter/neighbor who co-parents Colby with us. I am always a bit anxious about having someone in my home and trusting them with our fluffy son. Kira put us at ease almost immediately. I received photos and videos everyday throughout the stay. I got updates on Colby’s activity and the fun they were having together. My heart felt full knowing that Colby was being well loved and cared for. Additionally, Kira was so kind to keep us posted on any deliveries that arrived at the house. Finally, when I arrived home, the house was tidy and clean! Wow! Just wow! We cannot say enough about the care and compassion Trisha and John provided to our cats and our home. We are always somewhat nervous about a new pet sitter in our home, but that all faded when we met this wonderful couple. They provided daily updates as requested, complete with pictures, videos and personalized captions. Upon our return, we were greeted by happy and content kitties. There was no sign of anxiety in Tika! Yea!!! Our home was clean, the sheets and towels were washed and bed remade! They even left behind thank you notes and little gifts! What a breath of fresh air these two individuals are! We hope to have them back again soon.

Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies and your house while you're away, Daniel is your guy! I had discovered zeewoi just a couple of weeks before I was to leave on vacation and I was not only apprehensive if the website was too good to be true, but also under a real time crunch. I reached out to over 100 local sitters and several possibilities fell through. I was confident I would find the right sitter and when Daniel applied for the sit and I started to text and converse with him, I knew I had found the perfect sitter for my two cats! Daniel was upbeat and positive, articulate and personable, warm and caring, and he asked all the right questions about Lilly and Eli (I hadn't had the time to complete my Welcome Guide, yet!?!). I shared that I had an easy cat and problem cat -- Lilly, who is sweet, social and eats dry food, and Eli who is skittish, was periodically pooping outside the kitty litter box and was eating prescription canned food twice a day mixed with a probiotic and stool firmer. I asked if he thought he was up for the job and he happily said he was. Since he flew all the was from Chicago, I thought the least my husband and I could do was pick him up at the airport. When he arrived, he pulled out his notebook. He patiently walked with me as I reviewed kitty care, showed him around the house, and where he would be sleeping. He immediately picked up Lilly who was excited about meeting her new friend and Eli bugged out and down the stairs to the basement (his favorite hiding place!). We got Daniel connected to the internet, set him up at our dining room table and headed off to airport, leaving our house and kitties in the best of hands. Daniel wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and assured while we were away. He made sure to text with me every other day (he had asked my preference earlier), sent photos of Lilly being her cute self while Eli hid during the day although he gave me assurances that he was eating his food and using the litter box (there were a few accidents, but Daniel never complained about these additional duties). When we returned from our vacation, the house was also spotless and well cared for and Daniel had even washed the sheets for me! It is with utter happiness and complete confidence that I recommend Daniel as a fantastic Sitter. He is trustworthy, responsible, caring, and competent, and you can rest assured that both your house and sweet pets will be watched over and treated with TLC -- and will truly be in the best of hands while you are away!

Awesome place to take your dogs. Been to other boarding places and they weren't as reasonable or clean. Plus my dogs love the staff and get very excited when we pull into their parking lot. We will differently continue to take our fur babies to church farm boarding.
We have used Church Farm Kennels over several years for our dogs and highly recommended Mark and the team. Both of our dogs are relaxed, happy and healthy following their stay and have clearly been well cared for.
I've been taking my dogs here for 12 years they always take care of them and treat them very well. Even though I have moved 30 miles away I still have to board my dogs.
We've used these kennels twice now, for 9 and 14 days. It's such a nice surprise to collect happy clean dogs after getting back from holiday. Other kennels we have used we've had to wash the dogs as soon as we get home, but they are clearly well taken care of at church farm.
We have used Church Farm for years now and love it after every visit. They are always responsive to my many check-ins on our pup during our holidays. I feel very comfortable leaving our elderly dog in their care.
We have been going here for the past three years with our two dogs and cat! Our animals are always well taken care of during their stay at church farm. They were extremely flexible and helpful when I called last minute for emergencies. (Always call in advance because they do book up) It was the last time taking our dogs here over the weekend and the boy who always watches them teared up saying goodbye. It was so touching to know that they love my dogs just as much as I do. They get all their energy out by playing with them. Not only do they love our pets, the facilities are extremely clean and warm in the winter. I highly recommend leaving your pets at this lovely boarding kennel!

As first time dog owners, to our anxious little pug Mo, we did extensive research when trying to find someone to care for her whilst we’re on our much loved holidays! We stumbled across Heather and Blossy at the pug snug and we’re so glad that we did! Heather really does provide outstanding care for all of the pugs she looks after and has really gone above and beyond for us too! Our girl Mo has just had her first stay with Heather and Blossy and absolutely loved every minute of it!! Myself and my partner were completely at ease and knew Mo was in the best possible hands with all the photos, updates and daily emails. Heather has supported Mo from trial days and sleepovers to help her to be more comfortable with the new environment and meeting lots of puggies at once and now she absolutely loves her time at the pug snug. Heather has been an absolute pleasure from our initial inquiry to our pug Rudie’s 2 week stay with her and Blossy. We’ve just picked our pug Rudie up from his first stay with Heather and he’s looking happy and healthy and we can tell he’s had the best time! Heather takes her business very seriously and genuinely loves the pugs in her care. Whilst away we received regular photos and updates from Heather and a daily email outlining what Rudies been up to. She’s very personable, a great communicator and very observant of the dogs. We didn’t for a minute have to worry about Rudie, when Heather observed blood in his urine she took him straight to the vets and when it didn’t clear up initially she took him back again. By the time we returned Rudies infection had cleared. We knew we could trust her to take the best care of him. I can’t recommend Heather’s services more highly and Rudie won’t be staying anywhere else from now on.
The pug snug are able to offer the perfect day and stay to both my energetic young pugs and to my late elderly pug alike. This business is a real credit to the town and further afield offering personalised care to the breed. As pug owners…we know that they do just love to be with their own kind and this is the perfect place for them. I would trust them with my girls over anyone.
My elderly pug Nancy has stayed with Heather and Blossom a couple of times now and we have many more stays booked in. I’m so glad I found The Pug Snug as I have been so impressed with Heathers approach to looking after the dogs, treating them as her own. I receive plenty of photos and a nightly report! Nancy happily runs in when we arrive and doesn’t seem to be too bothered about me when I pick her up! I don’t blame her as she’s having a great time!! We left our little boy at The Pug Snug for a week whilst we away on holiday. Have nothing but good things to say about Heather and her care for our boy. We received updates daily on how he was getting on, along with photos of him enjoying his little break with his new friends which massively put our minds at rest. The poor customer service skills of Camptails staff is extremely poor , yet they are proud of it. Read the other one star review which matches my experience with them. They have so much attitude over the phone and in emails. They told me about their cancellation rules only after appointment was made and then needed to be cancelled. At that point its too late to bring that up to the customer. I never actually got to using their service as the appointments part was so uncomfortable. Up your game if you want to succeed. You work with our precious dogs, how can we trust you when you can’t even treat the dog parents respectfully. Hint: Lay out all your ground rules prior to appointments.
Our dog goes in once a week, he really enjoys it . The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. All he dogs appear to be well looked after/ entertained.

Tails is a wonderful place to leave your loved pet! Please do not confuse this place with your standard dog "storage" kennel. Camp Tails is an all day activity centre with trained staff caring for and engaging with your dog around the clock, litteraly. Their space is awesome, it's open and stress free, the level of socialisation your dog gets is exactly what they need. Our dog Pepper loves the attention and comes back home exhausted after a day. The staff are excellent and super helpful, I have no worries in leaving my dog here and leave with peace of mind that she's being looked after to an excellent standard. Thank you!
Potato has been a day camper for several years and he absolutely loves it! It is wonderful to see him excited to go through the door knowing that he will have the best standard of care and supervision whilst there. Everyone wants their dogs to have fun and be safe at the same time - Camp Tails have nailed this! All of the staff are super friendly and their love and commitment to all of the dogs really does shine through. Potato comes home in need of a post day-care nap after all of the interaction and fun he has had with his doggie friends :) Goes without saying - I highly recommend Camp Tails, they truly do make dogs happy!
Indy had an amazing first day at Camp Tails and came home knackered! They did a report card for her first day and even posted videos on what the dogs get up to! They do enrichments for them such as puzzle feeders and agility which is perfect for a spaniel! We will definitely keep using Camptails, thank you ☺️
